Took my car in due to shaking when stopping and jutting forward when stopping. Owner said needed front end suspension work and charged $1200 + tax.Gave me finance today information for a company that they use. I used the excessive interest company, which gave the option of 3 months interest free financing. I paid it off in 1 month.The vehicle started doing the same things within the first two weeks. I called the owner and let him know and he said bring it in for him to look at it. I brought it in about 3 weeks later and he told me it needed a motor mount.I asked him why he didn’t know that when I brought it in and it’s doing the same thing that I paid over $1200 for. I asked him how much for a motor mount and he said” he didn’t want to give me any pricing because they don’t give service to people who complain about their work”. I was dumbfounded!I told him I couldn’t believe he would take my money and less than 2 months later he won’t give me service because I complained. There goes the warranty!!!! I’m calling the BBB TODAY!!!By the way, the problem is the tires on the back needing rotors and drums. Word of advice... DON’T USE THEM!!!!! They have a location on Miller St and E. Berry St.

OThe back tire busted on my car after i decided to move my car that was sitting on the driveway over a month (i was unaware I had to at least drive it around the block to avoid tire damage) and this location was the closest. I must say that the prices are amazing, and the service was quick and friendly. :) No complaints. I am happy to have found the place on Google maps. :D Definitely saving this shop to my favs.

They charged me for the disposal of my tires,n I thought that tire shops dispose tires for Free, but apparently they dont because I was charged the same price twice, when asked why da extra charge he said it is for the disposal of your old tires....

Do not buy tires from this place. I bought a tire from this place and days after purchasing the tire it went flat. I took the tire to Walmart for patching and was told the tire was rotted out and shouldnt have been sold. I returned the tire and was told there was nothing they could do about the tire. I was also told by a technician from Walmart that the other 3 tires that I purchased from this place were tires that belonged on a heavy duty truck and not a SUV. This place and its employees take advantage of people by selling tires that are not safe and then they refuse to take ownership of their selling practices. Also there is one employee there that makes very inappropriate sexual comments to the female customers. Please stay away from this place. The service and quality is unacceptable.

Sigh....Well, I am dead smack in the middle of a Situation with this prospective merchant.*Alert*, *Alert* I have a bad wheel problem; Im on my way to work and I need help! OMG a Tire & Wheel Shop, Great, so I thought initially.My wheel is damage beyound repair, I purchaced a new set of tires & wheels from here. Through 5 days of returning three times to correct what seems to be the same problem I had in the begining, Im hopeful that this Company can establish itself as a Good Business doer and claim the title of Tire Shop King in the area. (see future review for outcome)
