Excellent work! The rear driver side window on my car smashed during an attempted theft. I messaged AGN late Saturday afternoon and they scheduled me for Monday. Drop off and pickup was easy. Work was nice and clean. Would definitely use again.

Dont let these guys touch your vehicle. Expect a long wait in their filthy disgusting office for a very sloppy work done. Youll have all kinds of residue and chunks of glass left inside your vehicle. Expect your vehicle to have air leaks and be flooded while youre in the car wash. I have expressed my disappointment with the district manager but she is clueless and have no concept of customer service. I have seen enough and I refuse to bring my vehicle back for repair. This place is a joke. Dont make the same mistake I did and STAY AWAY from this place!!!!

I brought in my 2020 escape and I had no idea i had so many cool features on my car. i told them the wrong information so they had to quickly run and get the right glass for me. it cost more, but the manager did help me out with the price. The other lady her name was Laura was so kind and helpful as well she is the one that offered to go get my glass without any hesitation. everyone here was so nice, helpful and respectful. they did a great job its perfect!!!!! u cant even tell its ever been replaced. everyone just had such a good attitude i cant explain how refreshing it was. they even showed me how to use my auto wipers and all the other features! i love it! THANK YOU EVERYONE AT AUTO GLASS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

Carpooled to Fort Worth from Houston for a business trip. Unfortunately at the hotel we stayed at (not a hotel named similar to 2x tree) truck was broken (window) into. Insurance company recommended this business and I completely agree with that recommendation. The window was replaced faster than it took me to finish my protein shake I bought a few doors down. The window was replaced faster than it would have taken me to get food at a fast food spot like McDonald’s w no line. If I ever travel round these parts and get car broken into, I’ll be heading here for repairs. Staff was real good people also. They got the southern hospitality that Texas is known for that those California folks moving in are ruining for us. If I ever lived in Fort Worth, I’d invite the staff the my house for BBQ

The tech showed up on time and explained everything he was going to do. When he was done, he cleaned up everything real well and gave me instructions on how to care for my windshield. I had forgotten what great service was. Awesome service.

As a small business owner I understand issues do come up and mistakes happen. I won’t get into details on what happen. I won’t be back and And they have serviced my other work truck. Ask a Customer take ownership in the issues. You guys did great for me so I came back, that’s what you want as a business. Unfortunately I won’t.

Auto Glass Now. The first time I went to have the rear window replaced they were fairly nice to me, but they were not very nice to people on the phone. I had an appointment but they said it didn’t really matter because it was first come first serve. About a week later the window leaked.I went the second time and they replaced the window. That time I waited in that little waiting room. You should hear how they talk to people on the phone! One of the women got off the phone and told the other one that this customer wanted to report her for being rude and the other woman said “you aren’t rude.“ 🙂 Every time I open the trunk of the car water runs into it. I wipe it out. Then yesterday, after a big rain, I got in the car and there was at least a half inch of standing water on the floorboard in the back and the seat was wet on the passenger side! Car smells bad. I opened the trunk and water ran in the trunk once again. I went to my daughter’s house to borrow her shop vac and discovered there was standing water under the mat in the trunk and about an inch of water all around and inside the spare tire area. I called and they told me to come back today. I asked who the manager was and the woman said Jamie but she wasn’t there. I asked them to have her call me and she never did. So I went back today to have the window replaced once again. Jamie “wasn’t there” but I waited. I asked Jamie what they plan to do because the carpet in my car was ruined. She was eating lunch at the desk. She rolled her eyes and said she would go look at it. She felt the car seat and said sarcastically “it’s dry today.” I said but it has been wet and the carpet is still wet and I think there may be mold. She said it only needed to be vacuumed. I told her about the water around the spare tire. She looked at it and let the mat back down. Again she said it just needed to be vacuumed. So I left. I called back and she answered the phone. I asked her how she would feel if it was her car and she asked the manager what she was going to do about the wet carpet and the mold and the manager rolled her eyes. She said “I AM the manager.” I told her I knew that and that I thought she was rude for rolling her eyes and saying she would go look at it. (She actually made a huffing sound when she went to look.) She told me she had worked there six years as the manager and had never had a complaint in six years. But I’m reading the reviews. Ha ha. She told me that she is always very professional and that she never rolled her eyes at me or any customer. When I went to pick up the car the standing water was still in the spare tire area!! The technician said he didn’t know it was there. I guess she didn’t tell him! We are expecting rain tonight so I am just praying that it doesn’t leak again. Oh yeah, when I talked to Jamie on the phone, after she told me what a professional she is, she told me that the car would have to sit for a year with water in it before there would be mold. Is that true?

