Very, very pushy lady at the desk. We were forced to use one of their storage pods because our truck could not be rented again due to being previously booked. They over charged us on mileage. Charged a ridiculous fee for a small wooden storage container and forced to pay for insurance that our credit card already provided. Find another uhaul dealer.

Very helpful, got me in right away with an overheated car. Gave me candy, settled my nerves. Call themselves Legal Cop Shop, but they are professional and knowledgeable.

We dropped off our uhaul rental here and they were very friendly and quick. Treated us well as we came back with extra gas in the truck. Would rent from Goshen Rd Auto in the future.
