Stopped this morning and got a dozen mixed donuts for my work and they were all OLD Donuts! Terrible taste. Everyone here said the worst donuts ever! This place use to be awesome but not any more. Dont waste your time. I guess the best donuts now come from the chinses own places...SAD!

First time to visit here. I was expecting the same hot, fresh, tasty donuts from my childhood. Sadly, Im pretty sure that I got leftovers from yesterday. Not terrible, but definitely not what I expected. If Im in the area again, Ill probably give them another chance to improve my review, just to be fair.

Very disappointed September 8th 2021 when for donuts and two kolaches almost $13 got home I would swear I got day old donuts I will never go back to this place

Super friendly lady was working that morning. They didnt have the product I was looking for, but pointed me in the right direction to find it. That kind of customer service is rare. You should definitely try them out!

Excellent service - pandemic style. This was my first personal experience with food service since shtf & I was rather pleased with the experience. We even got my 4 year old her first handmade mask in an adorable unicorn print for only $2!!!

I ordered two dozen donuts for pick up the next day. I ordered a dozen glazed, half a dozen Chocolate Iced, 3 maple bars, and 3 filled donuts. I paid around $20 ahead of time. Several minutes later they called me back to tell me they left off the 3 filled donuts and I was going to need to pay for that the following day upon pick up.The next day I go to pick up my donuts and they proceed to charge me for the 3 filled donuts except I got recharged for taxes and the credit card fee!! It was not my mistake, I should not have been recharged taxes or the credit card fee. (I was not told about the credit card fee the day before if I had then I would have 100% brought cash.) In addition, the lady serving the food did not have her mask on properly. It was down at her chin. This is not only unsanitary for our times but also a violation of the state mandate.The donuts were okay but I have gotten better service at Sunnys and Shipleys. I was VERY disappointed because I heard such good things about this place.

Best in Fort Smith. The right amount of glaze. The cream filling is fantastic and I have only found here. Same with chocolate used as filling and topping. If there is a better combination I have yet to find it. From New Jersey to Arizona, Montana to Florida not a single one can compare.

Caught them early in the morning just pullin the Boston Cream filled out of the oven...Great Donuts, Quality service..Place smells really good in the morning with the Coffee brewin and the Donuts cookin..

Really good apple fritters

Overpriced, $15 for 6 glazed, 4 choc. frosted, 2 twists and a pint of choc milk). Plus bad quality. The glazed were flat and dry, the choc was caked on. Skip this place.

I live in Muldrow OK and this is only store with my cream cheese doughnuts 🍩 in a 25 mile radius. Plus they have more options then the other stores. Doughnuts 🍩 taste great!

Absolutely inaccurate review on pricing by KS Flanagan. We have 7.99 dz glazed, 10.99 for mixed dz. also we value our customers and if we had been called with a discrepancy we would have taken care of them. No respect to disparage a hard working family business on the internet without contacting them first.

Small shop located in a strip of stores at a busy intersection but access is easy to get in and out. Good variety of donuts, price about average for most donut shops. Inside seating available for small group of people to sit and eat. Cooler located in lobby with a variety of cold drinks to select from for purchase. Free paved parking.

They have been around for years. And they have never failed to have delicious donuts. This shop has moved over the years and I believe there is more than one location in Fort Smith but the service has never changed. Always A-1 in my books. Check them out. Oh and if you want your office mates to suffer buy a couple of dozen of the mixed and set them out . All those annoying dieting folks will be dying for one and you can watch them squirm.

We love Irish maid donuts but the business is going down hill. There is an older grumpy lady now that works the front. Plus they are never open like they use to be and when you do catch them open they never have what you want or have no donuts at all left with hours left to still be open...we have finally had enough thinking it would get better but nope and we are done never will we support this business again. And this is why small businesses fail...we except you to be open we except to get what we want according to your business. Not show up time and time again to be let down.

Beautiful fresh variety every morning I stopped in mostly on Saturday mornings very early even got in on the Pay It Forward donut Purchase made it all worth it one day when a little guy was behind me wanting a thousand sprinkles on his special donut I made sure that he was able to get that I was also the recipient of my very own box of donuts on another Saturday its just a comfortable delicious shop!

Place is never open. Closes early constantly. Get there at 9 and they are sold out of everything. Use to be great. Now they they are just a waste of a drive 95 percent of the time.

Amazing!!!!This place is open through the night for factory workers. It is great for a late night stop during the weekend to fix a sweet tooth. Everything is made there in the store. The customer service is wonderful.

I visit the store on Phoenix regularly and have to wait in lines sometimes 10 minutes, then by the time I get to the front of the line, there’s a line behind me. AND they usually sell out of the donut I want by the the time I get there. They aren’t friendly either! Tasty donuts do not make up for bad service. And apparently if you leave them a bad review they harass you. I can’t wait for Krispy Kreme to come to Fort Smith. BAD BUSINESS.

Its a Thursday and at 9 am their doughnuts are wiped out. Friend told me I need to be there before 730 to have a choice. Two doughnuts I got was an old fashioned and a cream cheese. Liked the taste but but not fresh. I have 5 years working in doughnuts but this came up short. The older lady had no smile or happiness and maybe I was not welcomed. My 3 stars is rated on the doughnuts.
