If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a washer on Friday and paid cash because their card reader wasn’t working. I was told they would deliver it on Saturday afternoon. Saturday, Sunday - nothing. As a matter of fact, they turned their phone off on Saturday. Sunday I was told it would be handled first thing the next morning. By Monday afternoon, my husband got tired of the run around and just went up there. Once he got there they said the washer (which was on the show room floor) was still not finished (never communicated this to me when I paid my money). Now, there is a run around on who has the money to issue the refund. After this issue is fixed, I will never be back again.

Very happy with my washer repair. Came in shortly before closing to ask if they could do a repair. The service tech came by after they closed and stayed at our house until nearly 10:00 pm to make sure the washer was fixed! No problems since then!

I just bought a dryer from them two weeks before thanksgiving and it broke they came out and fixed it and it has broken again and I’ve been up to the location numerous of times and they have told me that they were coming out to replace the dryer Monday 11/30/2020 by 3 pm and they didn’t come and now as usual he isn’t answering the phone and I don’t think I should be going to the wash when I just bought a dryer this is bad business I will never buy anything else from these guys it seems as if this 90 day warranty isn’t worth ish either.. I’m over it.. keep going guys don’t even waste your time and money with them but what do you expect when it’s second hand..

They helped me out when I needed it the most. They gave me a fair price on a dryer and even came to install it for me. The guy that came to my house was very polite and professional. I’ll definitely recommend their services. Thank you B & B Appliances

Don’t buy here! They may be cheaper but they are sooooo unprofessional. Day 1 I bought a fridge to be delivered in a week in a half. I come back the day before the delivery to check on the fridge just to see if it was ready. I find out that the guy sold me a fridge that was someone else’s. So I end up having to pick another fridge and they say they can deliver it the next day. After not getting a call I go back up there just to be told that it’s not ready and they can deliver it the next day. Of course the next day comes I go back and they still don’t have the fridge ready and still don’t call to update. Long story short I got a refund and went elsewhere. Only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because they are cheap and if you don’t need a delivery maybe you can get a fridge on time. But they don’t answer the phones so if you want any info you need to go up there because they won’t call you.

Got a washer dryer and refrigerator they arrived working but only had them a month maybe and having problems with the washer and dryer. We will see if they stand behind there 2 yr guarantee. I will let everyone know

This place has the same items posted multiple time for different prices on offer up. When I asked for the one at the lower price they marked it as sold and tried to push the higher price at me when it was clearly the SAME item. Theyre misleading and dishonest. Ill take my money elsewhere. Id rather pay a higher price for a better quality of service any day. Not a good way to run a business thats for sure!

Bought $800 washer/dryer less than 2 years ago. It went out so I called and paid $45 for service fee. They never repaired it or got back to me. When I called they said the part is too expensive. I asked for part info so I could try and locate it. They told me to call them back later. Buy at your own risk.

Worst place ever. Bought a refrigerator, and a washers later. and later the refrigerator stoped working. When the repair man came out he said dirty coils. Then I had sombody else came out and repair it. It took Freon. Bad service. Now my washers stoped and I ask that they forgo the service fee for the refrigerator. And I would pay the 89. Well he told me no. Said I needed to speak to the owner he said no. Im telling you dont do business with them. Unless you want something cheap to get you by. They wont honor their warranty.

We buy all of our appliances from this store for our group homes, and personal use. They are great and economic. The only bad part is they take a long time to deliver and are not on time.i will still buy from them, just understand that you will have to wait for them.

Bought a fridge from these folks and with in 3 weeks, it would not hold a temperature. Called them and they told it was not cooling, they said they would send somebody out. Called back 3 hours later and owner told me we had to bring it back, since we did not pay for delivery. Taking it back, but if this doesnt last for at least 3 years, will never deal with them again. I have a lot better used appliance place, but quite a bit farther away from me. Also lost about 300.00 dollars worth of meat and other items, which defrosted and had to throw out or eat immediately. Owner said it wasnt his problem.

So far so good , delivery was quick , the sons installed them quick , very hard working guys.

This place is AWFUL. I bought a washer and dryer from them on October 5th, they delivered it to my apartment, installed it, everything was working great. On October 28th, the dryer started making a lot of noise. I called them on October 29th and told them about what was going on. They said they’d call me back. October 30th, I call them again and I get someone on the phone who is absolutely rude and asking why I’m bothering them. A guy came out October 30th, and replaced a piece on the dryer. It worked great for two loads and then later that night, it quit heating up. I let the guy know on October 31st that it was having problems again, and no response. I tried calling on November 3rd, and again, no response. I still haven’t gotten ahold of anyone. DO NOT buy from this business, they’re in a hurry when it comes to selling you an appliance. But they could care less if it breaks even though it is under warranty. I wish I would’ve done my research and looked elsewhere.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DID NOT SHOWED WHEN I HAD AN APOIMENT

I bought a fridge from their sister store. It started dripping water the very next week. The owners son (Jason) was supposed to come and look at it (left early to come over and never did). He then told the manager at the time it needed to be replaced because the water most likely damaged the foam between the freezer and fridge so it just needed to be replaced. The sister store in Irving sent a replacement fridge with him to replace mine, to which he took it to his dads (Waynes) store and sold it. I have dealt with this since February. As of this week, one of his workers keeps telling me Wayne is not in or he will tell him, which is obviously a lie because no one (2 days later just this week) has contacted me. The fridge now does not work at all and no one there can get it fixed. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES!!!!!!!! I am headed to the BBB website now!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I purchased a washing machine for here last week the best in the store, I payed the delivery fee of $40 for one guy who was not able to lift them without my help. After installing the machine he found out the water valve was broken and would return tomorrow, he did not and when I called the next day he said he would be there after work again no show. On the third day after purchase 2 repair men came and replaced the water valve with a used one and said its ready to go . After loading the machine and turning it on water was running everywhere! So I called again, they sent someone the next day who came by and said he had to order a new part and would be in an hour, 5 hours later he returned. After installing the new part the hoses still leaked but instead of dealing with the wonderful customer service I fixed the leak myself. Now the machine wont drain at all, I called to tell them to come pick up the machines and was informed that the 90 day guarantee does not cover returns! I am livid and will be fighting this!

Horrible customer service...have teenager responding back to their website. Drove 50 mins to get to the store based on the price and item agreed on. They changed everything once we got to the store. Tried to up charge because the teenager replying back (didnt know this until we got there) to us miscommunicated with us. Had to give a star but doesnt deserve any.

They do not have over half the appliances they show on the website. They open at 10 .website says 9. Need to grasp the concept of used .did not seem interested in helping me at all. I will never recommend or buy from here .EVER.
