He promptly returned my call and got me scheduled. When I arrived he got me processed and before I knew it my car was finished. Can’t say enough good about service writer Chris. He’ remembers me by name and is always very patient and polite. He does a great job at notifying you when your car is ready. My service has been exceptional and the staff has always been very accommodating. Snacks and drinks are available while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced as well as a clean lobby with tables so that you can continue working on your laptop while waiting for your vehicle.

It was nothing like Sandy Springs BMW in Pensacola. Nobody greeted me when I walked in. They didn’t even make eye contact. I’m not even sure if they performed the inspection I paid for because I know for a fact my tires are not all inflated to the same size, and they still aren’t. The attendant wasn’t really knowledgeable when I asked what was my car’s maintenance schedule. She just said the car will tell me. They also don’t wash your car or give you a voucher to get one since their car wash isn’t working. Not sure how they can’t plug a water hose into…. Ya know what never mind.

Unlike most of our post/mid COVID world, this dealership is one of the few places that hasn’t completely forgotten about customer service. Every step of the process, I was informed and kept up to date. All parts of the transaction were explained to me so that I understood what I was buying. They even helped me personalize my vehicles settings, instead of my having to rifle through the owners manual before I can even drive the new car home. Blake is your man for sales and Keith in the financial office is top notch. Both went above and beyond to get me into a car that I wanted at the price I could work with, as well. They have a customer for life.

This was the absolute best service experience I have ever had at a dealership, bar none. I was on vacation with my family during the past holiday weekend. We were in a bmw I just purchased for my daughter and was almost to FWB (78 miles away) when I got the dreaded N55 overheat light (water pump) I was able to get it down to the hotel without overheating again. When they opened on Monday I was already there waiting. Without hesitation Percy took care of me and personally walked me through the shop to check on parts. Later the mechanic (I cant remember his name) spoke to me stating that he found a way to ha e it covered at no cost due to a class action. They knew I was from out of town. They found a way to get a thermostat that was not stocked and had the water pump and all installed the next morning. On top of that they took me to the hotel and picked me up without a thought. I know that they were absolutely remarkable and without hesitation saved my family from being stranded and about $1300 in cost. I will forever be appreciative of how they treated my family and know exactly where I will buy my next BMW even though I am from out of state. No questions asked.

Normally I have a fine experience with BMW of FWB. However, this past appt was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Firstly, while of course my car tells me when maintenance is due by time and mileage, I usually receive an email or phone call (or both) from BMW informing me that service is due shortly. Not a game changer, but I thought it was odd no one reached out. When it came time to make an appt, I tried to request a service vehicle as my wife works an hour away from home, and I work on a military installation and am unable to wait at the dealership while my car is worked on. Each time I called to make the appt, I was told someone would call me back to schedule my appt because I was requesting a service vehicle. However, no one would return my call. I had to call three times over the course of a week, each time requesting the same services (because magically my original appt request wasnt in the system), and on the third call I said forget the service vehicle but I wanted someone, anyone, to return my call the next day to discuss the lack of customer service. Luckily, someone did and they explained service vehicles were in short demand and reserved for long term maintenance. Copy, got it, makes sense and Ill figure out how to get to work, but was that really so hard to relay to me? Could not the original person making appts tell me that without telling me someone will call me back? My appt was finally scheduled for a week later and when the morning of the appt arrived, I received a call from BMW that they were out of oil due to their shipment not arriving and I could either still bring my car in for the annual check-up, or reschedule to have everything done all at once. Of course I didnt want to have to bring my car in twice as it was already such a headache to get in for one appt and coordinate getting to work, so I rescheduled the soonest available appt which was one week out. Once the appt finally came around there were no issues dropping off my vehicle but once I picked my car up, I realized it wasnt given a wash like it had been every single time I brought my car in previously. Im not sure if the wash is complimentary or what, but that shouldve been the least BMW couldve done for the absolute headache it was to get my car in for regular maintenance. After this experience, my expectation of their customer service has sunk to an all time low. BMW will probably blow this review off and thats fine, but Ive already told quite a few people about my experience and whether or not that does anything to sales or expectations of BMW I dont know either but Im sure its not the reputation BMW wants. In this day and age that revolves around customer service separating one company from another, its easy to allow poor experiences effect purchasing decisions in the future.

