Jonathan, his son and Henry did an awesome job mounting our 75 Samsung The Frame above our stone fireplace, it looks great! I was a little worried having it mounted on an an uneven surface since it was designed to mount flush but they were creative and delivered. The team was a very courteous, professional, creative and customer service oriented. They were very mindful of our hardwood floors and mantle; cleaned up accordingly when done. Appreciated all the sound recommendations as well. Paid exactly what I was quoted and received excellent service! You dont find this very often these days. I would definitely recommend Audio Visual Up and plan to be a repeat customer when were ready to install our next TV on our patio.

Jonathan installed a system in our home two years ago. today,(Easter) our tv went off. not knowing what to do i called Jonathan, ,assuming that it being Easter Sunday no one would answer, and rightfully so. Jonathan answered and patiently and politely talked me through getting our system up and working. that is service that is just not seen anymore.thanks!

Took the extra time during first estimate visit to inspect attic to make sure everything we wanted to be done could be done. We havent finished all of our projects yet as our home is new construction and hasnt been finished. But Jon and his team have been awesome so far. Theyre Afforadable, knowledgeable and honest. So far they have done the prewire and placed the brackets for our 4000 sqft home sound system, a home theater system, and a projector. Once we close and move in well be having the rest installed.
