Quick efficient service. I was in and out in under 50 minutes for my oil change/Tire rotation and they included a car wash! I thought it was really cool that they send you a link for a one minute video showing you your undercarriage and some of the things they looked at and their condition. Very informative.

I called around noon to schedule an oil change and was told through the phone that it would be $40. I had previously been to this dealership for the same service at the same price so they had all my car and personal information. Lets start from when I arrived. I pull up into the service center and wait for 10 min while none of the staff acknowledged me or told me they would be with me shortly. After 10 min I went inside to check in and they told me to wait outside some more. Im fine with waiting, I just want to know someone will eventually come help. So 5 min after that, they came out and I gave them the keys and went inside to wait to have my oil change done. A few minutes later, service advisor, Becca Raef, comes to tell me the oil change is $75 because I have no service contract. They have all my information when I called, so they could have told me this prior to me coming in. I tell her thats not what I was told over the phone, but she was adamant on this $75 figure. I saw they had a oil change special on their website for $50 and I mention that and she said we have a strict coupon policy now so you would have to print that out to give to her. Seriously? Its on their website and no where does it say I have to print it out. In fact, the fine print says to present coupon when order is written so I should be able to just show her the web page. After some back and forth, she tells me to screen shot the coupon and email it to her. Seems like that strict coupon policy isnt so strict after all, but still this seems so unnecessary.When my car was finished, she printed out the receipt and that was it. She didnt go over anything with me. There was no report or recommendations that they usually do in the past. I had to remind her to print that out. Comparing this report to my last one, it looks like its missing a few pages, but whatever. Im sick of dealing with her at this point. Looking through the report later, it also seems there are recommended services I need, but I wont be going back here for it.1/10 would not recommend. Lies over the phone for service costs to bait you into the service. If Becca Raef is your service advisor, run!!!I do want to say my service before this one was fine. Didnt really have any issues, but I guess an incompetent service advisor is all it takes to make a service terrible.Side note: For a luxury brand dealership, its surprisingly plain in there. Ive seen Honda dealerships more upscale than this.

Of the service department, for ensuring me a brand new loaner for the entirety of this situation, as he was actually caring and helped me throughout everything. Also would like to thank the salesman Spencer for being nice & patient & very apologetic for the everything. It was a terrible first time car buying experience for me and I still feel that I continued to get the short end of the stick out of everything. I wrote this so you will be careful to check all the fine print to make sure you are actually getting a good deal, and NOT a wrecked salvage car that was promised as a good used car.

Without a doubt has turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. My company purchased a used transit 250 from Hiley on September 8, we are from San Antonio so we met 1/2 way and traded the vehicle we purchased for our trade in we had already wired the cash difference. When I received the vehicle I asked my salesman for all the paperwork and he stated that he did not have it and would be emailed or mailed to me. I have called my salesman 3 times over the course of the first month never receiving a call back. I then tried calling and talking to the finance manager who stated he would next day the paperwork to me this has been almost 3 weeks with never a call back or the paperwork arriving.

Im giving two stars for a mixed review, things I am happy with and also for things that do not make me so happy. I came here and ended up trading my wifes vehicle in so we could get a vehicle with more space. Our salesman, Spencer was great! He was very patient and answered all our questions. Im giving the two stars for him and for the speedy process to fill out paperwork, but at this point, its all I feel this dealership deserves.Now for the things that I am not so happy with. Upon going to the finance department after agreeing on a deal for the vehicle we wanted to purchase, I was unexpectedly surprised when finance told me the interest rate, which was nearly triple the rate I received on our trade. I was assured by the salesman we would get the same rate or really close to it during negotiation. I do have excellent credit and was blindsided by this and the fact that the finance guy (wont mention a name here) told me, oh the salesman is probably new and it probably slipped his mind.Also, we were sent home with temporary plates which expired two days later and were told when we brought the check in for our down payment the plates would be swapped and we would then get all of our paperwork.Upon my wife taking in the check, the plates were not swapped. I may also mention we had to go back to have one of the key fobs reprogrammed as it didnt work, so Im not sure if this was taken from another vehicle. The vehicle we purchased was on the market for nearly 3 months so there should have plenty of time to catch this and fix it ahead of time.Additionally, my wife followed up about two weeks ago regarding our trade since I noticed the vehicle is not paid off in which she was told by someone that we needed to contact the company the loan is through and verify they received the paperwork from Hiley....uhm, hello we signed a Power of Attorney so we dont have to worry about that end of the deal! I followed up with Hiley last week and was told it may take a couple more days for it to process...well guess what, its been another week and STILL, the vehicle is not paid off. The payment is now 24 DAYS LATE as of writing this review and I dont want to deal with this hitting my credit or having to dispute it due to lousy operations or lack of organization that is out of my control.Overall, it seems there needs to be some reworking in operations as this has definitely not been a 5 star experience.