I towed my car, at my expense because BMW Assist wouldn’t/couldn’t do it, to this dealership because my tire blew out while I was driving to vacation in Florida. After several calls, I was told by the service department that they ‘couldn’t find’ replacement tires and they ‘may’ be able to get something by Wednesday (which is 6 days away and after I’m scheduled to go back home). Then they told me I was free to ‘call other BMW dealerships or tire stores to find the tires if you want’. I clarified that they were telling me was on my own to solve the problem or wait to POSSIBLY get my car back 6 days later. As a decades long BMW owner, I find this awful service. Why would you not attempt to help a stranded customer locate a tire? Why would a service advisor not call other BMW dealers and try to secure the tires? This is the whole reason I had car towed to a BMW dealership. In the end, I had to source the tires myself and pay (again) to tow my car to a company who was willing to do a little legwork and help me. Truly awful experience. Extremely disappointing for a luxury brand to do so little to even try to help a stuck customer. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My husband and I were in Destin on vacation and our tire sensor showed we had an issue. Although they did not have any appointments for 2 weeks, they said I was welcome to just show up and they’d take a look at it when their schedule allowed. I figured since they opened at 7, I’d try to beat the rush and get there early rather than later. They are very short staffed but the staff I came in contact with were very helpful and friendly. In 2 hours I had a new tire and was on my way back to Destin to enjoy the rest of our trip.

I recently moved to Miramar Beach from CA, and I received a recall repair notice for my BMW, BMW of Fort Walton is the closest repair center. Their website is a bit archaic for setting up service. I booked an appointment and received confirmation. I live 45 minutes away, so this was a bit of a time commitment to drive 45 minutes to the dealer to bring the car in for service, wait for the repair, and then drive 45 minutes home.When I got to the dealership, the people were very nice, and checked me in efficiently, thus the 2-stars where I wouldve given zero after what happened.After about 90 minutes of waiting for the repair to be finished, I was informed that they didnt have all the parts to do the recall service and that I needed to come back again. What! 🤯The service advisor told me that Yes, they obviously should have checked to see they had the parts in stock to do the recall repair, but they didnt. Sorry.Incompetence is all that can be said. I NEVER had this kind of a service failure in my 20+ years of owning BMWs and having them serviced. Its especially painful since Ill have to waste another day once the recall parts come in. Very disappointed!

Vehicle was listed at 19700. When I got home and had time to really look at paperwork actual price was 20400. Wasn’t told that extended warranty was 2500 more. Was told 8 more dollars a month which would be 576 over 72 months. Really look at numbers before signing anything. They push papers in front of you so fast you don’t really know what you are paying

Great Experience with this dealership. My wife and I traveled from out-of-state to lease the exact model that we were looking to obtain. We had a bad experience with our local dealership, but a great experience at BMW of Ft Walton Beach. It was definitely worth the trip. There were no surprises. The price for the vehicle and the value of our trade were fair. I would highly recommend this dealership and we will definitely do business with them again. The finance department was excellent and did not try to sell us any add ons that we did not need. My only complaint is it did require some patience to have my phone calls returned, but they ultimately were returned.

Visited on May 25, 2021. Check in was efficient and they answered my questions about tire rotation in an understandable way. They performed routine maintenance, inspected various items and completed the job within the promised time frame. I was very happy with the experience We were waiting while the work was done. Coffee and snacks were provided and Kohl s ad Stewby’s Seafood Shanty were nearby. They had a shuttle available but we decided to walk.

I Have a 2007 335i and service manager refused to work on the vehicle because of age. Service department informed me the manager has the option to refuse service. This is supposed to be a certified BMW dealer and I would expect lifetime service and care. I will never buy another BMW in Fort Walton Beach due to their poor customer service. Seems they are only interested in quick fixes and high profits.

