Tj and his crew are great. I felt like a priority because of their fast repair. Lots of places had said they were 1-2 weeks out unless it was an oil change. Theyve also got some of the lowest prices after checking prices with other local shops and dealership service centers. I will continue to take my vehicles here. Thank you.

I hate to give this bad review because Ive taken my vehicle in for service in the past and had a good experience. But I took my truck in a few months ago to get a brake check and an oil change. This is on a Saturday so I dont know if they had their b team in or not. But today I went to change my own oil. Just to discover that there is loctite smeared around the oil plug. And they torqued the plug down so much that it rounded the head of the bolt. I have not had my truck worked on since I took it here. So now I cannot even get the proper sized socket on the plug. I will have to take it to a different shop to get my oil changed. I hate to say this but I would not recommend going there unless youre just buying tires.

I had tire light come on as I was just leaving town to drive to Chicago. Tom Steele Tire took a quick look and found a nail in a front tire. They quickly patched the tire and reset the tire sensors and I was on my way to Chicago. Thank you.

Tire guys are slow. Ive had better server at other tire shops. Took over an hour and a half for 2 tire swap an oil change and brake job was done before mine got done. Poor service. The tech did not tighten the lug nuts on my left rear tire. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.

They do the work they say they will in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable rate. If the problem isnt fixed the first time, they Will fix it. Honest, dependable and looking out for the wellbeing of you and your vehicle. I never take my vehicles anywhere else.

The lady at the front desk was very rude on spy run when I stopped in for an oil change today 10/4/21.

I had purchased tires here in past and was happy with experience, but never had regular auto service until this week. Very pleased overall -- location is convenient, the mechanic was friendly and explained what was needed, and work was finished when promised. Best of all, cost was reasonable. Will definitely return for future service.

My car was detailed here and its so amazingly clean! CDs laying around were organized and all trash was taken out and mats are spotless. Love it!

I dont take my cars anywhere else love it here

I have trusted Tom Steele with my tires, oil changes and other car repairs over the years. They have always treated me fairly and I dont feel like they take advantage of me when I have no clue what I am talking about like other places have made me feel in the past. I appreciate their honesty and straightforwardness. Plus they are always quick to get the job done.

Finally, a mechanic that doesnt hound me about how much work my car needs outside of the services I asked for/can afford! Super helpful people, the taxes were INCLUDED in my quote (super pleasant surprise for my Christmas funds), and quick service. Definitely coming here from now on for maintenance.

Oil change, lube & tire rotation done promptly and properly. Got there at 7:50. They got my keys at 8AM and 40 minutes later I was gone.

Went in there with brake issues with my car. Got my car right in.They showed me the problem fixed it. Bless there hearts they didnt even charge me and problem is fixed. Belle tire originally did a poor brake job. I highly recommend this place.

I shopped around for new tires for my truck. They had the best price. Mastercraft AXT2 tires, they are hundreds less than other tire shops in the Fort Wayne area. They did all 4 drive tires and the spare tire $300 less than Belle tire,which Belle tire says they are the best price. This was with a full alignment. While waiting they had coffee and a TV. Burger King is within walking distance. Prompt and great service. I will return in the future for my wifes car. Thank you

Awesome people at the Spy Run location. The lady at the desk is very nice and knowledgeable. A guy named Neil (spelling) worked on my car a few times. Hes upfront, easy to talk to and his work is high quality. If I cant fix stuff myself, this is the only.place Ill go. They can beat almost anybodys prices.

I guess that now (2014? to current) that the dad Tom Steele is virtually NOT doing anything much with the business (seems to be health reasons or age) like he did before.... the one son runs this place, AND YES - HE does not run business at all like his dad!! The woman that sits behind the desk was rude sometimes & getting an answer from her takes asking a few times & even some of the guys there but the work on my car was the best!I had an older car that they kept up & running well the whole time I had it, about 3 years total. I eventually bought one of the many cars that they sell (2001 Chevy Malibu) & had NO complaints with it at all! I am not fond of 6-cyl cars but this one was peach; ran extremely well & got great mileage! Besides I still own it!Considering many places I know do half or poor, crappy service and then you are left going back begging for a resolve or your money or go to court - this is well worth it! We have been scammed by BAD businesses for about $2000 while we lived in Texas & even a dealership - Henna Ford in Austin scammed us for a little over $600! They NEVER did any work on my car at all & yet claimed they did the day I went to pick it up!

