This was the absolute best car buying experience we ever had. Armando was ready and waiting to greet us as soon as we arrived. Danny was great and didnt give us the run around with financing. Recently had my visit for my oil change in the service dept. I felt very welcomed, and comfortable during my wait. The staff was very friendly and went beyond their jobs to make sure my visit was pleasant. They seemed to be short staffed but all jumped in to multi task to make the dept ran smoothly. I was in a bind and with this pandemic going on I knew it was going to be hard to find the vehicle I wanted. My best friend got me in contact with Hiley Acura and they went far and wide and beyond to get me what I wanted all within a few days! The guys there were all professional gentlemen (awesome manners) and took the time to explain everything. I have never felt to so relaxed and welcomed when buying a vehicle. Definitely recommend if you’re in the market.

This is my third new Acura in the last 6 years. Jason Alvarez was a rockstar to work with. He had everything done before I ever got to the dealership and even offered to bring my new car to my job to sign for so as not to inconvenience me with afternoon traffic. Finance was a breeze and I was in and out in less than an hour. Another EXCELLENT Hiley experience.

I had no experience with Hiley previously and went with them in April to get my new 21 RDX as they were closest to my house and had overall good reviews. The buying process was overall good, there was a little bit of unnecessary back and forth on negotiating but overall the sales staff was friendly and they stayed late to get the deal done that night and me out the door. Bringing the vehicle in for service or warranty work has been nothing but great. The service writers and techs are great, they do a good job communicating, and its always nice to come back to a clean car when they wash it after completing the work. Im one that generally doesnt let others work on my vehicles, but Ill likely keep bringing the RDX in for maintenance work, at least as long as my warranty is still active. Would highly suggested them.

I went to Hiley Acura because I saw a vehicle advertised on Car Gurus which caught my interest. I’ve been buying vehicles (total of 4 now) from this dealership since it was Mac Churchill Acura because I was pleased with the way that they conducted business. I know that they are now under new ownership but I called to inquire about that vehicle anyway and I was greeted by Jacob Martinez. He took me on a test drive and I decided to buy the vehicle. When I requested some changes be made to the “deal” which I was offered, Jacob did not hesitate to request approval for those changes and he presented me with the numbers I was looking for. Once Jacob knew what I would be happy with, he got it done for me and a deal was reached. He made this buying experience one of the easiest that I’ve had, by far! I did not experience any of the car buying games that they play at other dealerships and believe me, I been through that process many times and it leads to stress and frustration. I experienced neither of those things at Hiley Acura. Thank you Jacob and Hiley Acura for making this car buying experience a breeze!

I drove two and half hours to look at a vehicle and told the salesman I would contact him in the morning if I wanted to proceed with the car. The next day I contacted him that I wanted to get the car. I was told I would be emailed the application to start the process and the possibly numbers. I was also told that would’ve to come back to sign the documents that I couldn’t complete everything here then pick the car up. When I could’ve completed everything on their website and had the car delivered. Then I was bounced between two salesman.The next day someone other than two salesman I was dealing with called to ask if I had any questions about the car, I told them no I was just waiting for my salesman to call me to complete my paperwork. The salesman text saying he would email me the numbers and told him I would contact him once I received them. Only to be call a hour later telling me they went ahead and sold the car to someone else. Then lied that they did not run my credit they only “looked me up to get numbers” but I have the inquiry on my credit report. Then tried to tell me about another car that was more.

I bought a used Mercedes from here. The salesman was extremely rude and very pushy. Once I bought the car I noticed it was pulling pretty hard in one direction. I called him the day after to see if it was something they could fix and he told me I was on my own. I also had to get two tires replaced immediately because they were leaking air. This was a problem the salesman told me would be fixed. The battery and window wipers had to also be replaced immediately. It seemed like their were numerous tickey tacky problems that were about $50-$100 each. This cheap way to make a few bucks and sliding issues over the customer has completely soured my view of Hiley. The salesman was rude and condescending. Dont be a fool, just go to park place. They will take good care of you and take pride in selling quality automobiles

I made it clear to Spencer that I didn’t want to be bothered. He left me alone and I truly appreciated that. When I was ready I reached out to him and any time I told him when I was available, he was there. He showed me the cars I was interested in and didn’t try to up sale me. Poor customer service within the service department. Overpriced services, 50 to 100% more than the competition for Acura recommenced maintenances (B1, B2, Etc.). Had a discussion with the service advisor about the pricing and even talked about current coupons in comparison and he did not budge from the overpriced maintenance. We paid as initially agreed but I know we will never go back, not event to purchase another Acura.

So far so good. I came over from being a Jeep driver and this is my first Acura. Impressed with everyone I came in contact with and the way I was treated. Jim Haas and Spencer were great. I havent had the car for 24 hrs at the time of writing this and I love the RDX. Jim took what I was looking for and found me something I would liked and they worked with me on getting it for a reasonable price and in my budget without screwing me. They may have made me an Acura driver now....

