The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and want to help meet health and fitness goals. They wont sell you junk you dont need, only the high quality stuff that will help you move forward.Dont be offended if they dont answer the phone, they focus on the customer in the store. I bought a Spirit xbu55 exercise bike , they did not have one on the floor but had nice handouts with the picture of it and all the details . Very nice . David helped me and was knowledgeable and actually the person who assembles them when they arrive. He took my name and number and kept me up to date and said he would contact me when it arrived. He did that and was very helpful, I highly recommend 03 Fitness and Equipment.

Jack, and 03 Fitness Equipment & Supplements, is not only amazing but a great blessing. I had been in the market for a Spin Cycle, looking for over a month and just happen to find 03 Fitness Equipment when I was ready to give up my search. Jack took his time to talk with me about the cycle over the phone, answered all of my questions about the difference between chain /belt driven, magnetic/felt resistance, and the difference electronics that were available. He understood that this is a huge investment and was not pushy at all. I went in to try out the cycle and ask a few more questions before I made my decision. His store is a gym itself, everything you can think of or ever want in equipment and supplement. Very clean. It is set up in my front room, looks sharp and provides an amazing workout. I love that all I have to do is put on my shoes and ride. No driving to the gym. What a great experience. My wife kept raving about Jack and what a nice guy he is and how helpful he is on her supplements. She said that when we replaced our treadmill she wanted me to talk to Jack. Been to a lot of supplement stores and can say without a doubt this is the best one Ive ever been to. It is it set up very organized, and the customer service is amazing. Not only did I not feel wierd or pressured to buy something, but I felt comfortable in the store. Best supplements and gym equipment in town!

After going to 6 homes to look at used treadmills, 3 fitness equipment stores - last stop was at 03 Fitness. Jack was so far more knowledgeable then store clerks, had the unit I want and was able to have it delivered that very evening. 5 stars!

For the past 11 years I have been coming to Jack for nutrition, supplement, and work out advice. His experience and knowledge of the field of exercise physiology is far superior to any of the chain supplement stores that I have visited. I feel that one of the greatest attributes of 03 Fitness Equipment is that you walk in feeling welcomed, respected, and always receive honest recommendations.

Jack Vanegan has been a huge support to me as a military active duty soldier. Hes sent item to me while deployed and is always offering to help support my troops with supplements and knowledge. He is the first supplement store Ive ever heard of that allows people who may have a little more to help people who have a little less by paying it forward.
