My 2005 Pontiac GTO got hit by some jackass in a Ford F250 on the highway. The idiot came over into my lane and clipped the passenger side fender and door. I took the car here and they got right on it wasted no time at all. Everyone was super professional and extremely friendly I would highly recommend this body shop if you need work done. They took care of my car and went above and beyond even communication was great.

I was really impressed with their work! Someone hit my car and took off so I had to take it to Service King for repairs. They missed their estimated deadline by one business day, but only because they didnt want to release it until they were perfectly satisfied with the work done to it. They did not disappoint. When I picked up my car, it looked better than the day I bought it. Ill definitely use them again!

To be honest my dealings with Service King started off rocky. However when Chris was notified he stepped in and took amazing care of me. He is the gold standard of customer care. I will not hesitate to go back should I need there services again.****Edit****Well after having the truck back a few months and doing some work on it I needed to edit my review. I was doing some modifications to my truck and found missing hardware, loose mounting bolts, and missing hose clamps. Three of the six bumper mounting bolts were loose enough to remove by hand. Radiator hoses installed incorrectly. Had to repaint the bumper skid plate cause after the first wash the paint was flaking. Service King will never touch one of my vehicles.

My experience was over the phone just asking how much just to paint a new bumper from the dealership to match my car. The response baffled me that I didnt know what to think. We dont do paint. But if you want to bring your car in to do an estimate for the bumper and paint. Just to verify I asked so you guys dont do paint, but want to give me a price on bumper and paint? They said yes.... just that phone call was a waste of my brain cells.

Had an accident, car was taken to service king collision repair. Definitely was a tough job to give them but they got the job done. After the renewed paint job given because of the accident and all the fixes... my car looks like it’s been given a facelift.I’m beyond satisfied with how Chris took care of me and also decided to touch up a little rusted part of my car’s passenger door even though I told them not to worry about it if it came out of their pocket.I’ll be back when I decide to ship my car to my younger brother, I’d love for them to give it a minor facelift on the driver side.10 out of 10 on the service and workmanshipOh! And it finally beeps when it locks!! My previous accident from 5 years ago caused a repair shop to somehow no longer beep when it locks. Thanks You!!

Manager Chris took care of my baby (car) better then new after wrecked in the week of snow. Building suffered water damage and the employees had to adapt and overcome and didnt miss a beat! The paint team is by far my favorite quality and service is by far the best in North Texas!

Dont do business with these guys. We made an appointment over a month ago for August 3rd, they decided to call us today and let us know that our appointment is postponed. I guess they should buy an airline ticket and have the airline call them and tell them they need to get on a list with 90 other people and they might get you in. Denise was professional, knowledgeable, and consistent throughout this whole process. The shop also performed a courtesy fix of a small dent close to the area impacted on my car that was not part of it. My car was still immaculate inside when I got it back. It did not smell like a sweaty mechanic or have grease anywhere. I will most definitely use Service King again.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE U TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION! This is my personal experience, The complete opposite of what I expected since it was recommended to me from Allstate. SO They’ve had my vehicle for over a week now , not once have they called me I’ve basically have had to call to check the status of my car. Only to hear back from them today that they can’t do any repairs because of the “condition” of my vehicle, I have Allstate full coverage insurance I spoke with them and they’ve approved the claim , honestly I just need my vehicle back I’m sure I can find someone else to do the repairs I need done. This was a total waste of time , a complete 2 weeks worth of time. I could of had my car repaired if I would of just looked for a repair shop on my own instead of letting my insurance recommend this place. Lesson learned.

I stopped by Service King Rufe Snow mid-Friday afternoon inquiring about a minor repair. Of the several service managers I spoke with, each one gave open, simple, and honest answers and alternatives to my simple request... including going to a car dealership to get the parts and lots of the work done in an hour or so and to bring the car back to let them afterward, so they could complete any touch-ups needed. I did my part, completing a trip to the car dealership in a couple of hours. I dropped the car off at Service King one weekday evening, and they completed their part while I was at work the next day. Pretty smooth experience...

