Most of the parking is paid and even so it is difficult to get parking at any time of the day. Super tight to park and the most ridiculous only 3 toilets for more than 100 parking spaces

17:30 on a Monday, 15 people in line for a shower. Subway closed, McDonalds closed. This location would make a good place to put a truck stop....they need to tear this place down and put up a real truck stop...the only reason I stopped here was because it was the closest place to my customer (that doesnt have on-sight parking)...this place has always been a *bleep* hole, and its only getting worse. So now, I get to park here in a free spot, and not spend a red cent.

It was an early stop for us. The bathrooms were clean. It was a bit busy. I got quite a few snacks and even some caramel popcorn to bring home to the kids. They have a McDonalds here that is only doing drive-thrus and take-outs. The dining area is restricted. They are practicing safe distance here. They are well stocked.

Rude managers. The area manager I believe his name was Brad was there and I asked him a question about the fuel pumps ( because it went down on me in the middle of fueling ). Anyways he said that I should have learned how to fuel my truck in truck driving school. I’ve been driving for 28 years! No wonder the managers don’t care about us, he sets a horrible example. Karma will meet him one day I’m sure. Don’t stop here if you don’t have to.

At night restrooms and showers are much more cleaner. As of today only 1 washer works, dryers seem pretty alright. When employees are restocking product they take over the whole shower and laundry hall way so it is a tight squeeze. If you can come at night

This place was amazing they had excellent customer service my bathroom was immaculate my wife also reported to me that her bathroom was very clean cemetery is a big thing when a woman has to sit down on the toilet the food selection was outstanding fresh fruits fruit cups and also a 24-hour Subway was also located inside of the store if your electronic buff like myself you love to gaze at the glass casing of all kinds of pretty toys like headsets CB radios and also handheld walkie talkies once again our stop at Pilot the Skater 2 drivers like us its very important thing when I trucker pulls over and asked to use the restroom and Philip his diesel very quickly and you know theyre good store when theres a whole line of people waiting outside thanks guys and thank you Google Maps for sending me this location and easy turn-by-turn navigation

It would have been lower but you cant give lower than one. First I go in to take a shower and they are all scalding hot. Next I couldnt do the advance that we had.

Bad service. Dirty bathrooms. Asked if they were ordering any milk soon ( cause they had NONE) and was replied with a very disrespectful no. I will NOT be returning to this location any time soon.

Half of the parking spots are reserved. Take that into account when heading this way. At 1700, the free spots are pretty much gone but there are a ton of reserved spots. Shower wait time was over 30 minutes. 3 guest waiting. It was one of the cleanest showers I have been to. Store is clean and well organized. They have a subway and McDonalds. Overall it was an acceptable experience.

Fast friendly service. The bathrooms are always clean. The parking lot is always clean not a lot of liter like other truck stops!

No WiFi all weekend and nobody seems to be working on the issue. I called in on Saturday and Sunday and was referred to “..the number on your receipt when you paid for the premium WiFi..” After a half-hour on-hold wait with them, they said there’s nothing they could do from their end.

Did you know with the doordash app you can get almost any restaurant delivered to pilot. I just ordered Mexican food from a restaurant. No delivery fee with daspass 9.99 mo. Its great because it forces truck stops to compete and we have a better variety of food. BTW reserved parking is bs. Thats why I park in the fuel island to shower.

Subway looked like a disaster with old food wilting vegetables dirty bins and nobody there to take an order. They refuse to answer the telephone and the fruit was old snd overpriced like everything else as usual

Regional manager needs to get a handle on brandy and whitney. You dont put tow stickers on reserved trucks, dont threaten to call the cops on the drivers that tell them that tthey have a list of trucks that they are to be checking

I was parked here since 10:30 am on 06/08/2021, manager came knocking on my door at 10:14 PM saying that I have to move because I was parked on a reserved spot and they were sold out, there is no mark on the ground and there was no pole in front of the spot.

Lots of truck parking. McDonalds & Subway inside with an IHOP next door. Annoyed with the premium wifi. Had to log back in every 15 min or so.

I have visited this Pilot at least 6 times within the last 4 months. This time will definitely be my last. The cleanliness of the showers are scary and unacceptable. There is mold and a thick greasy film on the floor of the showers. On my visit 8/3/19, I showered in number 11. While in the shower my nose started draining immediately and of course I almost bust my butt a couple of times because of the shower floor. Now today 8/4/19, I have a banging headache, body aches, and my nose is running and stuffy. Im wondering if any other drivers have gotten sick by showering in such bad conditions? My time is money and I definitely dont have time to be sick. Not happy at all. CLEAN IT UP..