It’s always a pleasure dealing with Chris in the service department when I need to have my vehicle serviced. He goes above and beyond to make the process run smoothly. He made sure that I had a loaner car to run errands while my car was being serviced and the sweet girl on duty taking in the vehicles out front (didn’t catch her name) even let me borrow her phone car charger because I had left mine at home. I am so impressed with BMW. LANCE LYLE,is on convalescent leave but still managed to pull off a miracle with the help of Patrick.Keith(finance).Thursday he came in to see me, told me BMW just took a 2020Toyota Highlander Limited. only had 6k miles on it and it was loaded. I told him I wanted it but without him working what can he do .? Between him and Patrick they had everything set up for Friday pickup. Was in finance with Keith maybe 40 minutes walked out to the car, Patrick showed me all the buttons and whistles,what he didnt know was in the manual. LANCE was available for me the whole time. It was an experience for sure. When I walked up to the door, there were signs everywhere apologizing for it being slow stating they were short staffed and ‘Now Hiring’. Despite receiving 3 confirmation emails and texts, their system didn’t schedule my appt so they had to “squeeze me in”. There was a man there when I arrived demanding to talk to a service manager. I went to the waiting area where the coffee machine was broken and the TV had apparently been struck by lightning so didn’t work either. There was a woman in the waiting area with her 2 kids and they kept telling her she would be ready to go any minute. Then they came over with keys to a loaner and told her they could go drive around or get lunch or something because the car wouldn’t be ready until 5 or 6. I was there for 2.5 hours for an oil change. Then as I was checking out, a lady was yelling at her service advisor because they had her car for 2 weeks and no one had ordered parts. Pensacola sounds like a dream

Update 11/21:bought a used vehicle from another dealer that was a great find, but due to long distances, used service dept at FWB BMW. Chris takes awesome care of us and definitely delivers high quality service and suppport. Very patient, explains complex issues in simple, easy to understand terms and always demonstrates both customer service and subject matter expertise. Recommend them for service if you need your BMW pampered a bit by experts.Interesting dealership and experience. Nice enough folks, but after looking at a number of vehicles on the lot, going back and forth with staff, we bought from another dealer in the area. Couple observations: they almost exclusively had S versions, rear wheel vs X, all wheel drive that we wanted. When we voiced our thoughts, they tried to convince us we really didnt want what we wanted but what they had in stock. Also were substantially higher priced / lower discounts than others in the area. Never was able to develop a sense of confidence with everything we experienced, which we wanted if we were going to spend $75k or more on a vehicle. Just our opinion, but after owning 6 BMWs and 4 Lexus vehicles, we want to be comfortable because something WILL go wrong at some point. Check them out, see for yourself, you may find a perfect match there!

Im only writing this because I’ve had a couple of issues with the service department. Most recently, I have received an email and phone call that my oil change was due for my car. I make an appointment and my husband made the drive (1hr 40min away, mind you) to be told that my car is actually not due for oil change, just a brake fluid change. My email shows the appt was made for oil change and brake fluid…so not sure why someone could not inform us before we made that long drive that I was actually not due for oil change until September. Btw, car wash was down so after the long drive and inability to get my car serviced, we couldn’t even get the car washed…but that’s a minor issue to throw in there.A couple days after this, I receive another email and voicemail that my service is due (?!). I called up there and was told they were “very busy” and I had to leave a voicemail for the BMW service department. Ok, so I did that. NO return phone call. So Im over it at this point. Not sure why this whole oil change thing is an issue. I hate to complain about this but considering it’s such a long drive for us, it is quite frustrating.My issue in the past was that I was not offered a loaner vehicle when I asked for one. When I previously had a Cadillac, I always got a loaner even if it was only while my car got an oil change. I definitely won’t be buying another BMW at this point because the service seems to be such a hassle.

The dealership had my car for 30 days because parts were slow to arrive from Germany. I don’t blame the dealership for the delay. However, hoses were not put back into their proper retaining clips to keep them away from the accessories belt, the oil was a quart low after an oil change, and service reminder in idrive was not reset for the brake fluid or engine oil service. Other than that, this dealership has always been very good with repairs. It is attention to detail that matters. The service advisor, Nick, is very knowledgeable and did a great job keeping me informed of the delay.

This place has more excuses than you can imagine as to why they arent fixing your car on time. My car was in the service department for 5 weeks....5 weeks for an evaporater swap. Granted I have a 3d party warranty which may have slowed down the process, but not 5 weeks. They just dont seem to care since they have the only BMW dealer in the area. Its a monopoly mentality.

