Quality place to buy meat like the old days. They even have rind on bacon! The prices are more than fair and the meat is great quality. I shop here all the time and so should you!

The guy that came to say hi to me works in the back processing meat... he is an older guy, didnt get his name but hes very knowledgeable and friendly. I admire that this place hired him, especially because hes a US Army Veteran... his customer service skills are an absolute 💯. He made me feel welcomed and even offered to prepare the hottest spicy sausages on the planet 😋🌶🌶🌶😄. Thanks for making me smile on my first visit. I felt very welcomed today. I purchased over $100 of BBQ ribs and steak, thanks to his outstanding hospitality and Ill be coming back for more soon. Keep up the great customer service 👍.

This place is great! Fresh meats, great bacon, the patio steaks are a great way to feed a party. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Try their seasoned pepper, goes great on everything.

When I grew up, my grandmother lived on a farm and would have one of her cows butchered and each of her two daughters (my mom being one) would get “a side”. My brother and I have discussed that a few times, but because 1) it’s somewhat expensive, 2) we don’t have that much freezer space, and 3) we don’t eat all that much beef - it’s never happened.So this week my dad (94) wanted to bless us with some beef. He’d seen the ads CMM places in the newspaper every weekend.The staff was very helpful and friendly. Angela helped me with our order. We met Lou - the owner - who explained some options and programs where their meats are more along wholesale prices. I’ll definitely be looking into that in the future!I called ahead to make sure we were headed to the right location (my dad wasn’t sure about the name of the business). They added our name to the wait list, but when we arrived there was no problem getting assistance. They do have a steady amount of business.While we shopped a la cart, they had 12 different “packages” available - from “Apartment” size to a half side of beef. If you choose one of those, you can’t make any substitutions.We got a mix of meats: ribeye, brisket, chicken, sausage, pork. They also have frozen veggies and an assortment of rubs and spices.All in all - it was a fun experience. This is how grocery shopping should be, and once was - back before big. Box stores and prepackaged goods. The meats looked fantastic, and I can’t wait to fire up the grill this weekend. (Or maybe the smoker!)

You have to visit this place for fresh cut beef right in front of You. Its so delicious, and if You cook correctly, it comes out very tasty as well. Highly recommend this place. But you don’t get a lot of sea food variety though. But thats ok.

Tomahawk steaks the size of your head, sausage, brisket, chicken, pretty much any thing you could want.They offer bulk frozen meats as well and these are all covered by a guarantee; if you thaw the meat and its dry or bad theyll replace it.Very nice and helpful staff. Well definitely be back and if I had a deep freezer I might just lose a paycheck in this place.

My only.regret is not finding Country Meat Market sooner. These folks couldnt be more helpful and friendly. The beef is phenomenal!

I bought one of their package deals. The chicken was horrible. The steaks were paper thin. I decided to go back and give them another try today to ask about ribs. The manager freaked out because I didnt have a mask on. He was holding it. He could be passing the virus to me. I have the right to shop anywhere.I will never be back!

The meats are great, but they dont really have a great amount of variation.Last time I went, they had like two kinds of beef ribs, and two kinds of bacon, or something like that.The prices are a bit high, with some products, but the quality of the meet is pretty excellent.I will definitely be returning for more pork ribs, especially.They are quite succulent!

The prices were amazing, the staff was very informative and friendly, and proper Covid precautions were being taken.I found this place calling around to see who can cut bone longwise for the marrow. They cut it correctly without hesitation. We also bought a rack of beef ribs and two filet mignon cuts on impulse. Everything cooked up nicely and tasted amazing.I loved this place and will go back!

I cant believe I had never visited Country Meat Market until a month a ago. I had received ads from them for menu yes are but honestly was a bit concerned about the we at Ft Worth address. Decided to stop by one day anyway. If you were not looking at a map you would think you are in West Arlington.... So the location is not an issue.On to their products. The meat is amazing. Ive bought pork, beef, their custom made sausage and seasoned beef (fajitas). It is all tasty and high quality. They also have chicken which Ill buy on my next visit.I will continue to shop here. They also have a frequent buyer program

Ive been looking for a REAL butcher near here since we moved here. The grocery chains just dont sell the quality that a fine butcher shop like this one does.Finally, I found one and they are GREAT! Dee helped me select some great pork chops. Im going back tomorrow for some gorgeous filet. They have an incredible selection for making everything you can imagine. They even keep frozen seafood that is all USA sourced. I reserved a star for that day when my hubby finally smokes some of their pork ribs. They look fantastic, but its just too cold right now.