Awesome service. Laura kept in communication with me. Everybody there seemed to be very happy, joking around but getting the job done. Great job guys!!!!

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONALOrdered the wrong windshield for my car then told me I’d have to leave with my original windshield that they damaged even further after waiting 3 hours. Had to drive home in the rain with a Shattered windshield. The owner told me that I better be glad it’s not even more shattered and then told me to get out.Responding to the owner: there was no miscommunication. Over the phone before the glass was order I made sure to tell the owner that it was a hybrid she said it would not make a difference. After knowing the glass didn’t fit she said she’d never dealt with a hybrid before. I was neither rude or loud, waited over 3 hours and was told to get out.

Laura at the front desk was wonderful, despite how busy it was. The experience was professional, nice and as mentioned by other reviewers, significantly cheaper than other competitors.

Called in the morning, made an appointment for 1:30PM. When I arrived, they had the correct windshield on site. We left our car and came back a couple hours later. Had to wait just a little bit for them to finish up.The windshield installation looked good. The molding and trim was installed properly, and there was no damage to my dash at all. (scuffs, scars, etc)There was still some debris left on the dash and floor from removal of the windshield, but that was fairly minor.Here is my take away:1. They were able to get us in quickly.2. The windshield was replaced properly in a very reasonable time.3. I was given good information about their warranty.4. The price was one of the best that I found.Would I go back? -- Yes

This place is not only reasonably priced but the staff also goes above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied. Unfortunately (but fortunate to have found this place) I have had to make 2 visits in the past month and a half. Both times they have exceeded in their customer service skills! Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs glass put in their vehicle.

My sister went to go get her windshield replaced and they broke her original one! In fact they even ordered the wrong size. There was a female manager there who was highly disrespectful and rude! We even threatened to call the police. It’s sad that this company puts people like this up there to do customer service. I do not recommend and would rather have multiple broken windshields.

Blew out the rear glass on my Pilot. Though it is first come first served you can drop off the vehicle if you want or wait for it. I chose to wait. Laura was behind the counter and when asked she said in essence she was required to say a 2 hour minimum wait time. They completed the job in just over one hour. They were very friendly and the cost was the lowest we could find. The quality of the work is first rate and went as smoothly as you might want. I recommend this place highly. Good people, great service and very reasonable prices.

Bad customer service. Told me to walk-in with no appointment then denied me service. When I confronted the owner about it she said it wasn’t her problem.

Prices are far more affordable here than other places, glass looks good no leaks, try getting here as early as you can as it it first come first serve. Only real complaint was the little bit of dirt left on the dash after job was complete. Other than that i would recommend!

The 2 women who work there. Hats off. Both polite, a coma dating, honest. I had to have my windshield replaced, a week later another rock hit my window, I went in, they recognized me, they had their only employee that day who was BUSY fix my window 30 mins later I was on my way. Thank you ladies, and the young man who fixed my chipped windshield.

Average job, cheap so you get what you pay for. Didnt seat my weather stripping flat with the frame, I noticed it after I left and when I came back they said it was normal. Obviously its not normal, its there to stop water collecting in the frame. That one comment sets up their whole defense so I left, if it leaks Ill use the warranty.

Reasonable price, kinda trashy & understaffed

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I waited in here in that nasty office they have for 4hours. It took them 3hours to start on my car and I had an appointment for 1030. Once they got done all the glass was left all over the place in my trunk and water drains. I called up there to see if they usually clean glass out and the lady on the phone said, “we are not a detail shop.” If I pay for a job I would expect for you to clean up afterwards. Don’t go here. Terrible business.

Windshield replacement was sloppy. Old sealant residue was not removed all the way before they placed a new glass on top. There was excessive glue in some parts to the point where I couldnt even put in my weather strip seal around the windshield.

