Ive never had it this way before ! Kept looking at it to see why it was different from all the other boba teas Ive ever gotten. Got in my car jabbed the straw into the cup and took a sip and WOW!🥰 kid you not that was some amazing strawberry milk tea it was SO GOOD!!! so they blended real strawberries into the milk tea and then with Boba ?! Just YUM!!! and so glad the place is like 5 min from where I live. Definitely going back !!

I love gongcha but oh man. Their jelly in the 3js drink tasted like refrigerator. You guys know what I’m talking about? Like please put some baking soda in your fridge and make sure you store your ingredients with a lid and not opened containers. Cause that jelly didn’t taste right at all.

Hands down the best boba I’ve had!!! I will keep this place in business because I have to have it at least once a week! The milk foam dirty brown sugar milk tea is so good that I have yet to try anything else on the menu. I like that the boba pearls are a little smaller than other places I’ve tried. The staff is super friendly and the service is fast! Try it you won’t regret it.

What an amazing experience we stumbled upon. Looking for a coffee shop and found Gong Cha. No coffee but the largest choices of teas I have ever had the pleasure of picking from. I drank one with large black pearl tapioca included in the tea,.. what a delicious experience. The employees go out of their way to explain the different choices, very friendly - great conversationalists - just overall nice people. This will be a regular stop for our family.

Very yummy boba drink! Made quickly and everything is spaced well for social distancing. Very nice staff!! Only complaint would be overfilling the drink because when we put the straws into the drink, it spilled a little bit over the top 🤣🤣 will be back!

Best oolong milk tea in Fort Worth!

I am very impressed with their precautions for COVID 19. Social distancing and mask required. They always get my drink right because they also asking for my ice level and sugar. Very friendly staffs and they get my drink ready fast. So delicious and never disappointed! Amazing and Good Job.

Employees lack knowledge on what dairy free means. I was given rude service from some kid who decided to show me the plastic box their dry milk is put in instead of the labeled packaging it’s delivered in. Probably won’t return until I hear news about this place being more vegan friendly.

I am SO excited about this place! It has my favorite drink which is the earl grey milk tea and the size and price are perfect. This is only 5 minutes away from my house which is potentially dangerous Haha but Im definitely making this my new regular spot. It didnt take long and the place was clean and obviously efficient! Just go already!

The new creme brulee tea series are so good. I got the Creme Brulee Tie Guan Yin and my hubby got the Creme Brulee Brown Sugar Milktea. The drinks are perfectly made. Will get more of these. 😍😍

There drinks are really good and the service is super fast. Since they are a bigger franchise that has stores world wide, there system is really well developed. They are always consistent with their taste and service.

Visited Gong Cha for the first time and I am impressed. I ordered Foam Milk Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea, after having the first sip I instantly fell in love with it. The Boba pearls are softer to chew compared to other Bubble tea places. I will be definitely coming back to try out different drinks.

If your looking for Boba Smoothie they don’t have any. They have alot milk options and tea. You have to pay for your boba not like in other places it comes with it. Requested a punch card and they said they don’t do that but yet they have a sign that they give points. While I was reading it when Waiting for the drinks so guess what $29 of drinks and I guess it’s zero points for me because They didn’t care to tell me. Customer service was nonexistent! Strawberry milk slushy And mango milk slushy was not the same as a smoothie. You taste more of the milk than the actual fruit.The strawberry Pearls tasted like gummys and looked like them. Hands down Boba Heaven in Garland, Tx is the best can’t find anything like it. I’m too far so I’m still looking.

Apparently they changed their points from a card to digital. I had one more visit to get the benefits which was that visit that day. They wouldnt accept my paper card bc I was a day late. Had I known there was a digital transition would have came in earlier. Thanks alot.

Been wanting to come to this Boba tea place! Had a large Earl Grey (just the tea and milk) with boba and it was absolutely lovely. Staff is helpful and I like that I can see what I ordered on the small screen in front of the register. Will be returning to try the other tea flavors.

Great boba tea. Their “large” size drink is absolutely massive! I got a regular size brown sugar milk tea and it was good. They are willing to adjust the ice and sweetness levels, which is great. They also have a rewards program so you can get a free drink after you buy a few. Overall great place

Earl grey was amazing!

This place is run very well! I had called in an order for 70 drinks for my company and the owner had it ready in thirty minutes. They had several employees including themselves place this and secure it in vehicle. I am very impressed by the customer service and speed that the owner was able to get the drinks out, for just being open for less than a week.I’m looking forward to bringing my friends da and family!