They got me... I called a week prior and asked about a loaner car since I am over an hour away and hate to sit for hours especially since this is my last service. Well when I got there after being told on the phone they cant offer loaner cars anymore. I mentioned my warranty and they checked and never really answered me but said to yes come on it. Well two people driving 1.25 hours one way and back to spend twice on an oil change was the result. They got me there and then said it expired on a timely matter not mileage so I would hve wasted the time if I didnt pay... I was so upset I just paid and walked out, they got me!

Was very disappointed when my car was returned to me after a service, they are supposed to clean your car inside and mine was returned with only the two mats vacuumed in the front of the car and didn’t even touch the back, what was the point? I was so pleased with the Fort Walton BMW Dealership! We just moved here so it was my first visit. The people were so nice and helpful! The place is new and beautiful! The service they did on my car was explained in detail. I was truly pleased and will continue using this dealership from now on.

Hi, I have noticed that you respond to the reviews in google so I hope I can find an answer here. I bought a Porsche Boxster S 2013 at your dealer and I have never received my second key. The salesperson was Patrick and despite many texts to him, he was not able to find a solution (he states that he is reaching to the local Porsche dealer to find out since more than a month ago). I have sent several emails to other people in your organization with no response. I have asked for the 2nd key during the sales process and it was never disclosed that it was missing. I hope that you can help me to sort this situation out. I can gladly change the stars when my situation is resolved.

BMW of Fort Walton formerly known as Quality Imports is the only place near me that I trust to service my 750LI. I have been doing business with this dealership for more than 10 years not only service needs for my cars but also as my dealership. I would recommend them to anyone that drives a BMW or Mercedes... they are customer service oriented, they have a very nice waiting area, and they always strive to work in a timely manner if you wait. Also if youre visiting their service department for something that may take a great deal of time they offer a vehicle for you to drive until your vehicle is ready. All around I give them 5 stars! Theyre amazing!

Had a great experience here. Just moved to Destin and they were very kind. They got me in that same day. (I had a nail in my tire) and got it fixed laye that day. I even got a free car wash! . Chase was the best thank you Chase.

Sadly I was very disappointed. Being new to the areas this was the closest dealership (~1-1/2 hrs away). I needed to get a front deflector replaced and also wanted to get some scratches buffed out of my rear panel. When I called to make the appointment they did not tell me they didn’t have a body shop but needed to call a local place they did business with. I showed up for the appointment excited to get everything taken care of but when I arrived, there was no estimate for time to replace the deflector and was told they had to call the body shop. Why wasn’t the body shop called in advance and scheduled? Anyway, the body shop was too busy and I was charged 1.45 hrs of labor to replace the deflector when all that was needed were a few screws. If I knew in advance about the body shop, I would have ordered the deflector myself and taken to a local mechanic. And I didn’t receive the personalized service I am accustomed to with BMW. I will be driving further to another dealership when I need a check-up.

Rudi Dus Santos is an AMAZING salesman!!!! He went through every option on the X7 and after not being able to find me one, he ordered exactly what I was looking for!!! Salesman Lance, Finance person Keith and Manager Barry were straightforward, extremely helpful, and worked together to get things done. We purchased a 2017 Ford Mustang GT Premium with low miles that was recently traded-in. It was priced way better than my son and I researched with other dealerships, locally and out-of-state. Keith found us a better bank that beat my credit union interest rate and was able to include my sons info. so he could start building credit history/scores that my credit union couldnt do. Overall, an awesome buying experience!

Could not get ZT BMW service depth on the phone. They were using an off site phone service and couldnt connect me with service dept to make an appointment. Tried a couple of times. Finally I was driving in that area and stopped in to make an appointment in person. Annoying.For the actual appointment the car was in and out in an hour. Pulled into the service area. The signs said pull forward for service but didnt indicate where to stop. Oh well, job done.BMW is in a new building so I expect it will be even smoother next time.

Communication and professionalism were excellent from the first phone call to walking out after getting my car repaired for a recall. My only constructive criticism is the wait time was longer than anticipated as I had another appointment after the car repair. I asked on the phone approximately how long the recall repair would take and I was told about an 1 1/2 hours. Upon arrival, I asked again how long it would take and was told about 1 1/2 hours. I ended up waiting just under 3 hours. With that being said, I was fortunately able to plug in and work on my laptop in a nice cubicle area in the waiting room. Also, there was Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate in addition to snacks....which helped make the wait easier. Overall, very nice experience.
