BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am not a person who generally writes a review, but had to write one for this business for their excellent customer service. The person at this store helped me with my old phone and gave me the best deals on one of the newest phones and accessories. Highly recommend this place.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a used S10 phone on 3/24/21 from this seller using the Swappa.com website. Had 2 week warranty. Phone arrived 3/1. Bought and installed new hard case and screen protector. Was unable to copy data from my old iPhone using Copy My Data app. I updated Galaxy operating system. Still wouldn’t transfer data. I assumed just software incompatibility. Finally was able to transfer data between phones via my PC. Phone seemed to work ok until Celsius app started to regularly crash. After a week, reinstalled Celsius app. Did not suspect these two problems were related to the phone.After 3.5 weeks, the screen started intermittently failing. Initially was able to restore by rebooting. I submitted a complaint to this seller via Swappa. They recommended rebooting the phone, so I did. One day later, the phone screen died for good. Apparently, the phone was originally damaged, but I did not realize all three problems were related.Seller stated that I must have either dropped the phone or caused water damage. Neither of these accusations is true. After receiving the phone, I saw that what I thought were scratches in the frame were actually gouges. It appeared to have been previously dropped.Despite a complaint conversation spanning 22 comments between me, this seller, and Swappa, I was not able to return this phone for a refund. Swappa told me to contact Paypal since they were the payment processor.After disputing this with PayPal they told me that the seller was willing to refund my purchase if I sent the phone back, so I did so using the address they provided. The PayPal email stated, “To receive the refund, youll need to initiate the return shipment and upload the tracking information in the Resolution Center before April 24, 2021.” There was no link in the email for a webpage describing how to do that and this dispute had not been recorded in my PayPal account because I had purchased it with my Visa card. Therefore, I could not figure out how to get to the Resolution Center to initiate the return. I sent the phone back in a box without using the PayPal tracking system. PayPal then told me that they would not refund the money unless I could prove that I sent the phone back. I called the post office to see if I could get information confirming that I sent the phone, but they need the tracking number to do that. I do not have the tracking number, so can’t confirm that I sent it back. I asked the seller via Swappa comment if they received the phone, but they never responded.I gave up trying to get my money back directly from the seller, from Swappa, and from PayPal. Instead, I went to my last resort, and filed a complaint with VISA, since I had used that credit card for processing. After working with Visa for two months, Visa rejected my dispute because I could not confirm I had sent the phone back and this seller would not admit that they had received it. In the end, this seller got my phone, a new hard case, the new screen protector, and all my money. I got dozens of wasted hours and a reduced bank account.As I said at the beginning, BUYER BEWARE.My simple advice – AVOID THIS SELLER. If you choose to buy from this seller, I hope you don’t get stuck in a situation such as I have described. If you buy from this seller and find ANY PROBLEM AT ALL with the phone – RETURN IT IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise, you could end up like me.

Never buy any used phones from these guys. I bought a Note 10+ 5G and they claimed it was in mint condition but the screen was heavily scratched and to top it off the phone was running AT&T firmware and didnt work well for services with my T-Mobile sim card. I then was told to wait the next day to ask the owner if they could source me a T-Mobile variant of the phone but was told that theyre all AT&T version and I asked if I could at least exchange my Note for one that had OneUI 3.0 or lower to be able to change carrier firmware manually and I was told AGAIN that I had to wait 2-3 days just for them to find out what phone is on an older version of Android when it doesnt take more than 5 minutes to check.THESE ARE THE WORST PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH! to make it even worse these guys do not do refunds!I will never buy from these guys ever again worst experience from any phone store since they didnt even want to help me exchange the phone for a different phone with an older version of Android. Go buy on Swappa.com instead where they DO allow you to do refunds these guys are outdated with their store policies.

I bought an iphone7 in a box from this store. Lady who works here told me that this is a certified pre owned phone from apple. turns out this phone was fully repaired by the local technician, apple doesnt recognized this phone as a certified inventory. When I went there to ask for a refund her husband was there and he does not want to take the phone back or neither willing to give me replacement. I would not recommend going to this store at all..

I think all 5 star reviews are fake. my In person experience with this store was awful. bought a simple mobile sim card and he never made the payment. its been 7 days now and i am still without the service. i will take some legal action against this store. owner is a scammer. he will take every penny out of your pocket and when you go back with any issue with the service he wont even talk to you.. rude and pathetic service ever. BEWARE!!!

I totally agree with all the negative reviews. i had the same problem with the owner. rip off. used, defective and stolen phones for high prices. guys do not promote someone who buy and sell stolen phones.