Don’t waste your time. This place was close to my house so I thought I’d see what they would offer me for a trade-in. If I could put no stars I would. If you’re thinking about buying a car here, my advice to you is: don’t. These people are crooks. Just when I thought I was finally done with these people and their inability to fix their own mistakes, they become a gift that keeps giving. They absolutely screwed my fiancé and me. Great experience leasing a car from Hiley Acura. Went in with the intentions of buying a car but since I want to keep my car for only 3-4 years the leasing option was explained to me. If you are looking for a low pressure sales experience this is the place for you, actually I would call it no pressure. Really it seems like they aren’t interested in selling cars. The wife and I stopped by around 6 on Saturday to test drive a car. We thought it was odd that about half of the lights in the lot were out and it was hard to see the cars. After parking directly in front of the showroom and wandering around the lot for about 15 minutes we decided to take off without ever talking to an employee. There were 3 or 4 sales guys in the showroom hanging out, no other customers that we could see. Maybe new COVID procedures to ignore customers?

Be careful. They will quote you a list price, run the numbers, and increase the list price hoping you overlook it on the paperwork. They also wont take your financing. If you dont finance through them, they dont want your business. Extremely shady business practices.

I wanted to give Hiley the opportunity to earn my business. They lied about having the vehicle and then stated that the vehicle had not arrived yet then stated the vehicle is sold. The finance manager instructed the sales person to lie to get me to come up there. It would not have been such an issue if I had not had to drive over an hour and a half to get there. Dishonest, no integrity. If you have any questions, please feel free to comment. I have text messages from more than one employee admitting that they pulled a bait and switch and messages stating the manager told them to do it. I went to Goodson Acura where they were honest and had the vehicles they said they did. Their prices were amazing and customer service can not be beat! They made a life time customer!

I came in there and spoke with Jonny. I’ve already been at another dealership a day before so I was already anticipating the stress that came with having to talk to the salesmen at the dealership. But to my surprise, the experience was calm and pleasant. Unlike the typical dealership routine that 2-3 people are going to tag team to wear you down, I didn’t have any of that. I was talking to one person who explained everything to me, showed me the deals, discounts and numbers, spoke to me in a kind, and courteous manner. I saw the manager twice after I’ve said yes to the deal which is what I like, no unnecessary pressure in the middle of it all just to get me to do something and I thanked him for approving my requested number. I liked the experience and I know when it’s time to get a new car or when I have someone that needs a recommendation, I’d definitely send them to Hiley Acura, and I’ve been through a couple of dealerships around the DFW area recently.

Nothing but good things to say about this dealership. We recently purchased an RDX from Hiley. I had been pricing vehicles for some time and made several inquiries with 3 different Acura dealerships. Hiley seemed like the only one who was truly interested in trying to work out a deal. Our salesman Gavin wouldn’t give up and kept trying to get the price I wanted. I felt the other dealerships were insulted at what I wanted the vehicle for. Hats off to both Gavin and his boss Ronnie who kept working numbers until it made sense for me. On the day we purchased, we got to the dealership late. These two gentlemen worked with us past closing until we got the vehicle we wanted and gave us a great rundown on all of the vehicle specifics. Never seemed rushed even though I’m sure these gentlemen had already had a long day. If you are looking for an Acura I would suggest you contact Gavin - very knowledgeable about Acuras and won’t give up trying to find you a deal. As a side note, the vehicle is amazing. Very happy!

