Don’t shop at this Hulen Mall Zales….. I worked to plan my engagement surprise and found the Disney Enchantment ring for my girlfriend. I was told by the associate (Charisma) that I would receive an email and I advised please do not text or call that the ring is ready for pickup. She said okay!!! I received an email, like I asked. Then the next day, I receive a call from someone at Zales ( Not Charisma) and a voice mail and the voicemail was heard by my girlfriend. SURPRISE RUINED!!!!! Thanks Zales!!!! and whoever made the phone call.When I went to pick the ring up, I speak with the manager I played the voicemail and she would tell me the associates first name ( I understand not getting full name Duh!!) and she says she will speak with Charisma because of no notes, Hey!!! I have an idea let Charisma handle her on sales. The manager apologizes, my response is “Thanks A lot, It is what it is” I asked the manager what is your slogan when you answer the phone? She says “ Thanks for calling Zales where we would like to help you create love” Let that sink in!!!! I guess I will have to find another store to get the Disney Enchantment wedding Band!!!

We bought wedding bands to add to my engagement ring and sent them off to be soldered together. The first time I got it back there was a tiny dot of solder and it looked TERRIBLE. I sent it back and when it returned the soldering still looks atrocious. The engagement ring is not sized correctly to line up with the bands so it is crooked. They created a pit in one of the band that they claim cannot be fixed. And on top of all that my center diamond was filthy. They kept telling me that is just how it is supposed to look but when I got home and looked through a loupe you could clearly see it was covered with something brown and it was full of fibers from the polish wheel. I was able to get the fibers out with tweezers but it took A LOT of scrubbing and several rounds of ultrasonic cleaning to get the diamonds clean. Incredibly disappointed with their quality of work. They should be ashamed to send out something so terrible.

If I could give 0 stars , I would! I am 3months WAITING ON MY MONEY! I ordered earrings in July and they told me to come pick them up. They weren’t there. I never saw or touched them. I have spent hours on the phone-still no refund!

Got my inspection and cleaning done quickly, was informed about a bent prong (which I had mentioned before to a different jeweler). Hubby mentioned he lost his wedding ring and Ms. Bevedly helped us out and what I love best, didnt point us in the direction of most expensive but what we were looking for AND cost efficient (aka in our budget). Despite getting busy she never made us feel rushed. Thank you so mic5h Ms. Beverly!!!

They lost my engagement ring!!! And their response is, oh well just come pick out another one, like it doesnt even matter that that ring was the one he proposed with, he spent a long time picking it out, and now they say they cant replace it with the same ring because its not in the system. My suggestion is dont ever buy a ring from them, and if you did make that mistake, dont let them send it off. Youll probably never see it again!

On 7/3/21 I sent my wedding rings off to be re-plated and sized due to having hand surgery and now needing a bit bigger size. Estimated finish date came and went with no call. I called the first time and was told they were being worked on and the repair guy is behind. A week later still no call. I called back and was told they lost my wedding rings!!!

The staff is rude and act like they dont want to do their job. We went to see if my sisters class ring was ready and the staff refused to check at first then one of them went to go block the exit. Once we finally got them to check they said the ring was ready but refused to release it to us. I feel like we were racially profiled and once we get the class ring we will never go back. Would give it a zero but it wont go that low.

Pleasant experience with Barb! She was super sweet, knowledgeable, and allowed me to try on as many different rings (while making sure to sanitize them before and after) as I wanted. Definitely will come back to see her again in the future!

I went to Zales at the mall to get my future daughter in laws wedding ring cleaned for her upcoming wedding. First of all, they were supposed to open at noon & you could see the 2 employees still walking around taking their time until they were ready to open at 12:15. Anyway, the cleaning of the rings were horrible & could see dirt. Did not shine at all. A toothbrush was used & then dipped into something for less than a minute. My son bought the ring at Zales and paid extra for future cleanings or repairs. I could and will do better at my own house. Hiw disappointing for my future daughter in law to look at the rings and see nodifference. Could have been a new employee but definitely needed her work checked.

Very disappointed!!! I left my ring January 5th to get sized. Was informed the other day that it wont be ready till February 19th. No curiosity call till after I called about my ring. So glad I didnt have engagement pictures or anything scheduled before hand. This will be my last purchase at Zale. You better know your the size before you buy your ring.

Worst place. Never answer the phones. Don’t think of your initial purchase experience because obviously they will be kind but after that you don’t exist. Due to COVID they have a schedule an appointment for cleaning. It is not honored so you will be punctual and they will have you wait about another or or so if they have clients in the store.

