I came here twice in one week. The first time was amazing the young lady ( with red hair and small build) helping us was so sweet and talkative. The kids loved her. The second time we came the young lady (with brown hair and bigger build) stuffing the bears seemed bothered we were there and barley spoke two words. You cant work in a childrens environment if you cant handle the kids being excited.

My brother and I came here yesterday (9/21|21)My brother really wanted to go to build a bear for the very first time. It was around 7:20pm and we had called to see if we would have time after driving twenty minutes. I spoke to Leslie over the phone and she was super kind and helpful. After arriving, she helped us out all the way through and really made it memorable! Never in my life have I ever entered a store and had such great customer service! Thank you so much Leslie for giving my brother a better day!

Worst experience at Build-A-Bear Ive ever had. the lady was pushy on which animal we picked they didnt have a very big selection they told the children that they get to put clothes on them without even asking if we were going to buy clothes beforehand therefore getting my childrens hopes up. My kids didnt even get to stuff their animal or do the routine with the heart. I will not be coming back to this Build-A-Bear I should have just bought a cheaper better online or Walmart.

Went shopping with my grandson after his birthday. He had recieved a lot of gifts of money! He knew what he wanted. The girls there were so sweet & made sure he was happy with his choice. He was! We continued with our shopping & made for a Great day for both of us!

Love the workers. Hate the selection of bears though. So much more online and better sales but then you cant build it yourself.

Employees are sweet. Lots of options, my daughter always loves coming in and letting her imagination run wild. Accessories could be cheaper, as a parent it’s my least favorite part lol

Way pricey, especially $8 for the recorded saying... BUT Diana was super awesome and made my daughters experience fun.

They were absolutely wonderful and sweet and were so kind to my 2 year old daughter and she had a blast will definitely be going back soon!

Weve visited & purchased from this location 3 times so far and my daughter’s 2nd birthday visit definitely trumped all by leaps and bounds. We were the only customers in the store at 7pm and the 2 employees working were absolutely wonderful in making the experience extra special for her. They went above & beyond to cater to her and they were so calm and patient with her. This will continue to be a yearly tradition for us and we hope this location stays open for a long time! Thank you to Build-A-Bear for offering such a fun experience for birthday boys & girls, thank you to the 2 amazing employees and thank you to the Hulen Mall for offering this store and other kid friendly things to do like the Disney Store and the free kids play area. My daughter had a blast tonight celebrating her birthday!

Came into the store today to buy two gifts, the girls today 03/03/2021 noon shift were not at all friendly, No thank you, nothing. On top of this they were out of bags so they wanted to sell us a box. Come on build a bear, your things aren’t cheap hire more pleasant help and get some bags. Hulen Location

Excellent .My kids had a blast ! The girls working were sweet and helpful. Walked away with 3 bears ,dressed, and one talking SpongeBob for under a hundred bucks👌

Zero stars if I could. Had us waiting outside the store because of capacity. Then when its finally out turn to go in girl tells us ohhhh were closing in 5 minutes and wevebeen super busy. Basically refusing to give us service. What they should have done is close the store and tell us they werent taking anymore customers, instead of having us wait out there for 20 minutes.Very upset. That is no way to treat customers. My daughter left crying because she is 2 and doesnt understand the situation. What I thought would be a wonderful 1st time experience at BAB turned out to be a complete disappointment. Never going back. Dont recommend it.

My son and I visited the Hulen Mall Build-A-Bear to get him a bear for his birthday. My son is autistic and when he gets excited he has a difficult time remembering personal boundaries. I was afraid the associates in the store would get upset with him, due to the new CV19 restrictions. But the associate, Hailey, was very patient with him. When stuffing his bear we kept trying to get to close to her, but she was very patient and made a game with him out of staying 6ft away, that I continued to use with him throughout our other mall adventures. I attempted to tip her for her for being so amazing, but she refused, saying she was more than happy to help us! We had lots of fun, despite the pandemic, and will be returning to this Build-A-Bear often.

I took my daughter and nephew here and this store is so adorable, the kids just go pick out whichever stuffed animal and stuff it you can put a heartbeat or a voice box inside but that costs extra and then you make an adoption Certificate and if you chose to buy clothes you go look at the clothes and you get a carrier for it but it’s just basically a box that you carry your new toy in. The stuffed animals are all different prices I feel like you kind of need to be careful in the store because by the time you buy the stuffed animal, heartbeat and clothes it’s a small fortune but the kids definitely loved it and the employees are so nice. This isn’t something I would do regularly but it was nice to go

Place is always clean, friendly staff. But they dont honor online prices. So, I sat and relaxed and bought the item from the online store and paid way less. I saw the item in store, touched it and felt how soft it was. Then bought it online.

Fun experience designing a bear with nice people.

The young lady that made the Build-A-Bear was wonderful. She was kind and thoughtful and caring and really seemed to enjoy interacting with the children making their faces light up. This was my grandchildrens first experience and they loved it. They got each adoptable dogs❤❤❤❤

My son is nonverbal and the girl that helped him with his bear was amazing!!!!!! She even convinced my husband to record a message for the bear. Wonderful customer service.

Love this place

I wish they wouldnt retire some of the bears so quickly. I know you can still get some of them online, but the kids really like doing all of the picking out and the stuffing and everything in store. But it is only a minor complaint, and the staff here was very nice.

I enjoy build a bear when I come because the people who work here are always willing to lend a bear paw of help...I wish build a bear would do a looney tunes from back in the day. I would so love to have a Buggs Bunny from this awesome place.