Brought my 2008 TL there today to check out the electrical issues since the battery was draining caused by the HFL system which is typical for Acura.... Service Advisor A gave me a long list of recommendations for total close to $10K including $906 to replace the HFL system. Really for such a old car ???? Paid $155 for the diagnosis charge and called Acura Plano to have a second opinion... Steve from Acura Plano was super professional and nice, recommended me not to replace the HFL system but unplug the HFL system since it is not worthy and I can easily use my smart phone and the cost is $135 worst case scenario.... By the way, asked another service advisor named Z about the status of my vehicle while A was on lunch leave, Z had a very bad attitude and can not believe how he can work as a service advisor.... Now I know where to go for my two Acura though I need to drive from Southlake all the way to Plano...

I bought a 2013 Camaro ZL1 from them on August 22, 2020. First off they wouldn’t let me test drive it. The car has a lot of modifications done to it. One of the salesman told me the car had to run on methanol which was an outright lie. I bought the car on a Saturday and the following Thursday I started to hear a ticking noise from the top end of the engine. I never hot rodded it or anything. I took it immediately to the house and parked it. The following Saturday I went back up to the dealership (without the camaro) and told them about the issue. They tried to say it was caused because I didn’t run methanol in the car. The methanol tank was not hooked up and payed in several pieces in the trunk. They refused to help resolve the issue until I told them I was going to seek a legal remedy. They agreed to pay the tow bill from the house to a shop. They gave me numbers to three local Fort Worth speed shops and to choose one. The first quote on repair was $4,000 for a crushed lifter. I called Hiley and told them and they refused to help pay for any of the repair costs even though I only had the car in my possession for a few days. I couldn’t afford to fix at the time, so I brought home for about a month tell I could get a second opinion. I found another mechanic that re-evaluated the problem. Not only did I have two broken lifters, I also had a trashed engine block. The camshaft journals were destroyed and metal went through the oil pump. In total it’s now going to cost $6,500 for the repair. I will never ever buy anything again with the Hiley name on it.

Went in with my friend today to pick up his second key that he was promised. The employee hands him a set of key that was for another car and said here ya go. We knew that key wasn’t for his car and when that point was brought up they said all we gotta do is program it!?! And cut it, doesn’t work that way. So they had their little pow wow and the manager came out and pretty much said that my friend should have brought up the issue with him and not just his salesman when he bought the car? I’ve bought many cars before and have never witnessed that kind of attitude. I highly don’t suggest this place, they will go back on their word.

I bought a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro in 2018 and the car was in immaculate condition and I never had any problems. ----- I went through a Tornado this year 2020 and it totaled my 2013 baby..Well I go back to Hiley because I was done so good there and to get another car and What omg this car was nasty.. when I say nasty well dog hair every were in the car the car was not detailed at all . I brought it back to get the job done correctly and well, still dog hair. I showed pics to the manager and you would think he would have done something about it .oh he did but not up to standards ..just enough to see what I had seen the first time ..dirt, dust, and hair.. I had to take my own measures and have someone do it for me. If I could post pics I would ..Well now my husband is looking for a truck but guess what we wont be getting one there..the sales people back in 2018 were on point. The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because our sales guy Ray was awesome! When my husband thought the numbers on our one pager were a little high based on our calculations. Went back to finance and my husband asked if it was a 4yr/ 50,000 mile warrant. The finance guy excitedly replied no it’s a 6/100k! “We are doing that because of COVID just to help everyone out”. Low and behold when we looked at the itemized list of charges (that was presented or reviewed with us in the dealership) we were charged $3400 for the extended warranty. Still waiting to hear back to get this fixed. If I had to do this over again I’d drive the extra miles and go to Goodson. I bought 2 other vehicles there and their sales, service, and finance are top notch! We made a mistake by just choosing the closest dealership.

