Purchased an awning for my Jeep ended up getting one that was to long and would end up looking ridiculous if I put it on my Jeep. I contacted Doug Holleman and guys at this 4wheel parts explained the issue and they jumped on it found me an awning that would fit and got it to the store the same time as the original order would have arrived. I worked with Doug Holleman to find new tires for my 2011 F150. Doug has been awesome to work with and spent plenty of time helping me find just the right tires. Doug was friendly, easy to work with, and did a great job in explaining the differences between tires that Ive been looking at. I bought my current tires from 4WP in 2016 and will continue to do business there because of the friendliness and knowledgeable staff.

These guys went above and beyond to help me out with my tire purchase. I could not find anywhere in Texas that had the tires I needed. The team in fort worth had two, and found to in California. While being delivered the two from California were delayed due to truck issues. Knowing I had to drive 4 hours to get these, and I took a day off from work for the purchase as well the team located tires from another vendor and made direct arrangements to make sure they were here in time.The original order still would have came in, just late. But they went on their own and found away to keep their word on when my items would be here.Joe had worked with me for close to a week trying to locate different tires that would fit my needs, and in the sizes I needed. For the most part a good experience. I did have some problems with a part that was the fault of the manufacturer not theirs. And they are going to make things right and honor the warranty. Never the less Im out time and money on labor costs not covered by the warranty. If I would have had them install the parts then there would have been no problems. So all in all I can not actually complain about them or their service about my experience. Every business no matter what it is will have bad products due to manufacturers error or negligence. With no fault on the seller nor the one purchasing the product. More so now than years ago. Its a shame, but it happens!

People there are nice. But, does this store have anything in stock??? Im not sure they have any inventory. I just picture a storeroom full of empty shelves in the back. I guess they just want you to order everything online and come pick it up. Might as well get stuff off Amazon and have it at my door tomorrow.

Not only have I had exceptional customer service over the phone with guys like Doug, but I have also had top notch customer service in store as well. All around great group of guys with a ton of knowledge. I had an online order that had a wrong part. When I went in to pick up part of my order, it was a breeze getting that wrong part cancelled and the right one on order. Couldnt ask for a better store!

These guys know their stuff. They’re always friendly and courteous. This place is super busy and a little pricey, but they’ve always worked with me on parts pricing, and I have never had any issues with their work. If you can, go talk to them in person. Their phones ring off the hook!

I came in on Saturday, just purchased a Jeep not too sure what I want to do yet but there was a gentleman named Mike D., he was so courteous and knowledgeable and took so much time with me to weigh my options I am totally coming back to buy with him within the next couple of weeks!!! Love it here!

Unfortunately will have to rate 2 stars mainly for customer service. Techs seem to have done a decent job. I got about 4 different quotes for a leveling kit from different shops. This shop had the best quote and I thought the reputation of the company would suffice. Install went fine and was happy with the price and install until I arrived back home to find they didnt put the whole kit on. SMH. Called to find out why. Was told the price I was quoted by new salesman was not correct and that I would have to come back and pay more money to install complete kit. Your mistake equals my time and money which was wasted. A reputable business would have ate the difference for their mistake.. Had to use two vehicles to get back and forth and then back again with another vehicle and driver to get the other vehicle in which they hassled me for possibly having to leave overnight. Contacted corporate and still no response. Not happy with this location or company. Somethings amiss with these guys, and wont be using them in the future for my truck needs. Also, mask required sign on front door so I complied but then new salesman and young manager inside had none. Interesting.

Went in to have a tire carrier installed and free tire rotation. Tire carrier installation seems fine but previously marked a tire to verify it would be moved. IT Wasnt. Asked why spare was not put in the rotation and after hesitation tech replied most people dont want a 5 tire rotation. That wasnt even the tire I marked. Caught them in lies in the past. Guess Im back to rotating tires myself even though I paid for the service when I bought the tires and wheels.

Went in to be greeted by some snotty young guy. asked some questions and acted like i wasn’t there or would constantly run into the bay area. the other guy noticed and tried to ask help me when i asked some questions regarding wheels. service sucked. walked out and spent my money elsewhere. won’t be going to this location

Have been to this specific shop a couple times- once to purchase items and the second to return said items and both times had horrible customer service from one particular gentleman (angers me that I never caught his name!!). My boyfriend just bought a new Jeep and wanted to get as much information about different products to ensure they would fit correctly or even just to look good! Every question asked was always answered with a rushy, non interested tone. Didn’t look up from the computer, didn’t put much into wanting to keep a customer that has reasonable questions about the items they are wanting to purchase. All in all, awful customer service. Will be taking business somewhere else.

If the customer service is anything like the Coppell location. Id avoid spending your money here. Missing parts on a new rack, and they wont be replaced? Wow.

I have not made a purchase (yet) but they were very helpful while we were shopping air lifts. They gave a lot of information and a very nice quote. I was confused after shopping a different retailer whose quote was WAY higher and came back with more questions. They explained why the other retailers quote was higher and why they did not include the extra item in the quote they had provided (the other retailer quoted an unnecessary upgrade without explanation) We will be purchasing from 4 Wheel Parts! Thank you for being upfront and honest and not overselling!