They took great care of me when I drove in without an appointment and a huge bolt stuck in my tire! Had to order tires to fit that would be in next day, put my spare tire on and sent me on my way without delay. Returned for new tires next day and was on my way quickly. Thank you!

It was awesome. Make sure you go down there when it dark out. If you go in the winter you should definitely bring something warm to wear because it is cold down. Also I would advise you to bring a passport do you can see Canada.The place Im talking about is Nigeria falls

I went in for an alignment I was quoted one price then all of a sudden when I went to pee there was a $30 up charge the man which was Tom Steele son quick fast talk me. And said that I had to have a computer reset. In all actuality he never cleared my Dash lights what the reset was meant to do

Went here to check alignment and rotate and balance wheels. They were quick to get this done, even on a Saturday. But now I went back to remove the wheels on my car to replace pads and rotors only to find they over torqued my lug nuts. It wasnt just a little bit over torqued, i broke an impact socket (which is near impossible to do) with a 2 ft breaker bar and a 4 ft cheater pipe.I will not be returning to this business for anything wheel related anytime soon. They did not give the care to my car that I would expect from a auto shop.

Zero stars would be more appropriate! I Waited two hours to get one tire replaced. They also quoted me for a $250 replacement windshield wiper motor. I went to a different place to get a second opinion, just to find out it was only the fuse that needed replaced with was a $2 fix. I had asked Tom Steele tires to check the fuse first because I didnt have the equipment to do it myself. They obviously didnt test the fuse, and wanted to get more money out of me. If they had replaced the motor, it still wouldnt have worked because the fuse would still have been blone. What would they have done then?! Very, very disappointed and will NEVER be returning to this business ever again.

Great folks. We blew a tire 2 miles from the shop. When I called and they came to my truck and took the tire to there shop. They mounted a new one and delivered it back to me. Then trusted me to go back to there shop to pay. Never charged for there trips to my vehicle and got me back on the road quickly even though they were busy.

The best place for tires. They give you one price with mounting, balancing and taxes included. No surprises with all the add ons like Oh and there is a hazardous waste handling fee.

I got a good deal on tires. The reason I took my vehicle in though was because of a rattle in my front end when you go over bumps. Got charged $11oo.oo and the rattle is even worse now.

Possibly the worst customer experience ever. Went in because the car was shaking... probably a bad tire. They replaced the two front tires, and did an alignment with a special $30 upcharge (thanks guys). As soon as I pulled away, the very problem I went there for was just as obvious as when I went in. The owner said, whaddya want me to do?! How about give me 4 hours of my life back? Jerk.

Well I just got a new tire put on my car. I asked them to put it on the front right. Well they put it on the rear. Not a big deal. They fixed it. Well when I went to get in my car. They put the nasty dirty wet, yes wet it’s raining on my back seat without covering it. They were supposed to put it back where it went. Well my car isn’t the great but my interior was in great shape. Now I have stains all over. Well thanks Tom Steele Tire for ruining my back seat. They also didn’t put a paper floor mat on the floor so now I have greasy feet prints all over. I never write reviews. But they got me pretty upset.

Went in to have two tires looked at and was immediately treated like a convict upon entering their business, nevermind it was a set of tires they sold me and they were still under warranty. They replaced one tire with a hideous, bleached take-off and promptly charged me $50. I paid and went out to my car to find my parking brake pulled up so far that it was almost out of the console. Upon the release of the brake, the cable went limp and the line released with a bad sound. I went back into the store and attempted to explain that their tech had damaged my car, and was met with extreme hostility from the owner. He offered to take a look at it while the tech in question began to swear at me and call me a liar right there in the office! The best he offered to do was look at it, not fix it, not offer a loaner while I took my car to be serviced by the VW dealership... If rude service that damages your stuff is what you are into then look no further than this dump!