Bought our vehicle from Hiley and the process was so painless.We’ve been happy with our Acura since purchase. Well today was our first service and again so easy. We scheduled it and on arrival no wait right to work. We waited in the lobby where coffee, water, muffins and WiFi were available. Buyers beware. I was lied to on multiple occasions. Drove an hour for my appointment to look at a used truck they had. When I got there, I was pleasantly greeted, and turned over to a different person then id been talking to. I drove the truck, which I liked, BUT they wanted to low ball my trade in value by running numbers if a F250 XL (mine is a Lariat) and then tell me mine WAS an XL.... Not what the badge on side, and all the stock accessories say. Then, give me a different trade offer (meeting me in the middle) saying theyd give me $18,500, and with the tax savings it would be $21,200 that I would be getting. Told them to show me numbers. Well, numbers were $19,700 for my trade, PLUS they tack on $1450 to the price of the vehicle that they claim is their fee they put on all used vehicles because their service department goes thru the vehicles. Ummmm, put that in sales price, NOT as an add on. So, the truck I was looking at was listed at $46,xxxx, plus their $1450 fee..... they claim they were giving me 19,xxx for my truck and still wanted to finance me for $30,000! My trade in eas PAID FOR! Plus, payments I discussed with them, were nowhere near what was on their offer paper. Then they wanted to run my credit..... Hell NO! Had to tell them 3 times to bring me my keys to my truck so I could leave. I left in my perfectly fine, paid for truck. Be sure to LOOK at the numbers! Dont fall for their lies. I caught them in at least 3.

Ginger and myself visited Hiley Acura on Saturday, October 31, 2020. We were interested in comparing the RDX with the MDX. We were met by Sales Associate Mr. Tony Gant. Tony, was very friendly, and answered our questions in a professional and timely manner. After talking with Tony, we decided to take a Test Drive in the Acura MDX. Ginger, fell in love with the MDX and we decided to purchase the vehicle. We chose the MDX AWD with the Technology package. She wanted all the Bells and whistles offered on the car and wanted a Heated Steering Wheel, which wasn’t offered on the vehicle. Tony, assured he could add the extra feature on the MDX and our vehicle was on the way to the Dealership. Brought in my TLX 4 Cylinder for a transmission fluid change via 7AM appointment today. Kinda pricey (but what isnt) though they finished in an hour instead of the proposed 90 minute timeframe not to mention they cleaned my car & gave me a multi-point inspection too. Outstanding dealership that treats you like family.I want to say thank you for the level of service I received from Taylor in the Service Department. In my opinion, Taylor went above and beyond what I wouldve ever expected, especially whenever I did not purchase the vehicle from them.I brought my car in for two concerns, and little did I know what was going to transpire after that. A few hours later, I was notified by Taylor that I had multiple issues which needed to be addressed, but a previous dealership had missed. The other dealership had just performed work on my vehicle less than a month prior to my visit to Hiley.Taylor explained each issue found by the technicians, and I informed him that I had an extended warranty. Taylor immediately went to work on the phone with the warranty company, and after he finished with them, he updated me on the situation. My two fix issue turned into an inspection needed, so he put me into a brand new loaner SUV while I awaited the outcome of the inspection.I ended up having the loaner SUV for nearly two weeks by the time all repairs were completed and the car returned to me. During the repair time, Taylor called me every couple of days to update me on part status, service assignment, and repair progress. I was well informed, even when was going to be out of the office.The final bill was no more than my deductible plus the transmission service I had brought the vehicle in for. I highly recommend this companys service center for their courteous and attentive staff. Hiley Acura has earned my business. We bought a used car on Saturday. After driving away with an empty tank of gas, and empty windshield wiper fluid, the battery was dead on Sunday night. Monday we asked for resolution with a loaner car and a tow. It never happened. Tuesday it never happened because they expected us to get the car jumped, drive from Dallas to Fort Worth and wait on the car to replace the battery. We spoke with Acura Dallas, who offered to replace battery. So we drove 1 mile from our house to get it resolved. And have not had any follow from Fort With Acura since the incidence.Wish we could return this car, and the poor customer service.