I was sent here by the insurance company after another collision company did not completely fix my truck after an accident. I was very hesitant after the ordeal I dealt with at the OTHER collision company. Terry Weiss was absolutely AMAZING!! He was very nice and knowledgeable. He understood my concerns and eased my fears about getting my truck fixed. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to keep me updated on the status of my repairs. I had the best experience ever!! I had some damage to the front of my car and took it in on a Tuesday. Patrick explained everything to me and told me how long it would take to repair it. But I really needed my car for the weekend so we begged him to get it done as quickly as possible. He called and texted me with an update each day. The communication was awesome! Patrick is the bomb because he had my car done for me on Friday!! It looked great. After reading mixed reviews all I have to say is don’t let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch. I want to start by writing how satisfied I was with the customer service I received at service king. The employe by the name of Terry went above and beyond to keep me informed about my vehicle being repaired. Terry did such a fantastic job that he deserves a raise. He walked me through the entire process and kindly answered any questions I had. As for my vehicle it looks as good as when I first drove it out the dealership, thank you for the amazing service!

The repair work that was done was done quickly and the quality was ok. I guess they didnt attached the blinkers back correctly because the blinkers did not work when leaving the shop and had to return for additional repairs.I would caution you if you are bringing your vehicle here to make sure to remove all personal property because a pair of my sunglasses came up missing. I am currently working with the manager now to try to resolve the issue. I will update post let you know the outcome. I am very disappointing this happened but understand it is my fault for leaving my personal property in the vehicle.UPDATED: The District manager reached out to me about the issue of the missing personal property. He was a very professional and we were able to resolve issue.

Since I started driving 17 years ago, this has been my go to place for any accident repair. Thankfully that is rarely needed; but when it is, they do a great job. If you have any issues with the work, theyll take it back in a fix it. Ive only needed to do that once for a better paint match on an interior bezel, and they just ordered a whole new one for me. The service manager who assisted me named Kevin was very nice and professional . They took my car in on Tuesday morning and had the car ready by Wednesday late afternoon. They did a beautiful job including painting that matched perfectly. My car looked brand new. The lobby was exceptionally clean. I would recommend them to anyone I know and would never take my car anywhere else to have it worked on because the experience was so pleasant. They kept my car very clean and were very respectful of my wishes. The car looked brand new when they were finished. It was nice after a bad experience to have a good experience on having the car repaired.

Not happy one bit. Took truck in for repairs of front bumper and license plate bracket. I was informed I was getting a NEW bumper and repairs would be done within a week. Fast forward to two weeks later and no new bumper and the incorrect license plate bracket installed..... incorrectly. Brought it back after I caught the advisor in a complete LIE and was told it would take 2 days seeing as he already had the new bumper there. 4 days later still not done. Highly NOT recommended.

I went in to Service King to get my car repaired for a rear end bumper after someone hit me. They gave me an estimate, took the insurance information, and had my car completed in 5 days. It was convenient to have an Enterprise Rental car location in the same shopping center so I could simply walk over there to pick up my car. I also liked getting updated text messages and emails letting me know what part of the process my car was in (body repair, paint, check out etc...). I had a very good experience there and would recommend it to others as well.

If you have a choice,go somewhere else.The first time it took them three weeks to get it fixed. Somewhere along the way,they screwed up the fuse box. Truck would have dead battery every morning. Took another the weeks just for them to get it back in.People were nice all along, but they just yes you to death without getting things doneOnce it got back in, they replaced the fuse box. Still took over a week.They dont have anyone as employee who knows electrical systems. So they bring in an outside company.After a total of 8 weeks, got my truck back with some paint knocked off. They used some touch up paint, and I got out of there knowing that I will never use them again.Not recommended.

Wow such negative reviews for this place I really was sweating it when I dropped the Jeep off for some Body repairs. Brad one of the service managers looked at damaged and gave me time frame of repair work and told me to drop at my convenience and they would get started, that exactly what happened and the Jeep was washed and clean when picking up. No glitches at all, a great experience and the repairs were done perfect.