Awesome cuts of meat, fresh and large! Lots of of frozen stuff like sausages, veggies, Cornish hen and seafood. Even saw turkey hindquarters and whole chicken. Got many seasonings and other stuff. Staff always friendly and helpful! Steaks and pork I cooked recently were tender and juicy. Loving also the deli selection; got some good old fashioned liver loaf, souse, head cheese and luncheon meat. Will be coming back for more.

Probably the nicest people I have met in a long time! They took their time with me, made recommendations and their variety of meats are fresh and backed by a SERIOUS guarantee! They have a new customer for life! I will be back to finish stocking my deep freezer!

The owner was very knowledgeable as well as a really nice guy. Bought a 27 and a half pound shoulder clod from him. We discussed Meats, BBQ Smokers for about 20 minutes, he even took the time to show me some of the smokers and Equipment out in the back shed. I will go back here and do business with this guy. The shoulder clod took me about 23 hours to get it up to 201 degrees internal temperature, this was a long cook folks, LOL. Low and slow is the way to go and if youre looking youre not cooking.

I like fresh meat thats not pre-packaged. Ive been buying from here for over 2 years and only had one issue with meat that was immediately resolved.I prefer genuine smiles better!! 😉😉

Looks like they need to drop the prices a bit and mark down all that dark meat they have in there counter and put some fresh cut out!The top sirloins looked like they had a greenish tint to them!I didnt buy anything from them the last 2 times.They had old meat out that they coated in some type of spice or marinade!!!I wouldnt buy anything unless they cut it fresh while you wait!

I love this place. Ive been going there for many years. They are always helpful...but I usually get what I want and dont cause a stir. Still, someone there took the time to order uncooked ham for me, gave me the salt I needed and taught me how to cure it on my own....the guy really went over the top. I will continue to go to this place for meat, but I wish they were closer to where I live (Allen/Plano).

Theres no other place i buy my meat the quality is second to none. Ill never again buy my meat from the grocery stores again. Thank you country Meat Market for all you do for the community.

Their meat is always good and the prices are fair. Im always satisfied when I do business with them. I always feel like I get more than what I paid for. I never felt cheated nor that their meat was of low quality.

Out of Amarillo... We visit different meat markets while visiting family members throughout the great state of TEXAS... and I can say that these peoples were AWESOME folk and the RIBEYES ROCKED!!

My dads been going here since I was 10-11 I’m 25 now & I go here occasionally for a good NY Strip or Porterhouse. Always clean and the people are friendly. I’d give it 6 stars if they sold live cattle

What a great place!! We recently moved from colorado and were looking for a place to buy all our meat. Well, we found it!As soon as you walk in, you feel part of the team. They have always greeted me and are instantly there to help. I even got a tour where they hang the beef and butcher it! We got heart steaks specially cut for us for valentines day and my husband even said they are the best steaks he has ever had.We go thru a lot of meat in a month, so the deals they have are perfect for us. The people at country meat just know what I actually need without making me buy too much. I also love that they have seasonings and sauces right there. And the frozen veggie prices are better than the stores.Definitely go to this place for all your meat and even sides! Amazing!!

RIPOFF!!! I saw the ad in the paper and visited this location to buy their special as advertised. They pulled the used car salesman bait and switch routine and pressured me into buying a different package. I foolishly trusted these swindlers and ended up getting duped. The meat was overpriced and of poor quality. You are far better off buying your beef from Costco or a reputable butcher. The select quality stuff they sell at most grocery stores is better priced and better quality than these flim flam men are pushing. I will never shop here again and I advise anyone who is not an idiot to avoid this place. Let my mistake be a lesson for the rest of you. Wise up and find a better meat supplier. These guys deserve to go out of business. And good riddance when they do.

Was very pleased in the passed and present amazing butcher shop got me some grass grain fed drug free bones for bone broth today! 2.19 lb cut me what I ask for had a great chat and they are in the crock now!