Update 5.19.20Dirty. Counters in the beverage areas are not being cleaned on a regular basis. I did not see any workers regularly or vigorously cleaning any touch points - door handles, touch screens or touch pads - inside or outside. This is concerning at this point in history.The showers are not being properly cleaned. I was assigned a shower with someone in it. The code actually worked. The attendant gave me another shower that was dirty.There was still trash in the trash can. Since the trash can had not been moved the floor around and under it still needed to be cleaned. The floor behind the door was still dirty. There were footprints and stains on the floor throughout. There was hair in the shower stall. There was dirt built up in the grout between the tiles in the stalls.I told one of the attendants about the floor and his response was that they use floor mats. I talked to the manager. He did direct the attendants to rectify the problem but they didnt do it right and upon being told again, they did not do it at all. The manager finally cleaned the shower himself. It turned out right.This is a pretty decent truck stop but the upkeep is severely lacking.

I now go and all in the same visit there is: soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, French vanilla creamer, and hot chocolate.—The 2 gentlemen who I saw cleaning the showers tonight bring this rating from a 1 star to a 4 star. Twice I’ve had to shower here, both times the showers were very clean, clean towels, and hot water.—Truckers beware: Not only are four pumps not working, the satellite pump did not work, so today I could only fill one half of my truck. I did not have time to drive around and get back into the long lines, and, because my company requires me to go to Pilot, I have little choice.—Today they had four (4) fuel bays out of order :(—-YET AGAIN: Yep, today no toilet paper, no French vanilla creamer and no hot chocolate. I have to stop here, to scale my load before I hit the road and go over a DOT scale. If you can, go somewhere else.—-UPDATE: Now, not only cant I get coffee with French Vanilla creamer, it’s out...but pumps 17 and 20’s key pads do not work. So, that’s extra wasted time for the trucker. Choose Loves or TA just north of Denton. Or Loves about 25 miles south of here.—-THE worst Pilot I’ve ever been to. It is on my route as a trucker. Everyday there is either no toilet paper, or soap, or paper towels. The coffee yesterday tasted like burnt plastic. Every-single-time there is no French Vanilla creamer...every single time! So, get hot chocolate...nope, machine not working. The night shift keeps things stocked and are kind. The week day shift don’t care and the male manager has an attitude. The weekend (Sunday) male manger is nice. I wish there was a Love’s truck stop near by, they’re always stocked and clean.

Waited from 10 am until 11am to take a shower. Plenty of open dirty showers. The manager seemed unconcerned about the problem.I guess since she showers at home its not her problem !Very disappointed !

Pretty good truck stop! It is conveniently close to a walmart and anytime fitness!! Both are within 7 miles of stop!! The truck stop itself is nice size with approx 75 parking spaces. Inside its clean and equipped with remodeled showers.

Pilot has parking some free parking. Some its idleAir..10$ parking for 12hours. 15$ for 24hours

Clean showers, helpful staff, Subway, McDonalds and cinnabon. Pretty much the same as any other pilot but they are fast and friendly and clean. I also liked that they have plenty of help behind the counter helping customers.

Poor customer service. Talked to the management about the laundry credit/ debit card not working. Got information back that it hasnt been working for a while meaning they dont care to fix it. It 21st century. Not everyone I carries cash with them all the time. No better solution then to use the ATM and pay their ridiculous fee.It makes me feel unappreciated. the company is the one paying for the fuel but the drivers are the ones who decide what pump to use.

Unfortunately this is bad news... Ive been coming here for quite a while. Love to stop here but in the past 6 months it has fallen off. Bathrooms have not been touched in 2 days... I know this cause I stopped here 2 days ago and the same stall was out of paper then and same paper on the floor today. Hope they can turn things around soon before it gets out of control. The person incharge in the shower area is not doing a great job. Costumers are snizzing inside the shower room, we do too. The toilet is not clean, before my husband use it he has to clean it to remove the left over or unflushed 💣. He is just only changing the towels I guess.

The most HORRIBLE customer service I have ever EXPERIENCED, first we pay for showers that according to some lady manager after we had been sitting there for over an hour with NO ONE ELSE waiting for a shower we decided to go and ask her how much longer we would had to wait then after she had seen us standing there is when she decides to let us know that there was no water and that we were not going to be able to take showers with the worse attitude EVER.... And that was just the beginning but to many other things to mention from this rude and poorly trained employee it is very sad when you as a truck driver you gotta deal with this type of attitude when this truck stops are basically our home away from home.