This place should be everyones first choice for glass repair replacement. The staff is friendly, honest, and efficient. Given that you are likely not happy that you need auto glass repair, they will treat you with respect and work to make your situation better. Five stars absolutely. Thank you!

She told me that she was mail me a check for the difference 3 time she has lied to me been over a month now still have not received a check for the money they stole from my son. Left hes truck dash all dirty they didnt even clean up after. HE had a 10am appointment didnt get out till 4pm 👎👎

My family and I sat outside in the blistering sun in July, because there were no seats available in the waiting area. To find out a hour later that they didn’t have the wind shield in their possession. In which my husband called to make sure that the proper wind shield had arrived before driving an hour back the this company ( they lied). The sad part about this is that this was my husbands second attempt at receiving a wind shield from this company today. He had a scheduled appointment this morning, in which they had ordered the wrong windshield. He waited 2 hours before they told him that they couldn’t service his window,Because the wrong window had been delivered to them. This was a total waist of his off day!

1) received a quote and even emailed afterward to make sure the quote was valid but it was increased 12% by the manager lady when I showed up.2) was asked when I wanted to bring in my vehicle (was told it would take about 90 min), I gave a time and showed up early only to find out they dont take appointments. After 3 hours they had not started on my car so I had to leave and come back the next day.The next day I arrived at 10:30 and didnt get to leave until 4:00.3) didnt look like they used a protective covering over my dash as it is scratched up now.

I called on a Monday for an appointment, they said they would have my glass ordered for my appointment Wednesday. I showed up Wednesday and the glass was never ordered. Then, they said they would have my glass delivered in an hour and a half and then they would replace my windshield. I sat and waited for two hours and 45 minutes just to find out my glass got lost somewhere in the delivery process. So they promised me if I came when they opened they would do my car first. Well that didn’t happen either. Not impressed, would never recommend to anyone.

I am only giving 1 star to because I have to in order to do review. I was given a appointment time of 10am , I told them I have to be at work at 3pm. I dropped my car off and checked back with them at 2:45pm my car still hadnt been started on. I refuse to do business with people who have no respect for my time. I was given my keys back with no apology and was told that there were 5 other people booked at my appointment time. If you dont have the man power to do 5 appointments why would you book 5 appointments at the same time. I do not recommend this place very unprofessional

I am very pleased with the service I received today, was told it would take up to an hour and it did! Their pricing is the best Ive seen!!! The lady I believe her name is Jami is an absolute sweetheart (and so dam pretty) and the guy Glen was very professional and took his time to go over all the details of having my glass replaced! They treat this company like its their own and their customer service is great! I highly recommend auto glass now to anyone needing fast service at great pricing!

Went to replace front windshield. They called and said there was a small defect with the new one and ordered a new one, replaced and was ready the same day.

Not impressed at all... Yes, they are by far the cheapest, but they use PGW glass which is made in China, not OE or original quality as they state. The mobile tech, which is what we used, was hardly professional or professional looking at all. He shows up to our house looking as if he was getting ready to or had just played basketball, not work for a professional company. His van is a total wreck, not sure how he can find anything in that mess. Removing the old windshield he left broken glass all over the place that we had to clean up ourselves. After installing the new glass, the cleaning job he did wasn’t even ½ a** it was ¼ a** at best! There were smudge marks all over, finger prints and sticker residue, which again I had to clean myself. The office and the mobile tech have very poor communication, because one doesn’t know what the other is doing. I was told I’d get a phone call from the tech when he was on his way, which that didn’t happen he just showed up at the door. So I guess I have fallen victim to, the good old saying I guess... You get what you pay for.I cannot recommend them nor would I use them ever again. I would gladly pay a bit more to get American made glass, a professional tech and a good proper install.

Had my back window replaced there 2 weeks ago, 2009 Dodge Ram. While they completed the work that day, they left 6 of 8 bolts out of my backseat (huge safety issue, I discovered it because the seatbelt pulled all the way out) and cross threaded and stripped 1 of the 2 bolts they actually put in. Too far away for me to go back, but seeing how this is a safety issue and could have cost someone their life, I wouldn’t allow them to work on it again anyway. Definitely will not use them again.

