She is a very personable and professional employee,, she seamed as if she didnt understand the situation at first, but tried her best to offer a solution, when she couldnt figure out what we needed she asked for assistance instead of giving up. There service has went down hill in the last year. Delivery takes forever and no one is very informed working there. Also the semi delivery drivers do not know how to drive. I have been nearly ran off the road from them twice. This last time I could see he was staring at his phone in his hand and not at the road. Get your shot together before something bad happens.