I was here for a shower and didnt have time to reflect on employees but this shower was garbage. Mold everywhere, the green algae build up on grout between tiles, broken showerhead, fan wont work. You guys need to reevaluate your standards.

It was very clean. The bathrooms were clean . They had fresh food. There was coffee, cold drinks . They had showers if needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had other travel items. I liked that it was clean .

No free parking at this location...every spot is either reserved or idleair...just put up a sign that requires drivers to pay before parking...

It was the service that I witnessed of a Pepsi vendor, the reason I give them one star. The lady manger with glasses, I guess shes a manager. If so, the vendor was more professional than she was. She was being sarcastic with him while he was filling up the coolers. If she couldve got away with it, she probably would have made him fill coca-cola, Dr. Pepper, chips and coffee. He was still kind enough to ask her was it anything else she needed after she was very rude and nasty towards him. I hope Pilot didnt train her to be that way. I know pilot didnt train her that way, but retraining wouldnt hurt. The good side is that the establishment was clean and the other employees where customer friendly. It was just that one, that made a difference in what couldve been five stars.

If you get there early you could get a parking spot. Nice truck stop. Friendly staff. The only downer is mens restroom is too small for the amount of trucks that can park there. 285 plus parking spots for that small restroom. No way. They need to build additional restrooms. Good thing is you have MC Donald subway & IHOP.

I’m giving 1 star because the woman that work here are absolutely lovely however, the store is filthy, the bathrooms are disgusting and the laundry room is just nasty and dirty. This place is so dirty that we actually left to finish our 34 hour reset at a Loves 23 miles away. Shame on you Pilot for not giving truckers a nice clean facility!

A nice gas station and truck stop. Good hot snacks,hot dogs, pizza made right when ordered,etc.. Nice clean restrooms with showers. A large selection of coffee and coffee creamers. The service is fast and employees are helpful, nice, and have customer service training and skills.

Both times I have stopped here at different times and the person who works at Subway is on break. Was told Its against store policy to post sign stating they are on break. Will never stop here ever again. That is ridiculous. Only stopped because it was past the last time the person was on break.

Very nice place and nice people here. It is always clean. This place is big and busy so if you want to stay over night you have to come before 6 or you won’t find a parking spot. They have Subway and McDonald’s inside the store and there is IHOP too.

You guys truly saved us today. Roadside assistance wouldn’t help me because my wallet was at home (1.5 miles away from your rest stop) and the police said it wasn’t their department either. Your incredible team graciously worked out a situation that allowed me to make it home to get my wallet and ultimately more gas. Im never disappointed by you! You used to have the best fries out there, used to be famous for the fries. I havent had those famous fries in years, the perfectly salted and crisp potatoes. Today you out did yourself. Not only were the fries soggy and limp and had zero salt on them but you made me wait 17 minutes for that! Greed has no bounds for this company, after filling up with fuel and deff I was charged 1.79 for a coffee refill . 20 oz cup 1.79 and have my own cup , while this is a business that’s in the profit making mold .I see to many times these travel centers more than double the average price on the items because they can , well some where there going to come a person and companies who say hey we want you as a life time customer.Logistically speaking you are what we serve , when do you start returning the favor? Problem. Every time I go in to get diesel, the pumps are useless. If the card reader is not falling out of the machine, it won’t take info needed to pump fuel. Then the wash buckets are 1/4 full of black/gray puke water.Outside it’s a dump. Took me 45 mins to pump 110 galls of fuel. Inside clean & staff are great. If pressed for dot time miss this Pilot.

Im a new truck driver still in training. I had been driving for 3 days and this was the first full service truck stop we were able to set up at overnight. I felt sticky and gross. As a co-driver, I was supposed to get a free shower on my trainers reward points account. (I did not know that until I talked to another trainee.)An employee named Kayla made things right after a different clerk and my trainer failed to provide me that information. She was patient and sympathetic, and she made sure I got a shower ticket and the opportunity to clean up. The shower and her kindness saved my day.Great customer service, Miss Kayla. Good save. Very nice Pilot with helpful staff. Myself and another driver showed up with prepaid reserved parking and there were no spots open. Management was on the ball and came out and started tagging and getting drivers to move who did not have a reserved parking receipt.

It is a truck stop. Clean, decent, some quick grab and go foods and drinks. Showers available for my fellow drivers. Arrive early though if you want overnight parking.

Its got that classic truck stop vibe, which can be fun sometimes and a drag other times. They have all the standard travel center essentials but nothing that blew me away. The prices arent really that great either. Im super glad that theres a Bucees down the road now. Competition in action!

