We ordered two children’s rooms worth of furniture through Corey at the store. He was excellent to work with and not pushy at all. We knew exactly what we needed so he was able to just process our order, complete the financial application, and it was all smooth.It is unfortunate that we have two wait two months for the delivery, but given the current global production and transport situation, it’s understandable.Thanks for your help Corey!

Man I bought a bed frame back in march and waited today for it to come in today June 18th they tried to give me a used be which is crazy and total shocking Ive brought 3 different couches kitchen table never had this problem head board had 150 Knicks plus in it rhe color of the frame you can tell has been repaint wasnt even color it was suppose to be wont ever shop here again it was insulting that rhey even tried to past that on to me trying on the cool that head board was goodwill quality upload photos but cant finally able to upload pic but that the head board they try to give me a used good will quality. Updated was suppose to get my bed frame in today never got an email or text with a time so called the warehouse told me it was push back to October 20 bought it in the beginning of March first delivery was suppose to be June 18 send a bad head board then got moved to July 29 throw being told October so took two days off still no befuddled frame been 5 months got rid of my bedframe before jun 18 to make it easier to set up and now Ive been on the floor for 2 months roo. To go service quality definitely went to crap since everything

Norma Delaughter is awesome! I have spent my fair share of time on the sales floor of furniture stores and she knows her stuff, is excellent at getting the best value for customers.We decided on a motion sofa and recliner. At the very last changed our minds because of a quality concern. She was so patient about changing our minds and took very good care of us despite it being 30 minutes after her shift was over.

We went in to look at living room furniture last week. We went early to avoid the crowds. It was our luck that the first salesman we encountered was Demetrius Bolden. He was very helpful and let us go about our shopping until we were ready to discuss a specific living room set. I even asked him to demonstrate a product they have that can remove ink marks from solid surfaces. He did not hesitate to accommodate my request. He is a very nice, friendly and patient young gentleman who helped us. We wanted to go home and measure and think about what we wanted to buy. We arranged to meet him at the store the next day. Even though he was not scheduled to get to work until noon the next day he knew we preferred to come early before the crowds and he gave us his business card and asked us to call or text him and he would come in and meet us early. Which he did. I highly recommend Demetrius to anyone going into the North Fort Worth Rooms to Go store.

They say rooms to go, but when you try to take one of the rooms with you theyre like oh no, that room cant leave the store.Seriously though, the furniture is great for the price and I have not had a problem with delivery. All the furniture seems to be one shade off from vanilla, nothing overly conservative or stuffy, but nothing too daring.The rooms that they put together go pretty well and they offer a discount when you buy certain sets.

When I got my furniture the salesman was awesome that’s not the problem.They came and delivered my furniture I told them the door is as open as it can go please don’t push or it could break . The furniture I replaced was much bigger wider and we didn’t break it taking it out That’s the first thing they did It broke I have tried to communicate with them and they finally told me this is after a year they closed my complaints due to no Communication on their part I have called and called and called and they have records of it but they said to bad the couch is nice the love seat and chair both lack filling can feel the metal on your bottom needs filling no biggie and it makes some noises but not going to ever shop here again only because of there lack of good customer service and only the last one was very rude Senior Citizens Rant!!!

Worse customer service! Bought this couch (sofa bed) in February and had to wait until March to get it delivered (no problem with that). Couch 1: the bed frame broke. Had to wait for an inspector to check the sofa and approve a replacement. Waited couple of months for the replacement.Couch 2: The one in the pictures. Was dropped bu the delivery people. Had to wait for another inspector to approve a replacement. Waited for two months. This morning, the replacement was supposed to be delivered and the delivery person said the one he had on the truck was in a similar condition of the one I have. I called customer service and they said they were not going to deliver the same couch and I have the option of either get a discount of the impressive quantity of $120 (less than 10% of the price) or go get another one that can’t be less than the price of the one I got.In total, Rooms to Go has taken about 16 hrs of my life and for them that is worth $120. This is the last item I get there and I will not step on that store that does not value the customer’s time and needs.

I literally only gave 1 star so I can write this review. My experience was horrible with recieving what I ordered. I opened my love seat and there were bed bugs. I called customer care and they wouldnt send nobody out till tomorrow morning. So that mean this infested furniture has to sit in my property or be outside overnight. They wouldnt work with me at all smh, I am livid and would never shop with them.

Worked with Jim with my living room order online. He was very patient and understood my needs also helped me get the date I needed FAST! Very nice quality of items and being helpful with delivery dates is really nice due to previous experience at NFM they wouldn’t give me a date at all until MAYBE after three months of waiting…. Corey Morello attended me for my purchase and he was patient, helpful, informative. I liked most styles in fabric, but expected more arrangements. i was told in would get calls updating my order and that it would arrive early September.