Came to pick up my car after repairs. Apparently painting a fender properly is challenging for this facility. First time I can to pick up my car, there was over spray on the black plastic surrounding the fender and rough edges on the fender from poor masking. Left it for them to fix. Second time I came, the over spray was removed, but the spot where the rough spot was now had lines in the paint. Left my car again. Now Im back after they told me everything was perfectly fixed. The spot is gone, but now were back to overspray. I guess they have amateurs painting their cars. Thoroughly check your vehicle before paying for anything here. I will never come back. Maybe you shouldnt either. 👍🏼

Will not use this Service Center again. You should not either unless you like incompetence and slow responses. I had a collision on the drivers side door. The repair started roughly around February of 2014. When I got the car back the repair looked good. However, they scratched up the interior door panel. Busted one of the speakers in the door and then really screwed up the weather-stripping in the door causing window squeal every time I rolled up/down the window. I have a newer Mustang and the windows roll down and up slightly as you open the door to protect the weather-stripping. So when I would open the door and close it I would hear a squeal every time.On top of that they failed to replace the VIN stickers inside the door. I also noticed that whoever had torn apart my car had placed an oil catch can on top of my trunk carpeting creating a big oil ring stain. Additionally, now there is a strange tapping noise in the backseat while I am driving on rough roads. Finally, whenever I would open my trunk I would notice a sound like a piece of falling plastic or metal every time I opened my trunk lid.I subsequently got a call from a survey company asking what I thought of the service and repairs, I noted everything I had problems with over the phone and the survey taker assured me that she had scheduled them to call me and have the issues looked into. I never heard anything back.Tired of waiting, I take the car in around April for the weather stripping issue and note all the issues I have had with the car. Ryan who was the person who handled my repair the first time looked around the car and then scheduled a time for me to bring it in. He assures me the VIN stickers with take months to get in. I tell him I do not care, I want everything back the way it was.I receive the car back and the only thing they fixed properly was they steam cleaned the carpet in the trunk to remove the oil ring and put the weather stripping back into the door. Still squealed but because they had washed the car before I got there I could not hear the squeal. Water apparently lubricated the window and weather-stripping enough to where I couldnt hear the issue.I took the car back again show them the issues AGAIN, Ryan said he would need to order a new piece of weather-stripping. Should be in next week. I leave and hear nothing from them until about 3 weeks later I get a call, my sticker is available and someone will be coming to my house to install it. Strange, but I guess a sticker job should be easy.The guy installing the sticker drives up. He has a huge hood stripe decal that needs to be installed. I do not have any stripes or decals for the exterior of this car. BIG Screw up. He leaves telling me he will call when he figures out what happened. I hear nothing. Finally, fed up 4 weeks later I go back to the location to find out what is happening, why has my weather-stripping not come in?. At this point I want to talk to someone in charge. Guess who is in charge? Ryan. So now he is telling me that he wanted to install the sticker and the weather-stripping in the same trip to avoid me having to lose my car 2 times. I wish he would have told me that in advance.Flash forward to July. I finally get a call from Ryan that the VIN sticker is in and they are ready to do the repairs. I was out of town the week he called so I figured I could just catch him when I return the 6 days after his phone call. When I call to schedule a time I am told that Ryan no longer works at this location and that he has moved to North Dallas.If you want your car repaired, take it anywhere but here. Each and every time I go in I am confronted with incompetence, laziness and delays. Need to talk to someone? Be ready to wait 30 minutes. Be treated like you are an idiot or fussy for wanting things done correctly. At this point I thing I just have to go back to my insurance and get them to work it out.

I too, had the worst experience at Service King on Ruff Snow, North Richland Hills. I was rear ended and the drivers insurance sent me to Service King to get an estimate, I should have drove the extra miles to Arlington or Irving for my estimate. I called and made an appointment for 4:00 PM on a Thursday. When I showed up, the estimator was not there, I was told she was at lunch. Somebody else took notes and pictures and left them for the estimator to work on later. On Friday, I waited but did not get a call. I called and emailed on Saturday but the estimator was not in. On Monday, I called and finally got hold of the estimator. When I asked where my estimate was, I was told that all the notes and pictures were thrown in the trash. Every Monday, this estimator clears off the desk and starts fresh, in the process, throws away all unfinished work. I wish I could do that; I would have so much free time on my hands. I was in the military for a long time and I have booted kids out for less than this. This is clearly dereliction of duty and incompetence. But this estimator still works there; I guess that level of performance is acceptable at Service King. In the process of letting everyone in the chain of command in Service King know how dissatisfied I was with their lack of service, I had a person from the corporate office call to try and make thing better. He offered me and upgrade from an aftermarket bumper to an OEM bumper. So I called to check out the details of this offer. I asked if the offer included a requirement to have the repairs done at Service King, and it did. I told him that will not happen. I will not be lured into that shop only to be slapped in the face again. I will only be treated like that once; I do not need a repeat to convince me I don’t need to do business with them. I will not set foot in another Service King. If they were the last shop on the planet, I would just continue to drive with the damage on my vehicle. Service king huh, how about Disservice King, I can believe that!!

