No support after the sale.We bought a fridge through them in January 2021. We got an issue with the ice maker 8 months after purchase.We contact ABC Warehouse and they dont want to help, dont offer any support and just tell you to contact the fridge brand (doesnt lead anywhere either).0 benefit to buy your appliances through ABC warehouse. Absolutely no after-sales service (we have been trying for a month now).

Bought appliance set and multiple furniture pieces. Day of purchase, salesman was great, friendly, etc. Small issue with dishwasher that was rectified fairly easily, salesman not as friendly but okay. Was told furniture would arrive end of Jan 2021. Received one piece in March 2021 and final piece was received last week, nine months after purchase. Timeline was frustrating, but the absolute lack of communication during the process is what made it so bad. I not once received a call with status. Nothing. I had to outreach them to ask for status and everyone I spoke with was very rude except one gentleman I spoke with last week. On a positive note, every delivery person was absolutely fantastic, professional, and nice. If you buy from ABC, just know they are great making a sale, but pretty terrible on follow up and follow through once they have your money.

Got a great deal on a washer, dryer, stove microwave, 50 tv a dishwasher and a chest freezer all for less than $4000. Issue with dryer and dishwasher, dryer arrived dented unable to turn, but they replaced it quickly. The dishwashers door locked in the closed position after first use will follow up after warranty service claim

Bought a GE front load washer from here. Gentleman that helped me out was very friendly and even dropped the price slightly. Later I came back the next week for the matching dryer. They were friendly and didnt make me feel rushed or unwanted as some salesmen tend to when browsing items. Highly recommend them.

We recently bought a refrigerator. The sale person and manager were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to review pros and cons of different brands and helped us pick out our new refrigerator. Very satisfied with the customer service will go back for future purchases and would recommend to friends and family.The 2 people who delivered and set up our refrigerator were very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to get the new one into our house and hauled our old on away. We bought a bed on a Friday and scheduled it for delivery on Thursday so I took the day off work so I could be there during the four hour window for delivery. On Thursday was told we were rescheduled for Friday so my son rearranged his schedule and again on Friday we were informed that we were rescheduled for Sunday. We spoke with the assistant manager today and after alot of excuses he didnt make me feel very sure that we would get it on Sunday either but I guess we will see. Also when we went to speak with the manager we waited 20-30 minutes before he came to see us. While we waited I watched a man carrying a mattress towards a door that a salesman was walking right by and the salesman didnt offer him any help or even open the door for him.

I would not even give this place a one Star. They are a bunch of liars. My fridge broke and had a warranty they took over 6 months to fix itand still never fixed it right. This is a awfull place to shop

If you want to buy something with acceptance now credit be aware that they the biggest ripped off ever, after 90 days they charge 86% interest rate.. and they never explain that, they are worst then cellphone people.

Josh was very pleasant and very professional. He went out of his way to assist us in finding the products we were interested in. He we also gave us very nice discounts on the refrigerator and Dish washer we finally purchased. We would highly recommend him and ABC Warehouse if interested in home products.

I had the best sales experience here today that Ive ever had. I had to buy appliances, and I always dread making purchases like that because sales people can be so pushy and cutthroat. But every employee we spoke to today was very friendly and outgoing. We wound up working with Josh, the store manager, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was friendly, kind, and is clearly the kind of person who goes the extra mile for his customers. He knew I was concerned about getting my appliances by Thanksgiving, and he did everything possible to make that happen for me; he even upgraded my dishwasher because the one I planned on getting would have had to be special ordered. And he did it for the same price as the one I planned on getting originally, which was a model down. Now were getting our appliances delivered next week! The customer service I received today was unmatched. We will 100% be back to see Josh for all of our future appliance/electronics purchases, and I would recommend him and ABC Warehouse to anyone!

I am going to rant!!! Just trying to save all of my friends from getting the run around from ABC Warehouse or LG! My 1.5 year old dryer needs a new control board $250 (not including installation another $150) and neither company will do anything about it!!! Do not buy from either of these companies! Not even a piece of lint when the technician took my dryer apart. If I could give negative stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!

Shopping online for some rear in wall surround speakers. Came across polk audio in walls I was considering. After price checking on as many retailers I could I found abc warehouse has them on clearance and priced $40 below anyone else. The ad said in store only. So I went. Sales people are rude didnt even know what I was talking about I had to go out get my phone to show him. Still wouldnt give me the price. I hate this store will never shop there again. Best thing about the store is the beautiful woman who greats you when you walk in. I hope she finds a more reputable company to work for.

The staff was very knowledgeable and nice, the credit department is in there as well but a separate entity call Acceptance Now my credit sucks which they didnt even check and I still got a nice new refrigerator and dishwasher for payments that I can afford on my income.

Absolutely love this place! Great prices. Always great their warranty! If I dont use it I get a ٪ of the warranty back in store credit. Took in an air-conditioner last year and they just gave me a brand new one. Staff is always friendly and willing to help

I bought a new stove and bought the warranty. The salesman didnt bother to tell me that you cant use cast iron on a glass top stove and I scratched the surface on only the 3rd time I used it. I called and asked if it would be covered under my warranty and they told me that it would be covered under the manufacturer warranty and not theirs. So why did I pay for a useless warranty that dosent cover anything? Dont purchase their warranty if you do choose to shop there. But I was also told that the same stove I bought was 200 dollars cheaper at Lowes.

My overall opinion has changed dramatically. Our first purchase--washer & dryer--went well, this one not so much. Our salesperson was ok, but his resolution skills and empathy was lacking when we ran into an issue.. .he is also the assistant manager. He also didnt know thw financing options without looking it up, qhich I felt was amateur. When we called him about the issues the store manager suggested that we keep calling back instead of asking him to call me. Apparently, they dont have a return policy which is very scary when you think about it. I was told that they handle returns on a case by cases basis, which basially reserves the right to refuse a return if there is an issue. Well probably burn our ABC card, it was a weird experience.