Had my new springs installed on my coil over shocks and I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the spring rate so I called and talked to Kirby the manager who helped me exponentially by not only fixing the shocks but also root causing the issue I was having With the rough ride of my truck. He not only fixed the issue but also carved out time and put two of his guys on my job because of the hurry I was in I am and was overly satisfied I went and did my alignment through them which is perfect!! I will have them install my bumper and winch when they come in. Great customer service and I will be returning for future work on my ZR2

Installed electric running boards on our new Rubicon. My wife absolutely loves them. Do not confuse with “Rock Sliders” but retracted it is difficult to tell the difference.Great work, on time expensive but what isn’t?

Installed my step bars in under an hour. COVID requires they close the waiting room and I got the impression they worked quickly so that I wasnt in the July heat too long. It was a great experience.

Been coming to these guys for about 5 years and they always provide excellent service. Just very recently had new wheels, fenders, and a spare tire support installed by them for my 2015 JK and am very, very pleased with the work. They will even, inasmuch as is possible, go way out of their way to help you get the parts you need (such as in the case where theres been a national sell out on an item) for your scheduled appointment time with them. Just outstanding service.

Don’t waste your time. I drove 30 minutes to this location. Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received, or lack there of. I had stopped by to ask about a couple of parts for my Jeep, the guy I spoke with acted like I was a bother to him & he was short & rude with his responses.Disappointed.

Great place to get mods done on your 4x4. Im on my third Rubicon and they have done many mods four me. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Ryan, Mike, Nathan, and Jason make A great team. And dont forget the guys in the shop. Never had A problem with the work theyve done. Great results every time.

Not a good service...

Its back off the road a little, but still visible. Very kind guys helped figure out which tire the lugnut was missing from. Hubcaps come off with Allen wrenches, I dont have any yet. Even with two kids running around yelling mommy mommy, they were still very nice.

Customer service here is off the charts!!! I bought a JK 13 and came in with absolutely no idea about Jeep upgrades... Walked out knowing everything I wanted to know and, without the pressure to buy something. Everyone here has been awesome and eager to help or answer questions. I would defiantly come here for any 4x4 needs or just to ask a question. My only word of caution is to make sure you have all the adapter parts you need. I bought fog lights, didnt have the correct, adapters... Drove an hour away... Only to find out I couldnt install them with out a $10 part. Just make sure you ask before you leave and there is no way you can go wrong.

I got a free Monster Energy drink. Other than that, I could have got better service ordering online. The guys didnt seem too interested in their wares. Asked questions and it seemed as if it were bothersome to them. Whatever.

This shop location in Fort Worth has VERY Poor Customer Service. Want there for a quote for a lift kit for my JEEP wrangler. Stand around for bout 20 min plus. Was not “Welcome in or hi can we help you, even acknowledged” , I felt pre-judged as if I had no money. Went to the counter, was not giving any type of options of kits from budget to PRO kits.IM TAKING MY JEEP TO DALLAS LOCATION.

The hot guys that work here are really into them selves and are rather dickish. So if you want good customer service then go to the guys that are not a hotties trust me!

Dont take your Toyota there, itll cost you a small fortune to have it repaired back to working condition after they get their hands on it. The idiots have no idea how to work on a Toyota, and stonewalled when confronted about it. Its a bunch of crooks running the store, so my advice is to avoid it. You may have better luck at other 4 wheel parts locations, but this one isnt worth your time or money. Their warranty I was sold for $300 is worthless apparently, so save your money and go elsewhere.

Ryan is the man when you go in feel confident you are not going to get racked over the coals. I bought a 2010 Rubicon and had the front end pulling to the right. I like always wanted to change out lower and upper control arms front and rear. I was ready to spend over a grand to do this. Ryan said let my guys look at it first and then we can spend your money. In my head I was like is this guy is crazy. I want to spend money and he is telling me to wait before I buy stuff. Well after about 30 min his tech comes in and explains that my front steering stabilizer is blown and the front track bar cant be adjusted. I said what does that mean to me he said if I replace the stabilizer that will take care of the wobble and if we go with a adjustable track bar and some new casters I can get this thing straight for you. WHAT NO UPPER AND LOWER CONTROL ARMS!! What is up with these guys finally I say something. Ryan says no need to take your money if you dont need it, now you can buy something else. My bill went form 1500.00+ to around 450.00. Jason the Mgr is a little high strung, but he makes sure the guys dont over sell you stuff you dont need. If the parts you are buying are for looks they will take all the money but when fixing something they are above board. Spent $1,500 on tires and an alignment. 2000 miles later when my alignment is out they want $189 to realign my truck, and only charged me $55 the first time. My tires are out of balance and they want to charge me $60 to re Balance them. They dont stand behind their work and dont offer warranties on the most basic of things.