Service department has always been great but they are not enforcing mask wearing inside the dealership and service department. My husband was sitting in the waiting room and two other customers were not wearing their masks like everyone else. He confronted them and they refused to mask themselves. He then witnessed a couple of employees not wearing their masks inside as well. My husband was forced to wait outside in the heat while our car was serviced. FYI: I am pregnant and in my forties, which puts me at greater risk of contracting COVID and endangering myself and my baby. This is why my husband was upset. Companies and their employees need to make sure that not only are they following safety mandates but ensuring that their customers are as well.

Textbook bait and switch. I drove 4 hours to pick up the exact used car that I was looking for. When I got there, the car was $1495 more because “they charge that on all of them.” I had also got an online quote for my trade in from their trade valet service. When I arrived they offered me $4500 less than the online quote. What a worthless process. They also requested that I fill out an online finance application so that once I arrived it would only take ~30 minutes. I had to fill that application out again by hand after arriving. Took 2.5 hours before leaving. Misleading information, Poor service, shady pricing. I will skip this dealer next time.

Not a great experience. Lies from the very start of the process from sales man Jim. I specifically asked him not to add anything extra. I was upfront with him, and made sure he knew I did not warranty if it was a extra cost. He went behind my back and added the warranty to my sale, and also changed the sales price of the vehicle. They give you a sheet with numbers you think you are getting but when you go to finance it’s a different story. I am still very upset with them, and my issue is still not fixed. They cancelled the warranty that i did not ask for 5/11/20, and still no refund. Not my fault, but it’s been a couple months already and still dealing with it. Regret giving my business, and I never want to step foot in that place again. I’ll take my services elsewhere. I would give no stars if I could.

Having never driven an Acura, but being a Honda owner for 30 years I figured I might step up to an Acura. I was introduced to Dan Torres this past Saturday to take me thru the paces of the Acura RDX Advanced package.I had a lot of questions, a lot of questions even as Honda and Acura are in the same family...they speak differently so Dan helped me translate the Honda to Acura experience.The advanced package is just that, advanced. This is where Mr. Torres really helped me out and had great patience with me.I was also introduce to Drew Savage as well as Jason Lee and they helped me with my decision to make the purchase, it was not my first choice for color, but Mr. Lee and Mr. Torres made me an offer I couldnt refuse so to speak.It was late on a Saturday so I didnt expect to get the car that night, but I did. One of the worse sales experiences I have ever had at a dealership. I did my research and knew exactly what I wanted and how much it should cost. Met with a sales manager and he told me that I would never be able to get that price without leasing. I said sorry but I only want to purchase and left. He called me back 10 minutes later and said that he can do the deal for purchase and He wanted me to come back the next morning to sign the deal. The next morning, he brought the car around and everything looked great. I went with him to sign the deal and he said he would work up the lease paperwork...I said WHAT you told me on the phone you were able to get the deal for purchase. I told him no thank you and turned to leave. He then literally told me “be a man and stay and talk to him to work out a leasing deal”. I told him I don’t cars buy from dealerships that lie.

Yesterday, my 2015 TLX had engine warning lights going off as I was driving on the highway. Naturally I pulled over and called Hiley service department. The man whose name was Tom said that I needed to bring it in but they were very backed up due to covid. He also said that they did not have a loaner for me. Of course, I need a loaner since he said it could be a few days before they could fix it. I asked if the car was safe to drive and he said it depends on whats wrong with it. He said I could have it towed. Quite frankly I am shocked at the way Ive been treated by this dealership. Im extremely disappointed in the way my situation was handled!