Great place we had alot of questions on whether the new washer and dryer we wanted to purchase would fit under our counter the salesman was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us I would highly recommend going there to purchase your appliances.

Ordered two couchs 3 months ago and still waiting. They give me different explanations every week I call them. I am not having these delivered because I live too far away. As of today they say covid is causing delay and I get that. But no idea when or if I will ever get the furniture. now waiting 4 months on a chair. They say delivery takes priority over picking it up myself .

This is my first ever 1 star google review.Placed an online order on November-11-2020 for a 4 piece kitchen set (fridge, microwave, stove & dish washer) which was listed as in-stock. Took 3 weeks to deliver everything except the stove. I called last week of December to check status on the stove and they couldnt give me an eta and said it was still on backorder.Last week of January got an email that it was scheduled to be delivered January 29th. Got a call on delivery day and they said they had to reschedule delivery to February 2nd. So frustrating!!! Then the morning of February 2nd (delivery day) I get an email that the stove is out of stock. I immediately called and they simply apologized and said they accidentally fulfilled another order with my stove.At this point I requested a refund. They held my money for almost 3 months on an item that never said out of stock. Im not one to complain but this was a terrible experience! Again this is also my first google 1 star review.

My refrigerator went out so I was in a tough spot. I went in looking for a sale item to get right away. The refrigerator on sale couldnt be delivered for 2 weeks. When I explained my situation to the sales man he actually gave me the same sale price for a better refrigerator and had it delivered the next day. ABC Warehouse has my business from now on! Their customer service is amazing!

On the expensive side, as comparing the same items to other stores they are higher in price, they do have program like rent a center and Aarons

Tried this place like 7 years ago. I wanted an LED TV, as that was the latest technology then. The salesman kept bothering me to buy a plasma, and kept asking me why I dont want one. Not only did he not help me, he was annoying so I left mad. Fast forward to today. I didnt think they were even still open. I walked in and saw 4-5 workers standing around talking at the front of the store, not one of them acknowledging I even walked into the store and walked right past them. I went to the back to check out car stereos. I was back there for at least 15 minutes looking up different products on my phone. Nobody around. Strolled past furniture...TVs...other merchandise...nobody around. I made it back to the front and stood there looking around for help. Finally, somebody acknowledged my existence...possibly a manger. I told him I had been in the back looking for someone to help me for over 15 minutes. (As a manager in customer service myself, I would want to know about a lapse in customer service) However, instead of apologizing for lack of any customer service, he looks at me in disgust, and says, well, did you come up here and get one of my salesmen? Like Im the stupid one. I didnt know it was the customers job to ask for customer service. Normally, I would leave by now, but their website boasts free installation on car stereos. So, when I asked about installation, he said they dont have an installer and dont plan on hiring one, and that I was better off going to Best Buy or D&B sales. Thanks I will. This place is STILL a joke.

My first time purchasing with ABC was very good! Mikey engaged me when I walked in the door and the other sales men were friendly and knowledgeable too. Bobby helped me pick out a headset I needed for work. It ended up not being the right kind I needed but the return process was smooth and Mikey hooked me up with a different headset that works perfectly! Awesome job guys!

I shopped there years ago. Went in tonight and not one person came up to me and asked if i needed help. Every person i saw except one person everyone was on there phone and not paying attention.

While I dont like overly zealous salespeople, no one stopped to help us or even said hello. When we went to checkout, we were basically ignored and the one person at the register was on the phone while plenty of other workers stood around chatting. Finally another worker came to help us but service was still slow. Prices were good but at the cost of decent service.

This was my first experience with ABC Warehouse. Scott Smith installed a backup monitor and camera on my vehicle. He was incredibly helpful and I could not be more satisfied. The whole experience from beginning to end was awesome. I would recommend this business to my friends and family.

I was incredibly impressed with the customer service from the Fort Wayne store, more so than the price... and the price was the lowest I had found on a Frigidaire refrigerator. A mistake was made in delivery time, telling me they would have it to my house in 3-4 days. The appliance wasnt in stock, so it was going to take about 3 weeks to get it to me. I whined a little, and Monte (salesperson) and Misty (manager) really went to bat for me and found the unit at a nearby store. Got the fridge delivered to my house (free delivery) within a week. The salesperson then called a few days after to make sure everything turned out OK. I understand making mistakes, but its how you correct them that makes the difference, and these guys were spot on with that.

I bought an entertainment center and when I bought it I was told that the box was open so they taped it. Turned out it has already been built and taken apart. It was damaged and some wood pieces were torn out completely. It was also missing a screw. Was a good price but now I know why. Won’t buy from here again.

I came into ABC Warehouse extremely upset. My 20 year old refrigerator had died. My repair person said go the ABC Warehouse and get a Whirlpool. Carlin Blevins met my husband and i at the door and took us thru the process of buying our new refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable about the Whirlpool and put my anxiety at rest. Went on a Friday and new refrigerator is coming Saturday.

We are very satisfied with our experience at ABC Warehouse in Ft. Wayne. After purchasing 5 appliances there we needed a service repair on our Maytag washing machine. Maytag gave us the run around and we were at our wits end ....we went back to ABC Warehouse and the problem was taken care of immediately . I am sure this place is great, but my first experience was not. I went to purchase a DVD player and after several hours of different discs and messing around with it, the message was always the same, bad disc - I even used brand new, freshly opened DVDs with no luck. The staff seemed kind, not pushy at all and attentive.

Dont even bother, its not worth the hassle. Prices are much higher than any other places Ive looked and the people are pushy, rude, obnoxious and have no knowledge of the appliances theyre selling.
