This is hands down the best place to bring your boat for repairs in North Texas. Even if you live a hundred miles away from the shop, believe me when I say it is worth the drive. Randy and Greg are great guys and great to deal with. They explain things to you very thoroughly and in a way you can understand. It’s hard to find people you can trust to work on your boat. You will walk away knowing you found the right place when you go to Eagle Mountain Power Sports!

Just recently started taking my boat here for service and winterization, but the guys at eagle mountain powersports are the real deal, they treat you and your boat as if its their own boat, Greg is awesome and their prices is great! I would recommend taking your boat there and getting any of your needs taken care of. I will continue to take my boat here for years to come

I dropped my boat off here because I lost power going across the lake. My boat sat untouched nearly two weeks because my buddy drove by & seen them taking it inside. That really didnt bother me, I just wanted it fixed. A little over a week later I called to see what they found out & they told me that I was going to either have the motor rebuilt or put a new one on there & that the cost would be greater than the boat was worth, no charge, come pick it up. Well I was bummed out big time & after a few days I went & picked it up.After it sat in front of my house for a couple of weeks my brother was looking at it & said the primer bulb was bad & that there was a new primer bulb, hose & connector out back. We put it on & the boat runs like a top again. That primer bulb was certainly a lot cheaper than the cost of the boat. They kinda acted like they didnt want to mess with me beings it was such a simple fix. I wasnt rude or bothered them about anything, just kinda scratching my head over the whole thing

Randy and his crew are top notch. The affordable upgrade to my boats sound system is awesome. I have also used them for basic maintenance and they have not let me down. Eagle Mountain Powersports is the only place I will go for maintenance and any customization for my boat!

Waited and waited and waited. October to Memorial Day. Business phone often busy, NEVER a return phone call. On the positive side Randy was very charming fellow in 2015 and 2016. But there is no excuse to not return calls and texts for months to a returning customer who paid his bills promptly. It is just darned rude! For the past two years I paid for servicing and did not question what my Seadoos needed. Now I just need my Seadoos, but Randy has gotten so successful or lazy---he ignores customers; even lawyers like me. I would have given just one star but his not returning phone calls or messages was not a problem until 2017.

I dropped my ski off a week ago and was told by body shop guy that he would have it back to me by the following weekend. Well here it is a week later and have not heard from them, so I go out there only to find that they have not even touched it. Then the manager or owner dont know which tells me that they should of never told me that. No Im sorry , no Ill have them get right on it, no nothing. As a matter of fact he acted like oh well no big deal. I would say dont ever take them work.

I was wanting to do some performance mods on my RXPX 255 and a friend of mine recommended I call Randy @ EMPS. After talking to him on the phone, I knew he was the guy I wanted to do the work.We sat down in his office, talked about my goals, as far as speed and handling were concerned, looked at a variety of options and he put together a Riva performance package that I didnt even know existed.Being special parts, they had to be ordered and the anticipation was like waiting for Christmas day, when I was a kid.Throughout the entire process, they kept me up to date, texted pictures and even sent me a video of the testing / tuning process. Good service good people

We originally purchased our Seadoos and ATVs at Cowtown, which is where we first met Randy and his technicians. They always treated us like we were part of the family and we were very disappointed, when we found out he had left the dealership.To say that we were underwhelmed with the level of service at Cowtown after he left is an understatement, so we began to look for another repair shop. We scoured the internet and were elated when we discovered that Randy had opened his own service center on Eagle Mountain Lake.It had been a while since we had last seen him, but when I walked into the new shop, Randy immediately jumped up and shouted - Harrison! He was smiling from ear to ear and came over and shook my hand. It was like seeing a long, lost friend.Since we live in the mid cities, the drive is about the same distance, but even if it were twice as far, we would still make the drive to have them take care of our Boat, Seadoos and ATVs.You wont find better service anywhere!