Shop at your own risk here. Walked in, picked out my furniture. All along the way the sales rep kept emphasizing how delivery would assemble and I need not worry about that. Well, she left out a very important detail (only if the room is completely EMPTY). So the day came and they delivered but refused to assemble same day(because the room was not COMPLETELY EMPTY). After calling customer “care” and being told I should have “common sense”, the furniture sat in huge boxes for a week!! Customer care did nothing but argue with me. Finally, Kaitlynn at the Alliance store was able to help me. She apologized and understood my situation. She provided excellent customer service BUT best of all, she was able to help me and find a resolution that made me happy. Don’t call customer care if you have a problem…..no one cares there. In the end I don’t even blame the delivery guys- there should be a disclaimer about what is expected when they deliver and assemble. Just tell me what needs to be done on my part and I’ll do it ….but don’t tell me I need to have “common sense”. It’s common sense to inform your customers of how your contracted delivery companies work…if you can’t do that then you shouldn’t offer their services and make it part of your sales tactic. THATS FALSE ADVERTISING!

We waited 1 month for our couch and we missed the appointment time (by 1 minute). I called immediately to reschedule for a delivery and the representative told me she had to wait until tomorrow once it is unlocked in their system. Today comes around and they give another 1 month delivery date, so I told them I will just go pick it up. The manager then responded saying THEY SOLD OUR COUCH. WE ALREADY PAID IN FULL UP FRONT AND THEY SOLD IT! This is the worst customer service Ive had in a while and wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from here!

Quin was great. Took his time explaining everything and walked us around to answer any questions.Edit: Quin was great, nothing wrong with the in house staff. The agents in the call center on the other are the worst. No one cares or tries to help. As soon as you show you are slightly upset they drop the call/chat. Delivery team misread my address after confirming everything with them and then we couldnt get our furniture for another week because it was out of their loop. Installation guys dont know what they are doing. Had to re-put together our furniture since it was only half correct. Only person I spoke to who gave a damn was Jennifer.

We went into Rooms To Go in Alliance over the Memorial Day Weekend looking for a sofa and home theater seating. We were met by and worked with Tyler Acosta who was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Tyler set reasonable expectations on arrival dates for the furniture we ordered and answered any questions we had. We highly recommend working with him if you can. We will try to update this review once the sofa, chairs and dining set are in our home.

Our Sales Associate was Corey Morello and he was FANTASTIC. We knew what we needed (as were expecting a our first child this weekend), but had been to Ashleys and others and couldnt find the deals/prices that fit our tight budget. Corey was ON IT! Not only did he hook us up, but when we found out later in the week that we were only approved for so much, he helped us keep what we wanted while STILL bringing the price down! He also pushed to get our furniture delivered ASAP. Weve never been to a Rooms To Go before, but well definitely be back!

They just delivered our 3 chairs. They used blue tape to cover up the rips and tears. After the delivery team left we noticed and called the store we bought them from. The manager could care less. She said, call the customer care center. Ok we call them. The voice recording states the mail box is all full, goodbye. Nice hu? We will NEVER EVER BUY FURNITURE AGAIN FROM THIS PLACE!

Rooms to go has been the worst experience ever! Ordered a bunk bed set and its been over a month, they still dont have the right parts and each delivery person refuses to set anything up. Theyve been out 3 times for the same bed set that is still in pieces. They damaged my walls, made a claim and havent heard from them. Not recommended!!!

DO NOT PICK UP ORDERS FROM THIS STORE.Make sure you get your product delivered… HORRIBLE WAREHOUSE TEAM THAT DOES NOT EVEN BUBBLE WRAP OR TAKE CARE OF FURNITURE WHEN LOADING ONTO TRUCK. These guys are awful and has worst customer service. Don’t ever shop from this store. They promised to deliver the furniture on a specific date which never got delivered and when I inquired, they told us that they changed the delivery date to some other date without even notifying me. At least show some respect to your customers. The manager named Caitlin at this place was very disrespectful. I would never recommend anyone to buy from this store. Don’t waste your time and money with them.

Michelle at the store in North Fort Worth was awesome! She listened to what we wanted and showed us all the appropriate items without being pushy. Great experience!!EDIT: This store is awful, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Every time my furniture has been delivered, it has been damaged and incorrect. Michelle told me when directly asked that I would receive the items as they appeared in on the floor but that was 100% a lie. Their customer service is a complete joke. You either sit on hold for an eternity or never receive a call back if you decide to go with that option. I would highly recommend going to Living Spaces, which is right across the street or Nebraska Furniture Mart. I will never do business with Rooms To Go again and I highly advise that others do the same.

Bought a electric recliner and the armrest crushed when I put my weight on them to push myself up in the chair. I filed a claim on the warranty an was told that it was not a manufacture defect so it was not covered. If using cheap material is not a manufacturing problem I dont know what is. Will not buy from you again!!!!

I met with Teresa today to get a mattress and she was absolutely AMAZING! She has made this process so easy and she is so friendly. Please ask for her in the kids department, if looking for any new mattresses or anything.

I have to brag on Dimetrius Bolden. I had a great buying experience with him at Rooms to Go on Rain Lily Trail. He really listened to what I was looking for. I was excited to get my new furniture. I had a problem with the delivery and Dimetrius got right back to me and made sure it was taken care of. Service like that is why I will return to Rooms to Go in the future.

