For years I was a culligan customer. With a new house I went with aqua source. Very happy that I did. The water quality is just as good; the faucet is actually much better than what I had prior (granted it was a long time ago) and their customer service is excellent. I also appreciate that their service plan costs less and you get more. Finally the purchase price and install of our unit was almost half that of culligan.

I expressed my concern with the technician and after much discussion and a phone call the issue was resolved. Extremely happy with the repair. Softener is working like it is brand new. It is actually 8 years old. Will continue to recommend them.

Very expensive. They do quality work though.Edit in reply to owner response: all filters and salt bags are pricier than what you can find online or at box retailers. The softeners themselves seem to do ok (still a decent amount of calcium buildup and water spots where faucets drip but that could be our terrible water quality) and I cannot comment on their prices since they are proprietary, but they seemed reasonable.

WOW, what a difference in our water. Steve came to our house and tested our water and made his recommendation and let me tell you, OUR WATER HAS NEVER BEEN THIS GOOD. I called another company and they just wanted to sell me something over the phone, not these guys. If youre looking for great company to deal with, look no further !!!!Thanks to everyone that helped us from Aqua Systems !!!!

My family buys 11 - 5 gallon bottles at a time for our water cooler. This company and the employees never fail to impress me with their professionalism and excellent service. The water is fantastic and the prices are great too.
