Was not overly fond of this place they seem to be more interested in the customers that they already have versus the customers that they could have. Also an employee told me that if a repair job is done here that people who buy from them take precedence over people who have bought their equipment elsewhere which I do not agree with simply because everybodys money is the same color and if Im paying you to repair my mower I should not get back burnered because someone comes in who purchase theirs from the place itself. Thats telling me Im a second rate customer in the repair aspect of the shop.

I left a 661 there for almost 3 weeks to have a rear handle changed never touched it never gave me a call, my family 12 others familys rely on our tools to pay our Bills yet here we are with no saw and no way to continue our work and feed our families they asked me if I just wanted to buy a new one if I had money to buy a new one I would have very unreliable, very unprofessional, i will never use them again would highly recommend no one needing fast professional service use them . I pray they know how many lives they just affected. Its a shame

I bought a Stihl Fs70r a couple months ago and love it. The staff was very helpful in helping me decide which trimmer was right for me. Quality stuff like Stihl chainsaws. With quality stuff come large price tags. They wanted $59 for a go-kart clutch! Ordered one from Amazon for $11.99 instead.

My brand new Stihl HS45 came with a bad carburetor, and The Mower shop service and staff were rude and refused to honor the warranty. Terrible customer support.

They always do beyond my expectations!

I would not reccomend this place for replacement parts. We have had to replace several parts on our mower. Each time we get home with the parts, they are the wrong size even though we have given the model and serial number from the mower/deck. We call to make sure they have the parts in stock before driving 25 miles, only to get nthen wrong part and have to go back another time or two and sometimes after being told tht the parts are in stock, they dont even have them. Very frustrating experiences every time we go there to buy replacement parts.

Watch for the bait and switch. They misrepresent their products, charge you more than necessary for shipping, pocket the difference. And are more interested in calling you names and insulting you than helping you resolve the issue. Stay away, far far away.