They milk the insurance companies. 2 months to fix my car I have to call them to get updates. They have communication skills what so ever. I leave messages no returned call. Worst customer service ever I think they take advantage of the insurance companies by taking way way way too long to fix a vehicle I shouldve taken it to the dealership I asked to take it to the dealership service king assured me that they were better than the dealership two months later still dont have a car Im out over $1000 to find ways for me and my kids to get to work and school highly disappointed with service

I have had my front bumper fixed with Service King before; they were pretty friendly and repaired it quickly and cheaper than estimated.My rear bumper cover is no longer attached to my car, so I had went in for an estimate about a month ago to replace and paint my rear bumper. My estimate was written up by Jordan Payne, and I have absolutely no complaints. He was courteous and friendly, and even brought up an after market bumper as a cheaper option, but only if I was willing.I wait a month, to save up money for the repair since my car is still perfectly drivable and I didnt want to dip into my savings.I just went in today to get another estimate and to make an appointment for my repair. First, I was not allowed to make an appointment and was told theres a two and a half week waiting period to even get my car in due to all the hail damage. Ive been in town everyday for the past month, and I live right down Mid Cities Blvd from Service King, and we have not gotten any hail in that time. Second, the gentleman who wrote up my estimate this time, Josh Roberts, was very rude and seemed to want to get everything done as quickly as possible. He verbally disagreed with me about how the damage happened to my bumper saying it wasnt likely. After receiving the estimate, he didnt talk it over with me, and pretty much rushed me out the door. My biggest problem today was the fact that todays estimate was almost $250 more than last months. No additional damage has happened to my car, so this should not happen.I was very pleased with Jordans service, and was looking forward to having Service King work on my car. However, after todays meeting and Joshs demeanor, I will be taking my car elsewhere and will not return.Update: It turns out Josh Roberts is the manager. To be treated like that by a manager is ridiculous and you can definitely bet I will not be doing business with them again and I will let others know to avoid this place.

Brad yells at the customers. There is a dispute as to an insurance payment and rather than pick up the phone and return my call or the adjusters call they send threatening emails to sue. Worst service ever!! Go somewhere else! Work done was shotty and had to be brought back twice! They also sent emails with threats to the wrong person who forwarded to me. Terrible service. will never use again and will tell everyone about my experience

Ill never come back to this place...after I get the parts they left off of my truck!First - they texted me all week long about how my truck would be ready on time and how its going to look great, whatever.Day of - not one text, call, etc. nothing. I call at 4 pm on my way there. Um, its not done. Sorry.I pick it up when its finally done four days later. I live close and was already irritated, so I drove home and parked it.Next day - I realize they didnt even put the antenna back on the truck. Cant wait to see what else is screwed up. My experience with this shop was substandard .From the wait of an appointment to the last day of repairs. They do not answer the phone or return your calls .The service writer the first day seemed confused on many issues .Multiply issues with the price of repairs .Personally I think they ripped off my Insurance Co .The finally straw when I wanted to pull my vehicle is when I was finally contacted by phone with a second or third estimate and told me your Insurance Co is a good one it will pay .My wife is stubborn and would not take the Vehicle elsewhere for repairs .So I told her You Handle it Im out of it .I personally will not take anything to Service King again for repairs . I do NOT recommend anyone to get their vehicle repaired at this place. There is little to no communication with the manager and the workmanship is terrible. My doors are still several millimeters off and they left paint stains all over the driver and left rear seat. The vehicle was also dusty, as if they didnt have something to cover the interior when the doors were off. BUYER BEWARE... go elsewhere or you may be as unhappy as I am.

