Ordered a guitar stand. No assembly instructions. It doesnt look hard to assemble, but they didnt send nuts and bolts, just sent a bunch of legs. The pegs to separate the guitars dont screw in tight. Not even in a manufacturer box. Just a shipping box. I gave it 1 star only to be able to post

As someone who drop shipped almost $3,000 of their merchandise in the last 30 days, its lovely they show their appreciation by REFUSING to refund me for 2 air guns I PAID for that were defective. I guess giving someone helping you move that much product less than $200 for DAMAGED ITEMS I PAID FOR is unthinkable for them even if that $200 cost them who knows how many thousands it would have been a month once I got everything listed. But less than $200 is worth more than that, all the while knowing I paid for them, and they were damaged. Talk about Greed rotting someones mental capacity.

Horrible experience!! We received a banjo with a small hole in the neck. When we sent it back they took two weeks to even respond to us. Then they tried to pretend like they never received the banjo until we sent a snapshot of the tracking. Finally after ANOTHER week goes by, they say there was no issue with the banjo and they won’t be giving a full refund. We are going to go through our bank since they are a lying, dirty business. I recommend that NOBODY order from them. Horrible experience!