They honored the warranty without a problem. I got there 2 minutes before Taylor was getting off and he did the repair promptly with a great attitude.

Fast, friendly, affordable service, and honest regarding the length of wait times and time to acquire the correct glass. The tech discovered a little rust, and took the time to grind it off and primer the spot, while updating my waiting time. Very nice people, and I recommended the shop often following the last hail storm. Thanks again!

Miracle workers. Super fast. Convertible back glass met an untimely demise. Found 4 estimates. They werent the lowest and I told them I wasnt going to accept the lowest.Still the beat my lowest without me revealing the price.Lower framecwas bent, they straightened it.Its clear to see they are the best when it comes to glass.

I regret my choice of trusting this business with my vehicle. I set an appointment for the mobile window repair service and was given an arrival window of 12pm to 6pm. They did not arrive until nearly 7pm causing me to plan poorly on my end. Then there was broken glass still left on the floor and inside my window that I could hear moving around inside my window. And now my automatic door lock button does not work!!!!!!!

Great job! From front desk staff, who warned me upon arrival they were running a little behind...to the young man who replaced the window and still got me out in just over an hour with a steady stream of customers. They were all courteous and great!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so with Auto Glass Now - due to their amazingly fast and relatively inexpensive service. I called about service on a Friday morning and got a windshield replaced by early afternoon (on an 11 y.o. car). Receptionist (Mira) was very pleasant and professional. Shop owner was there and was very friendly. Location easy to find. Do yourself a favor and call these guys first.

We had somewhat of a mixed experience with AGN. We got 4 quotes for the glass work. Prices, including sales tax, were $631.11, $413.76, $350.86, $277.17 with AGN being the lowest. We took the vehicle in and when it was ready, the bill was $374.59 not including the $11.23 surcharge for credit card This is for a total of $385.82. Our next highest quote was $350.86 and would not have incurred a surcharge. I spoke to a gal about this and she told me she would look into it and we would talk the next day. The next day, I was in the field, my GM called about 5pm to say they were going to park the vehicle outside and we had to pick it up. By the time I could leave the job, I was 25 minutes away and they closed in 10 minutes. The gal I spoke to this time was different. She graciously agreed to wait for me to pick it up, was well mannered, although she could not help me with the charges. Apparently the powers that be were already gone. Obviously a mistake was made on our quoted price. The price we actually ended up paying was close to the next lowest bid. I will probably not be returning with any of my fleet vehicles or personal ones.

Called and got a quote and a appointment for 3 days out, went in there and they said oh we quoted you the wrong price, it went from $245-$600. Lost my business.

Its almost like they know exactly how a business should be run, and choose to do everything the exact opposite. Seriously, spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere reputable. This place is a JOKE. Plus the employees are all so incredibly rude.

The drivers side window of my daughters car was shattered by an idiot who thought she wasnt turning fast enough. I was searching online and got a quote from that well known company who advertises on TV constantly, and was told it would be 357.00. I went to Auto Glass Now, and came out paying a third of that. Glenn was AMAZING!!! His customer service skills are top notch. He ordered my glass, told me I had time to run errands, and would call when it came in. I also heard him schedule another customer, and he showed nothing by kindness and patience. Within 2 hours Id done my shopping, and was headed back based on his phone call. The window was installed, and looked great. Ill definitely do business here, and recommend friends and family.

I shopped all overall town for the best price on a replacement window for my Ford Expedition that, was broke into. Stop looking!!!! This is the best place! The front desk lady is the most apathetic person I’ve had the displeasure of interacting with. Obviously hates her job, is miserable, wishes she could be ANYWHERE but there, and wants the customer to feel the same way too. Sort of seems like everybody else employed there has that same attitude as well. Windshield replacement took hours and wasn’t installed properly, had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I drive by there fairly often and there’s been a multitude of occasions where I noticed cops in the lot mediating between customers and employees. I’m not sure what hell you guys raise there, but it seems extremely unprofessional at best, and downright sleazy at worst.

