He explained everything very well and provided excellent service. He is very experienced and my garage door was fixed very quickly. I started with a chat and got information, at that time I was offered a free estimate apt. Al came out found the issue within a matter of minutes, he didn’t have part on truck but offered to go get it and come back same night; he was 45 min away from me and he was still willing to come back. We set up the apt the next day and he was here and fixed it within half the hour and I couldn’t be happier, wasn’t costly at all I would definitely recommend

The top to panels of garage door was tearing and needed replacing. So I whe in Angie’s list and put in a service request. They called me immediately and it was 10 pm which surprised me but I was at work still so it was perfect.They came out the next day and repaired unfortunately the panels didn’t match in design do to the age of my door. I asked what it would take to replace the other 2 panels and they said no problem and apologized for not letting me know a head of time.So 2 weeks later they were out and replaced it in record time and didn’t even charge me a serve call. The installer was friendly and professional.

They did everything perfectly and taught me a lot. Half thre price of big name companies. Very satisfied!!!

It’s the year 2020, so we all know what that means: COVID-19. I get that shipments were being delayed because of COVID, but it took about 3 MONTHS! for my doors to arrive. After about a month, I started calling Alfonso (the guy from Quality Garage Doors that was helping me out) to get an update on my purchase. Mind you I was reaching out to him once a week or once every two weeks. I get that I was probably being annoying, but when they tell you you have to pay the first half ($1500) up front and you haven’t seen the doors you payed for after a month you’re naturally going to start worrying that you’ve been robbed. I just wanted him to keep me posted, even if he didn’t have much of an update. But like I said, I must’ve been annoying because he told me that if I “wanted peace of mind” I could call the company where they had ordered the doors from. Ok? Isn’t that part of your job? To call and see what’s going on? Fine. Well I got my doors 3 months later and I was just happy to finally get them. And they are good quality, so for that they do deserve 1 star. But while the doors are good quality, the quality of their professionalism isn’t. They put in the doors, but they didn’t finish the job. He had a family emergency due to COVID and said he’d come back to finish the job once he got back in town. I don’t know if it was a loss of family member due to COVID, but I understand; I’ve had to loose 2 of my closest friends/family members this year too. But now it’s been 3 months since he installed my doors and 3 months since I payed him the other half (another $1500). I’m having trouble with the doors not wanting to open and close unless I do it manually and I’m still needing the insulation to be put in around the doors. He’s obviously blocked me because my call goes straight to vm. I tried calling from a different phone and he answered, but when he recognized my voice he didn’t answer anymore. And I guess he blocked that # too, because now it goes straight to vm. It’s partly my fault bc I payed him and I trusted that when he said he was “a man of his word” he meant it. I’m unfortunately a person that always tries to see the best in people.

This is an amazing company with excellent customer service. My garage door was completely out of wack for months and Sundays. I’ve had multiple estimates from other companies that exceeded the amount that QUALITY GARAGE....... charged me.. Also I have had work done to my garage door twice before and those other companies only patched the problem! QUALITY GARAGE DOORS TRULY LIVE UP TO THEIR NAME...... QUALITY!!!

Great service, very polite and professional. Came on a Saturday, however, garage door was fixed on a Monday since my garage door is different from the average garage door. They had to order the spring that was broken since the garage had only one spring and wasn’t capable of being manually opened to take our cars out of the garage. They did a great job on opening the garage manually on Saturday, so I could take out the cars and wait until Monday for the garage to be fixed. They installed two springs as well, that way if one spring was broken I could still open the garage manually without difficulties. Everything was on time, reasonable price, and very quick service. I highly recommend this company!