I went into this store not looking to buy anything that day. I walked in and was greeted by Tyler. He introduced himself and then let us walk around and look in peace. My wife and I found a couch that was comfortable and on sale and wanted more info on it. I was able to get Tyler to come over and give us info on the couch and was honest with us on delivery time and expectations. He took the time to walk us through each step of the purchase and made sure we knew everything we needed to know before leaving. We are excited to get the couch and cannot thank Tyler Acosta enough for helping us, but not pressuring us at all. It was a true breath of fresh air when it comes to furniture stores.

UPDATE: While I did need to sleep on my couch for 2 nights, the Alliance Rooms To Go store helped us out tremendously. Once Monday rolled around and the delivery team came back to the office, the Alliance store was able to get us squared away by the end of the day. Ultimately, I give 5 stars to the Alliance Rooms to Go management team and 1 or fewer stars to whomever manages their delivery schedule.Prepare to set aside the entire day for delivery, no matter what time they quote you. I was told my delivery would be between 1 and 5pm. RTG delivery changed the window to between 8am and 12pm, telling me this at 8:11a on the day of, when I had already left for the morning. The delivery crew attempted delivery around 9am, while I was out. We contacted RTG delivery, who had us contact the driver, who then hung up on us. I later went back to the store to see what we could do to get our bed. The in-store team was very nice and understanding, but we’re ultimately unable to get us the furniture.

We purchased a sectional, ottoman, and living room chair last year along with the 3-year stain guard protection.A year and a few days later, the ottoman had a defect appear that would have been covered by warranty had it happened a few days earlier. Rooms-To-Go corporate customer service and the Alliance store location have elected to rigidly adhere to their 365 day obligation and will not stand by their product a second longer than the minimum requirement.While this is their right, it reveals the values and character of the corporate culture, the store, and the decision makers when the defect happened almost immediately after the warranty expired. I cannot in good conscience recommend giving them your business.

Truly terrible!!!! Bought and paid for my living room set beginning of June. Received a call 8/23 that the delivery drivers were at my house and if I could not be there within 15 mins I could not get it today. Well since I was 30 mins away the order is locked. No phone call or text from the time of purchase until today when they were in my drive way. Talked to several people on the phone no way to resolve and terrible customer service. Would NEVER buy anything from them if I knew what I was dealing with. There are a million furniture companies in DFW, do yourself a favor and go with ANYONE but Rooms To Go.

Jay was an outstanding sales person super nice and helpful and did not hover but was there to answer any questions the only issue we had was the floor model actually included a piece of the sectional that was not included in the price so it actually cost more then the price on the tag. Other then that it was great.

This was our first store to go to and we had planned on going to several other stores in the same area. After having him assist us with different options, we selected a sectional and recliner we absolutely loved. He was very professional, listened to our wants and very patient. We all have bad experience sometimes but the visit here was not a bad experience for me. It was discriminatory. Jay, the scam artist, and Caithin, the RASICT manager are people we as a community need to stand against. They are filthy, no respect to their customers. This business is calling for a bankruptcy and let’s give them that.

Do NOT waste your time going here. My husband and I went in today to find 2 kid bedroom sets and we finally found the ones we wanted but the sales rep kept haggling us to buy their mattress when we repeatedly told them we didn’t need them. The sales rep went to her “manager” and he tried telling us about how great their mattresses are and how bad other mattresses are “because they’re mostly made from China”...etc. We couldn’t even buy the furniture because they wouldn’t stop trying to sell on on their mattresses. We weren’t there trying to buy a car people!!! Seriously stop acting like vultures squeezing in every penny. No thank you....I’ll never go there again. Taking my business to living spaces in alliance, I went there last week and it was such a pleasant experience...not making the mistake of going anywhere else.

It’s a shame because I actually love the selection of furniture at Rooms To Go. I just don’t like their shipping services. Paid cash for a my daughter’s bedroom suite that still has an unassembled trundle. That was over 2 months ago.... very dissatisfied.

HORRIBLE QUALITY furniture. We purchased a dining table with 6 chairs. The finish/laminate started peeling off the top of the table after ONLY 3 months and the chairs have all broken. I am SHOCKED that this is considered acceptable. I have already started replacing the furniture and have left this junk on the curb. See pictures.

My husband, daughter and I went here at about 4pm on 05/22/2021 to look at new living room furniture. Our current set downstairs is about 7 yrs old & from RTG and it’s time for a new one. (Half of our house is from RTG). Not a single sales person addressed us! The only person who even acknowledged us with a “hello, how are you?” as we went through the entire store was the guy wiping down the furniture! I definitely do not like to be hounded by salespeople, but no one even said “Hi, I’m so and so. I’m here when you are ready.” (There were plenty of them standing around). So we left with the exact set we wanted in mind. I will either just go to Grapevine or buy the set online which will prove to be a hassle because I wanted to switch out the lamp and I need my account looked up.

Otto the sales man is the best. He is so knowledgeable, friendly and patient. If you are looking for variety at fair prices, this is the place to visit. They will work with you. I look around but I always go back and have never been dissapointed!