What else can I say other than the fact its a truck stop! I love their shirts and odds and ends items that your typical gas station doesnt carry.

Its my first time stopping at Pilot, and am happy we stopped by. The restrooms are well-kept, and the whole center is well-stacked with a wide selection of food and beverages. They have all the emergency essentials for travelers as well, like windshield fluid, and other car stuff that one might run out of while mobile. They have shower rooms too, and a McDonalds attached to the general store. I was happy to see a whole display case of comfort food and ended up bringing home 3 lemon bars, and a peach-blueberry cobbler. Yum!

Store nice place accept Mc Donalds was closed and Manager or Lead person Subway today on 7-8-19 waited on another guy that was behind me when I was next. Guess she has a problem with color. Will never go back to that Subway again. Store and staff was great.

Excellent place to park your rig. For such a busy truck stop... The service was wonderful. My husband and I only waited five minutes for a clean shower with great water pressure. The attendant was busting his but to keep the line moving. The girls at subway were friendly and fast. The folks at the counter were very courteous in spite of the heavy traffic. And the Idle air people were also very helpful. I would recommend this stop to anyone. If only Canada were as accommodating to our truckers as the USA is to theirs.

The convenient RV Dump Station is only $3 with a free Pilot / Flying J Rewards Card. Water pressure is great for filling fresh water tank and flushing holding tanks.Great location, easy in and out access for even the largest RV. Just be mindful of the semi trucks moving about on the truck fueling side.

Really convenient location and typically has anything I need on my way to work. Sometimes the service at the register can be slow and no one arrives to remedy the situation until the line is massive and more of a crowd. But those issues are pretty uncommon.

I am editing my review. We visited here today, and vast improvements have been made. I did not stick to the floors, an employee was diligently keeping up the bathroom cleanliness, and the McDonalds had a diverse crew that I could understand and listened very well. I cant express enough how much I LOVE this station. This is consistently the cheapest gas station I have found on my trip between Waco and OKC. I stop to fill up any time I drive past it, regardless of how much gas I need. They sell 87, 89, and 93 octane - all for an incredibly low price - which is a great bonus for anyone looking for high octane fuel.

Not a truck driver, I drive vans for the rail yard not too far away, thought this would be a good place for a clean bathroom and a quick bite. Been there 2x both times every toilet was in use, when one did open it was so disgusting and the stalls were in a pool of urine and brown water. I couldnt use it. My suggestion if youre not a truck driver, and dont NEED a place to stay overnight , go to the Buckys or the QT off 114.

Pilot rented out over half of the parking lot to idle air and they come round beating on your trucks charging you to park when the idol air dont even work thats BS

They have e large lot that if a trucker plans carefully he will find a parking spot. Great hot water showers but night crew could do a better job of cleaning the toliets.

One hour parking for car travelers said the rude woman with a roll of orange parking tickets in her hand. Half the parking lot has reserved for team members painted on it, as if they have that many employees. McDonalds only serves breakfast at 4 am & Subway had flies .. Found a much cheaper gas station nearby on my GPS and filled up there instead.

Keep this simple. Customer service ,coffee, cleanliness in showers and bathrooms. All need improvements. Your employees should not be given a job if they have no passion to be there. Company mission statement is not being exemplified here . I know people need jobs but dang, if 80 percent of the workforce in your business dont care. You still really dont have a good business

My husband and I stopped here after driving from Phoenix, AZ. Went do have a co driver shower only to be charged for a double single shower. I asked the cashier about it and she was rude and stated thats what it is now.I go to the shower, mold between the tile, hair on the shower floor. The moment I stepped in I about busted my but, a very slick film on the shower floor.Was not happy about the cleanliness of this locations shower, or the fact we were charged more than any other pilot charges. Was debating between loves and pulit but I might just have to stick with loves.

This place was in bad shape Sunday 8/25/19Mens bathroom was horrible, 13 people in line for showers, and the attitude of the employees was its not my problem, I dont know whenever someone asked a question. They really need to hire a few more workers. This place is so busy, constantly packed, good luck finding a parking space.

Late night visit for transflo. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Although the parking lot was packed there was still a path that allowed a smooth flow in and out of the property. Very clean except I believe people have gotten so used to automatic everything they have forgotten how to use the stick flusher on the toilets! 😬

This is one place that never has parking. 4 stars however for the employees staying on their game unlike most Pilots and theyre always polite and helpful. The showers are always clean and so is the store. If it were bigger, it wouldnt be a bad spot. Ive seen worse by far.