I had a scheduled appointment for minor repairs. I arrived approx 1 hr early for my appointment. After waiting 30min I was told the parts would need to be ordered and it will be approximately 3 days. They knew for over a week I had an appointment and what was to be done.The service person said they do not order parts in advance because people dont show up for the work.Well I did. Where is your customer service!Why make an appointment!!

This place is ridiculous, i went to get an estimate because my boyfriend scratched two doors on the cement blocks on western center and 35. (The construction area that is always packed.) I knew we had damage to our car so decided lets go get some estimates. These were out of pocket cost no insurance help.I went into service king for my first estimate at my first shop. I meet with some kid who ive waited an hour on. Then i wait another hour for his estimate. 2760!! These were minor scratches no more than 18 inches. I left to continue for a hopefully cheaper estimate. I went across the street and was estimated 1069 plus fixing some minor bumper scratches.. planet collison (they are awesome and fair and friendly) service king is a total rip off

I was prepared for a long day of expensive repairs and trying to secure a rental car after damaging the underside of my car scraping a driveway, leaving plastic dragging the road. Well, they took care of it for me in minutes and I was on my way, and they wouldnt even take a tip. They completely turned around what I was expecting to be a lousy day.

Im not a bot, i didn’t get paid to give good review no gimmicks no bs.. straight up no lie I had a great experience , and very professional customer service. They got my car fixed , they called me every week twice, updated me on my car progress. They worked with my insurance company and everything went really smooove..You can even leave your rental car with them and they will take care of it.After a month waiting for my car, i got it back and it’s running Just like I had it before the wreck. Like I never had a wreck.I read all these other comments some are just not true about this place.All these 1 stars? Like really? Nooo way.. 1 Star is just ridiculous low..I highly recommend this place.. my insurance did and it’s good to go..I don’t kno about the other locations but this Richland hills location is great.And John (i think that’s his name) did a great job and the guys that fixed my car also did a great job thanks.

Do not waste your time. I dropped my car there to be fixed after an accident. Insurance already said that it would be paid. He did the initial estimate and supposedly got started on it. I received text messages from service king saying that my car was 50% complete, one saying it was right on track for completion, and one saying that it would be ready on June 2nd. (By the way, talked to the manager about these texts, They are automated. The texts in NO WAY reflect where they actually are in the process of repairing your car.) So, I called June 1st. Thats when I found out that it had NOT EVEN BEEN STARTED. The shop never called me, even though I am the owner of the car. They supposedly called the insurance company, but never received a response from them. I was able to reach someone within 2 and a half minutes and it isnt even my insurance company (it was the other drivers company since he was at fault.) So... you are telling me that service king cannot get a hold of an insurance company in a 2 and a half week time frame, but i can get one in 2 and a half minutes. Hmm.... Im just not believing that. And if they really couldnt get a hold of any one, why would you not reach out to the owner of the car?!? That makes absolutely no sense AT ALL. I talked to the manager, who didnt even know exactly what happened and he said he would find out and get back with me within an hour. Two hours later, when I called him back, he gave me all these excuses. Finally, they determined that my car was totaled (which it was not) and they could not work on the vehicle. I then asked the manager for a recommendation for another shop and that shop was awful! (another review coming later) Its now been almost 2 months and my car is still not fixed the way it should be. This shop is unprofessional and inefficient. JUST DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.P.S. I see from many of the other posts with bad reviews that the response from the owner is to have that location reach out to address your concerns To the owner... JUST DONT. Ive previously spoke with the manager there. I was not happy with his response to any of this at all. I do not want to speak with him again. By reading a number of the reviews I can see there are some very consistent issues with this shop. As the owner, you should really look into this rather than having the manager do it. You have had some of the exact same issues month after month after month. (and these are just the ones that write reviews.... What about all those people that just go away upset and dont do a review?) Please, do not waste any more of my time by having anyone from the North Richland Hills location contact me. Thank you.P.P.S In light of some more recent events, I feel as if I should update this. I had my car at another shop and they were having difficulty getting a part in. I expressed my disappointment that I am having to wait for a part that wasnt part of the accident itself, but was broken by the repair shop. They informed me that it was broken before they got it. Which means it was broke by a Service King employee. So I called Service King. Not only did they admit to it being broken by the shop, but said that it shouldnt be a problem because the insurance will pay for it. Ummmm... if it wasnt part of the accident and you are going to charge the insurance company for it, isnt the insurance fraud? I was shocked and appalled by this persons answer to this. This is not a trustworthy company.

