It was an AMAZING experience!! It was like I was in a different world. They were very professional, courteous, and very helpful.

My first appt (10/21/20) was a disaster. There were so many people trying to get service. Someone got out of their car and held up our line which put me behind for my appt. When I finally did get service I was too frustrated to wait so I let the attendant know I would come another day. Today was a different story. Everyone was professional and courteous something Im use too. One other thing the chairs were filthy food was left in the sides corners and that wasnt just one chair. I used some disinfectant to clean my chair before sitting in it. The room where the big TV is.

Worst place ever bought my car here to have it fixed and used there Enterprise,didnt receive any paper work or sign any paperwork and that went in my account twice without Authorization. When you sign you you Authorize I didnt. I took them a Month to fix the car and now you hear air coming in from somewhere. Upton the Rental car we had was not the one we where supposed to get and they almost called the police and reported it stolen. Business now days are not Ran how they need to be.

We love Sewell, specifically the one in Ft Worth. I drive from Allen, TX to Sewell in FtW for all my service needs. I even bought my car there.

Sewell is always great. However, I sure meet them cookies but understand the current state we are in.

We always receive superior service at Sewell. No other dealer compares to this level of service. They always treat you with the utmost respect. We highly recommend Sewell Lexus!

Good but...Their repair was pretty good however a 3 day job took over 2 weeks.I was left to pay for the rental car since Lexus loaners aren’t available unlike at Park Place (only for minor damage)

Worse place to ever buy a vehicle from. Had problems from the start and continue to have issues. We have never been so poorly from a dealership in our lives. Never will we go back
