I was on a business trip returning from Kentucky heading to Ohio. My brand new Ram had engine trouble on 275E. It required a tow. I had to Uber off of the 275E to get to Jeff Wyler. Advisor Thomas N. provided great service. Many detailers between Lexington and Ft. Thomas could not see my truck for at least two weeks. Understanding my dilemma and desire to get home, Thomas found a way to get my truck in and diagnose it. Less than one hour later, I had an understanding of what was going on with my Ram and a plan to get it fixed. Shortly thereafter, I was back on 275E heading back to Ohio! Thank you Thomas N. and the entire Jeff Wyler team!

Great service getting an oil change and tire rotation! Called up to make an appointment and told the gentleman I was going on long road trip at the end of the week and forgot to get an oil change. And that I wanted to see if there was anyway I could get in by then. He got me scheduled in two days. I wish I knew his name because he was very friendly and enjoyable to speak to. Jeremiah Franklin assisted me when I got there and was great to deal with. He told me it will take about a hour and it was finished in 40 mins... When does that ever happened! Will never take my car anywhere else!

Everyone was very friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable when it came to navigating all of the ins and outs of purchasing a new vehicle. I especially wanted to commend our salesperson, Daryl Calhoun for all of his help from the initial contact to driving our new Jeep Grand Cherokee out the door. The last time I used this location to service my vehicle is 2 years ago. At that time I was scheduled for an appointment 6 weeks out so I went somewhere else.Last week I called, they gave me a service day 4 days later and even added some repair work without having to come back. The service manager called me, explained what they have done and what they still had to do and finished everything the same day. Big shout out to the Jeff Wyler Service Team - job well done!

My car acted up and started miss firing a day before i left to move to Denver. I pulled into Jeff Wyler in Fort Thomas and told JT my problem and situation. After running the codes he said he could get me in that same day even though they were obviously slammed. He gave me a great deal on a tune up and a few coils and had my car ready in less than 24 hours, he even offered to shuttle me down to work the day i dropped it off. This was an amazing experience and i was taking care of graciously. Thank you again guys !

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I have left messages regarding questions that still have not been returned to this day. I had the sales manager gaslight and pretend I was the problem because he didn’t like my question. They have caller identification so they have let the phone ring and go to voicemail when I call. This is my first time buying a car and they have atrocious customer service. I’m paying for services I’m not even going to use because I don’t trust them with my car. And to top it all off I am a black woman so I guess in there eyes I already have and attitude . Super upset. Never shopping them again. I am only giving a star because I have to to post this. They are actually a no star type of establishment.

Horrible service, told me the oil change would take 45 minutes, an hour in they tell me they don’t have the filter they need and it will be 20 more minutes… another hour later, they finally finished my oil change. 100% regretting purchasing from Jeff Wyler locations, seems only the salesman that closes the deal is the only person that cares about your experience. Beyond that, you’re on your own. Will never purchase here again if this is the service to be expected. Wishing I could refund my warranties since getting the maintenance done with them is proving to be difficult.

I drive over 45 mins just for the customer service. I was very taken back today with my experience. I asked for a loaner car as the work I had done was going to take 4-5 hours. When I got there it was a rental that I had to pay for. My services cost well over 2,000 in which I would expect a loaner vehicle isn’t to much to ask. Secondly it took from 8am to 5:20pm with several calls on my end to see if the car was finished. Last, I asked for the fog light to be replaced due to a crack and when I got home noticed the light was not replaced. I also purchased the 3 oil change deal and am pretty sure I was charged for the oil change today. It was not a good experience. I will not be returning.

I was extremely satisfied and impressed last August when I bought my 2020 Ram with this dealership. Now, Ive had my first experience with their service department (first 10,000 miles service appointment). I gotta say the service department is top notch as well. Thank you to Derek Lambert and Jeremiah Franklin for being so kind and getting my truck in and out so quickly and efficiently. They even cleaned it up -- which I wasnt expecting. Get my car back, not even all the work done, and my driver door doesnt close. Im not one to write reviews, but after this experience I had to. Any time I have bought a car it feels like the process takes forever and the sales people are super pushy. With this place, it is not the case. I came in on July 5th; the building was absolutely spotless and clean. The workers in the building were professional and welcoming. I was greeted and taken to the desk of the associate I had scheduled with online and didnt wait 1 minute for him to come and greet me. His name is Benjamin Sovilla; and he immediately made me feel like he wasnt after my money and like he actually cared about getting me the best deal he could. I was looking to buy a new Jeep and so he went over multiple options and descriptions of each with me until I decided which one I liked most. I have to say, he was highly educated on all the vehicles I had asked about and actually cared about helping me get the best for my money. He then let me test drive the vehicle I had chosen and made sure I 110% loved it. He made sure the experience was hassle and stress free which I was super happy about. I felt like I was talking to a friend and not a sales associate and I appreciate that very much. To anyone looking to buy a new car; you HAVE to ask for Benjamin or Benji (he goes by both). Again thank you so much for making this experience so great, I will make ALL vehicle purchases in my life here. Not a fan of my initial contacts. I waited over the weekend for a car (2 listed actually) at the dealership, cash in hand. Today I got a text message telling me they couldnt sell for less than $20,000 which was fine, except it was already listed under $20,000. I said that was fine so then they switched to corporate has it listed and shouldnt, its a loaner. The ad can be tracked-its been listed for sale since July 3rd so this dealership is that blatantly dishonest-it doesnt take months to remove their own bogus ad.