I dropped my car off one weeks ago after I had repairs done in Lubbock for a flooded engine and the repairs were not up to par so my insurance sent me here. First off the front desk reseptionist is the laziest person in the building. I am dealing with Sarah who never seems to answer the phone or call back and acted like I was lying about what had happened to my vehicle. I will never use this shop again as the only time I ever got a call back I was told it would be done in a day and never received a call then. Now Im worried the repairs will not be done up to satisfaction and I will have to take it back again. They act like Im doing a disservice by asking to have my car run the way it is supposed to.Update: was told the parts never showed up so I have to wait longer do they not understand that people dont have 2 and 3 cars and that getting it done in a timely fashion helps people get back to their lives?

DO NOT GO HERE! These people must be morons. I took in my car after an accident. Received no notifications at all besides the automated messages saying everything is great and will be done on time. Awesome. Call in the day it’s suppose to be done because I realized I had a missed call from them. No message left, just a missed call. I ask for an update they state that there are “some clips missing from the raidiator the manufacture keeps givining us wrong parts” okay... that doesn’t really make sense because how could this just continue to happen? You just can’t confirm these are the right parts in the moment? I’m told that there is a delay and more realistically this will be finished Monday. Maybe today 10/20, which is the original finish date and I would be called with more information later on in the day. This shop closes at 6. I call at 5 because I need my car and I assume they are not going to be calling me. They tell me they installed the wrong radiator and will be reciving the correct parts Saturday 10/21. Also because my car is newer (2015) they need someone licensed to install my freon because the new cars have a “complex system” and they can’t do it. How is this is any way an exceptable excuse? You’re telling me you installed a major part of a car and then noticed it was wrong? Or that you don’t have licensed professionals to work on two year old cars? There is no way this is true. Unless you’re a bunch of incompetent idiots which I suppose seems to be a better excuse.

This place has the absolute worst service ever. They will try to screw you over as badly as possible. I was quoted higher prices than the dealership and treated very disrespectfully by their staff, who wasted time I had to take out of my work day driving over an hour across town for absolutely nothing. Not good at all I took my wifes van in to get it repaired from being rear ended in July couldnt get in till Sept so I took it to Service king in nrh and when it was there they messed up the rear bumper and were honest enough then to tell me over the phone that it will be a few more days till I get it back which I was completely fine with until I go to pick it up 2 weeks later and to find out later that Sat. after picking up my van that they had damaged the back glass and scratched the hatch in several places and not only that there were marks where the buffer had marked up the hatch on from them buffing the bumper with the hatch shut sorry you dont do that and they told me that my glass was damaged when I brought it in it wasnt at all.And you can tell that it was fresh and told me that I possibly missed seeing the marks not going to miss something that is right in front of my face and that is that bad they finally replaced the back glass with apparently some messed up aftermarket glass with small little bb divets on the bottom of the glass thats not correct and not only to top it off the spoiler where the 3rd brake light it that goes across the top of the glass they broke it and it was not broke at all either time that I had dropped it off to them and I noticed all this with the glass and spoiler being broke this evening when I went to pick it up after they were closed I have called the manager and left him a voicemail over this and Im beyond pissed right now. And the people they had install the glass didnt put the bolt thats supposed to go in the middle under a body plug back and didnt put the double sided tape 3m tape back on the bottom side of the spoiler so it stocks to the upper part of the glass. I will contact corporate office over this and I expect to have the back glass replaced with a correct one it had a oem glass in it and was damagaed and I get what looks to be a aftermarket glass with flaws and defects. This is highly unacceptable. And I expect them to replace the spoiler as well and i will not have them install the spoiler since I use to install factory accessories and intall factory trim I plan to install after they order this.