I came here to replace my windshield that had received a large crack on the passenger side. I walked in, waited an hour and a half, and had a new windshield on my car. I asked them how to care for the windshield until its settled. I was told I could drive on the highway, but I couldnt wash my car for 24 hours, and so I didnt.After a few days, I noticed a rattling/creaking in my windshield near the passenger side. I went back and asked about it, and was told that it should go away after a while. Fast forward 2 months, I came back and told them its still creaking. I was then told that it may not even be the windshield at all, and a man removed leaves/sticks in the hood of my car, thinking that would end the creaking. It did not.However, after I called them and told them the issue has still not been resolved, they had me come in the next day and replaced my windshield with a brand new one. They discovered there was an issue with whatever they used to seal the windshield to the car, and had the product sent back and received new product. I was very pleased with how they treated me at this point, they really wanted to solve the issue. The new windshield has yet to make any sort of creaking sound, and Im very pleased with how they handled this issue.

Live out of state but manage properties in Fort Worth area for my uncle. The car he keeps there somehow got a shattered back glass. Called and was given a KILLER deal on a new back windshield. They drove to Irving to pick up the part and installed it same day, all for over half of the cost of other places I called. Would absolutely recommend them!!!

Went there to get my windshield replaced, the girl behind the counter was very rude and acted as if she couldnt care less about anything. Asked if we could just leave our key and come back and she said I guess like so indifferently. We went to pull out of the parking lot and an employee hit my other car as he was backing up! He got out of his car like I was at fault and just shrugged it off and said We good, alright, I gotta go. and got back in his car! I went to his window and asked for his info, and he said Are you f*****g serious, over a wheel? I asked if he worked there he said yea, and thats how you talk to customers? Im not on the f*****g clock. If I were at my place of work, and talked to a customer like that, I know Id be punished for it. On the clock or not. He drove off without me getting his information! I went in the ask about their employee and they acted like because he was off the clock they didnt even know him! There is absolutely no accountability at this place! We called the police to report a hit and run and as were waiting for the cops to show up another employee, were assuming friends with the guy that hit us, and said we have to leave because were not customers. We had an appointment with them, and they still had our key for the car they were fixing. I told him we were waiting for the cops and he walks away and flips me off! Im absolutely appalled at the way all of these employees act, and how this business is being run! I go in to confront them and at this point and get my key back because I dont want to give them any of my money, and the same guy tells me to leave! The girl who couldnt care less is on the phone with a supervisor, telling him how over all this she is, and another guy who initially acted concerned that our car got hit is now ignoring us on the phone with another customer. I ask for my key and go outside to wait for the cops. They show up and are very nice and understanding. They go in and tell them to get that guy back here now or theyre going to file a hit and run. About 10-15 minutes later he shows back up and we get our info exchanged. My husband goes in one last time to get the corporate number to file a complaint and we leave. We wasted close to 2 hours of our lives, didnt get our windshield replaced and was very mistreated by almost every employee at this location. We did contact corporate, and they were very nice and understanding of our plight!

I had a chipped windshield smaller than a quarter. They tried to fix it now my windshield is starting to crack. Now I have to buy a new windshield.😖

My 2003 F150 single cabs back glass has been leaking for a while.. Will, Beau and Ed had the leaky, decaying seal replaced and under 30 minutes and they also went above and beyond for me by honoring a slightly special request to make my life a little easier. Mayra was super friendly and helpful as well - amazing customer service all around, GREAT prices, LIFETIME WARRANTY!! (cant beat that!) and FAST!Will be going back to get my windshield replaced when the time comes and referring ALL my friends and family to these guys - they are awesome!

This Autoglass was awesome! I called 7 different glass shops to get quotes and this place was the least expensive by far (the next quote was ~$50.00 more expensive)! One quote I received was even more than twice as expensive as this one. Whats more, they fit me in within an hour of calling!Jaime at the front desk was exceptionally helpful! If youre like me and hate to pay more than you have to for a good or service, look no further! Do your homework-call around and get quotes and Ill bet this will be the least expensive, and quickest youll find. Very satisfied!

Brian fit me in same day. The window glass delivery went sideways and his team worked every angle possible and stayed on top of it until they found the location of my glass. Called in on the way back from vacation, they said come in tomorrow and well have it....I was probably there about 45 minutes max! Replaced the old windshield and all the decals! I was truly impressed! Priced too reasonably not to go there; half the price and time of Safelite, twice the professionalism.Thanks guys
