I have been going to Tom Guess automotive for over 25 years It was close to my house and I have been friends with the owner since middle school A few years ago it was sold to Chase who I have known for about 15 years I now live on the far north side of town I was having some issues with my air conditioning and thought I would have someone closer to me do the work I took it to someone on Davis Blvd and they told me I would need a new compressor and it would be between 800 to 1200 dollars I didn’t feel comfortable with that so I called Chase He fixed it in 1 day and said he just needed to change the return hose It cost around 260 dollars It’s good to know there are still honest people in the car repair business and even though I have to drive between 15 to 20 miles to get there I won’t take any of my cars anywhere else for service

We love this service station. They are great about giving you an estimate on the cost of repairs. They are will tell you if they can fix your car that day or if you need to bring back another day. The repair prices are reasonable. We have even gone to another station and were told we needed repairs and came here to get a second opinion and saved money. It is not a fancy repair place and there is not a great waiting room, but if you are looking for a straight forward repair place for your car this place is it!

Went to get an inspection here. Dude literally drove my car on the highway. Im pretty sure hes not supposed to take my car for a joyride.

Great service super clean shop

I was broke down and they stopped and helped me. I was so up set I couldnt even call a tow truck so they called for me. I let them fix it for me and they were very reasonable. They even vacuumed out my van. Thank yo Tom Guess Automotive

These guys fixed the exact problem and made my vehicle safe to drive from Texas to South Carolina. It was taken care of in a timely manner and for a great price! They’re not going to overcharge you or add extra stuff you don’t need just to make money. Being a girl who doesn’t know much about cars, taking it elsewhere would have cost double. Definitely recommend you taking your vehicle there. Honest and hard workers

These guys are awesome! First of all I accidentally came in after they were closed and yet they still helped me. I brought my car in to get the compressor fixed and was expecting to pay around $1,500-$2,000. They had my car fixed by the next day and told me over the phone it would cost only $850 and even then when I went to pay, it was only $788! They didnt even put in a used compressor; it was brand new! On top of all of that, they cleaned the inside before I picked it up! I have already recommended Tom Guess to several of my friends! Great service!!

I used to take my cars to the dealer service center, but no more- Tom Guess is right around the corner from me and they do a better job at a lower price. I towed a car which had been sitting dead in the garage for about 9 months over to Tom Guess auto and they revived it and had me rolling again in no time, several months later and its still running smooth.