Salesperson Doug Lambert was very attentive in setting me up for a particular Jeep Grand Cherokee 80th Anniversary edition that I had located via the internet. He explained the features of this model & trim over the other Grand Cherokees and set me up for a test drive. Upon deciding to go ahead with the purchase, he worked with me on the price for the car and a few of the options. Throughout he was very helpful and professional. He then passed me off to Stanley Mann, the finance manager, who completed the legal aspects of the purchase, including licensing, registration, warranties, and details of the final payment. He too was very pleasant and thorough on his side of the transaction process. Overall , a top notch operation and deal.

I scheduled an oil change, brake check and backup camera check for 9/3. I was sold a Wyler Care Maintenance Pkg. for $149 to cover the oil change and future oil changes. They completed the oil change, tire rotation, lube, etc. and changed the cabin filter and checked my brakes. I was told brake replacement wasnt necessary yet. They checked my backup camera and said I needed a new one @ $500. I okd the camera and was told they had a camera in stock and could install it on 9/4. On 9/4 around 5, I called to see if my car was ready and was told no one touched it because the Svc Adviser (Deonia) was off on Saturday and they had to order the camera. We picked up my car and scheduled service for 9/8. We arrived on 9/8 for camera replacement and was told they would have to reschedule to Friday, 9/10 because they still didnt have a camera available. I told Deonia to cancel the camera. She acted put out and never apologized for our inconvenience. I went inside to pay the cashier and when I came out to get into my car, they had driven it off for service. This demonstrated to me the total lack of communication between the Svc Adviser and service staff. I wasnt impressed.

I can’t even say it was a mediocre experience at best. The lack of professionalism from the financier who told me “I hate car shopping they always try to sell you something” as he proceeded to try and sell me something, was an uncomfortable experience. I then was stalked by him, the company and the sales rep (showed up at my house….looked my information up in the system to show up at my house) to sign forgotten paper work after explaining I was out of town and would sign at my earliest convenience. Called and texted for days in a row. This was not a great experience for me. Had I not needed a car so desperately I would have taken my time elsewhere.

The deal went smoothly with my trade-in and getting a different vehicle. My lender emailed the documents, they checked out my trade, I signed the paperwork and left. The manager, Steve McCoy, was great! The initial salesman that I spoke with, however, was arrogant and condescending and if I hadn’t heard from Steve, I wouldn’t have worked with them.

Before you do business with this dealership, I want you to understand what kind of Customer Service you will be dealing with...I live out of town in Tennessee, my wife found a vehicle she liked on their lot. We are approved through our credit union with a great rate.Ed requests that we do financing through them... because all of the prices posted on the website are priced with financing through them.. absolutely not a problem.... but they can’t compete with our rate.Ed comes back absolutely unprofessional, rude and questions why I don’t want to use their banks and tells me he’s not interested in selling the vehicle if I do not finance through them. Ed proceeds to tell me that came STRAIGHT from the sales manager.I have never seen or heard of a car lot that does not want to take a certified check from a credit union for payment... at least not any reputable car lot that sells a lot of vehicles.I could only imagine what it would be like dealing with their service department or dealing with any type of warranty repair or work with this lack luster attitude.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS. Ive been given the run around by 3 different people and its extremely annoying. All to find out the car was sold the same day it got back from the detailer on Monday... its Wednesday. My latest experience at Jeff Wyler was a bad experience one that i will for sure not experience from Jeff Wyler I’m Ft Thomas again. The managers at that business should be given classes on being professional. For a service manager to tell a paying customer you didn’t need to bring your vehicle back here and no one told you to spend your money here is something in my 35 years of purchasing cars i have never experienced. The GM then responded to a email i send regarding this conversation by saying when you buy a used vehicle no matter if it is for $18000 that things happen and you as the owner are responsible. Would leave no stars if i could! drove 4 hours after calling and being told that doesnt sound unreasonable then they try to sell me a car without the rebates at a different price than it shows on their website. they wrote everything out and just kept telling me to sign. showed me a paper that said 60 months at a certain price but they wrote out 84 months with the same price. beware of signing anything they just write out, looks to me like they are charging customers for the manufacturer rebates.

The service department took great care of me and my vehicle for a recall that needed to be done. I had initially contacted a different local Jeep dealer, and they were not as friendly or helpful.I decided to call Jeff Wyle, where I purchased my Jeep.