I called around noon to schedule an oil change and was told through the phone that it would be $40. I had previously been to this dealership for the same service at the same price so they had all my car and personal information. Lets start from when I arrived. I pull up into the service center and wait for 10 min while none of the staff acknowledged me or told me they would be with me shortly. After 10 min I went inside to check in and they told me to wait outside some more. Im fine with waiting, I just want to know someone will eventually come help. So 5 min after that, they came out and I gave them the keys and went inside to wait to have my oil change done. A few minutes later, service advisor, Becca Raef, comes to tell me the oil change is $75 because I have no service contract. They have all my information when I called, so they could have told me this prior to me coming in. I tell her thats not what I was told over the phone, but she was adamant on this $75 figure. I saw they had a oil change special on their website for $50 and I mention that and she said we have a strict coupon policy now so you would have to print that out to give to her. Seriously? Its on their website and no where does it say I have to print it out. In fact, the fine print says to present coupon when order is written so I should be able to just show her the web page. After some back and forth, she tells me to screen shot the coupon and email it to her. Seems like that strict coupon policy isnt so strict after all, but still this seems so unnecessary.When my car was finished, she printed out the receipt and that was it. She didnt go over anything with me. There was no report or recommendations that they usually do in the past. I had to remind her to print that out. Comparing this report to my last one, it looks like its missing a few pages, but whatever. Im sick of dealing with her at this point. Looking through the report later, it also seems there are recommended services I need, but I wont be going back here for it.1/10 would not recommend. Lies over the phone for service costs to bait you into the service. If Becca Raef is your service advisor, run!!!I do want to say my service before this one was fine. Didnt really have any issues, but I guess an incompetent service advisor is all it takes to make a service terrible.Side note: For a luxury brand dealership, its surprisingly plain in there. Ive seen Honda dealerships more upscale than this.

I was shopping for a vehicle they just so happened to have the exact vehicle I was looking for they hadnt added any additional things to this car the sales manager told me they would not sell the car unless they were allowed to add $3000 accessories .accessories that were not on the car So they can make a profit . Beware buyers of Christian Farthing, this person lacks integrity and will be deceitful to make a sale. During signing he did not explained optional charges that where added without my consent. Hours later after reviewing my paperwork thats when I noticed the additional charges. Then I contacted the dealership for clarification of this charges and spoke with Christian directly who advised me to come in order to go over the paperwork with me. I asked if this could be done over the phone and he said it was not possible. Than hours later I got a call from Daniel Schultz who was able to resolve the issue over the phone. I really appreciate his helpfulness in resolving this matter. Gavin was my salesman and he was great! Gave many details about my options and made me feel comfortable, he pays attention to what you say and helps guide you to the right option. His manager on the other hand not so much. He started off nice but then flipped and lied to me when I calmly called him out on it he claimed I was arguing and walked away. Experience would have been great without the manager involved but I know he has to be.

Bought a car from here in spring 2020. My first experience was Poor sales service - lazy. And I came back a year later, to hopefully get a better experience and buy a NEW vehicle. I just wanted to start with getting my car appraised. And as soon as I meet the sales rep, he automatically is telling me I probably couldn’t afford a new car and should consider a lease. This was before we even began talking about what car I want or numbers. He was bragging how Acura is a high end luxury brand car.... I’m driving an Infiniti. I walked out. That’s one way to loose business, assuming and starting off all cocky and trying to stick someone in the car you want to get off your lot.

Spencer was awesome! I actually reached out to him a year ago just before everything shut down, but I had decided to wait. He was willing to go the extra mile to accommodate me so that I felt more comfortable with the process during the pandemic so a year later when I was ready to buy again, I didnt forget about him. I walked in unannounced on a Friday evening and he was ready to go with a smile. I think he may have had another customer, but he was able to take care of both us with a level of professionalism & attentiveness that I appreciate. Jason was also awesome when he stepped in to seal the deal. He was a straight shooter, and I didnt feel any pressure during the process. Before it changed owners, went in to look at an MDX. The new car salesman came out. I told him I was just looking and he proceeded to tell me how his father was in the hospital with FIVE brain tumors and today was his last day.Guess he thought I would buy into his story. I should have called back and talked to the owner, manager but didnt - thought whats the use. Hope Hiley has better salesmen.Oh, and by the way, I did call back a week later and asked if the salesman was still there, she replied yes.

Make sure to double check your paperwork before signing. My impatience and trustworthiness on a man’s word cost me additional money I did not want to spend. After I agreeing on the price of the car plus TTL I repeatedly stated I didn’t not want any additional warranty, sales and financial manager agreed with me and ok’d the deal. After a few days I kept thinking about the payments not adding up and checked the paperwork, sure enough they added an additional $3k warranty that I did not want. In a sense they canceled out and I’m my eyes stole my $3k down payment. After talking to sales manager he gave me the run around and said nothing he could do since the finance manager I worked with no longer worked there (2weeks after the sale) all I keep getting is the BS COVID excuse as to why I have not gotten my refund.The Plan was to trade the car in less than 12 months later on a new Type S with as little upside I could get. Still going to trade in, but definitely buying at a different Acura dealer