DO NOT SHOP AT ZALES at Hulen Mall!!! The sales associate that helped out my husband was RUDE. Due to COVID-19 spacing and waiting were implemented. He was first in line, but she wanted to help the white couple who was 4th in line. He said he was next and she just looked at him for about 10 seconds, looked at the white couple, looked at him again and he told her once more he was next. She was DID NOT offer him any help or give suggestions. She said not one word to him while he was shopping. Not even a thank you. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Bought a ring at Zales at Hulen mall on Feb 26th. They tried to charge me 57 bucks to size it. They finally gave in and said no charge. They promised 2 weeks to have it back. They have had it a month now and just called to say they are closing the store and the ring will be safe until they open again. This, after they said it was shipped yesterday and would be there today. All they have done is lie from day one. Don’t shop at that Zales if you want your stuff back.

Went in for an inspection and although the store had multiple customers I was never greeted by either of the two workers. A simply hello well be with you shortly would have been nice. Not what Im use to with Zales. After waiting 20 minutes I just left. Zales you may want to do some retraining!

No words...Barbara, sales associate, is terribly unprofessional and knows nothing about Zales warranties - DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Not only were we ignored while standing directly in front of Barbara while she did paperwork (we were the only ones in the store). She then told us we had no warranty when the paperwork clearly stated the opposite. Went to a different location and they were able to replace a missing diamond, no charge and even advised us about complaints about Barbara.

I received a phone call from Zales saying my ring was ready to be picked up. I am checking out and the sales associate hands me my ring. However, the ring she gave me was most defiantly not my ring. She tried to hand me a much smaller less expensive version of my ring. I am told the repair shop takes pictures of every ring that comes in, and it is clear the ring in the picture is not equivalent to the ring in the bag with my name on it. I am not thrilled, but I was told this matter would be cleared up very soon. Over a week goes by, and still no ring. I was in contact with the store manager several times and he kept insisting my ring would be in soon. For over a week I am frantic that my $2000 ring is missing. I am grateful that I finally have my ring back, but I am let down by Zales that this even took place. There should never have been a mix up in the first place, these things need to be double checked by the repair shop and triple checked by the Zales store. What is the point of taking pictures if no one looks at them?

Every time I come to this location I am very pleased. I had a not so great experience at the Burleson location so I will just stay with my trusted location. Thanks for getting me my dream ring and offering to help me order it online instead of pressuring my to buy a different one! All of my rings have came from your store except 1, that was from burleson but they have lost my business!

They have the rudest people working there. A short Hispanic girl and a tall lady with an accent. I was telling a friend of mine how I was treated there and she knew exactly who I was talking about because they were the same with her. This is on multiple occasions that I’ve had issues with them I write this review because I just received a call from the Hulen Location and she says ugly tone your repair is back hung up wth

Wife and I went in to get warranty added to a ring that was recently purchased. Wasnt greeted when my wife and I walked in nor were we approached by an employee. Stood there for about ten minutes before we left. Dont go to this location. Would have better customer service at a different location or an entirely different jewelry store.

Do not take your jewelry here to get it resized, redipped, or fixed unless you don’t care about getting your diamond back in one piece. I had my ring redipped in sept but didn’t notice until mid dec that there was a large crack in my diamond. The manager “mark” couldn’t find the original picture of my diamond that they took before it left their store and mysteriously there’s no etching on it. I don’t even know if this is my diamond anymore. It was perfectly fine until I had them send it off. We’re not even going to get into the time Gordon’s (their sister company) stole a $200 payment from me and didn’t apply it to my account. Seems like this whole company is corrupt. I will NEVER do business with this company EVER again!

The staff at this Zales are very unprofessional. The woman that sold us the ring told us that if ever we got tired of the ring or wanted something different we could change it out no problem..LIE! The top stones on this ring are always getting loose to the verge of falling out. Tired of the problem we wanted to get a different ring, well of course nothing is ever as they say! They say since it has been more than 90 days that if we exchange for something different that it would have to be worth double of what we are paying for this ring. It would be nice if all the workers were on the same page and not just trying to scam you into buying a ring and then wanting to charge you even more when somthing goes wrong. I would not recomed the Zales at Northeast mall in Fort Worth, Tx and will NEVER be shopping at that zales or at any other zales for that matter. Very disapointed with the buisness!!
