So hobby lobby has the best fall decorations and they also carry little snack foods now! Whats better than a nice treat offered with your hobby goods! Very friendly staff, and helped me find everything I needed!

I love to shop at Hobby Lobby. But, lately their cashiers are not being educated very well what is on sale and what not. Also, they combine regular price merchandise with sale merchandise on displays and the signs dont fully explain whats actually on sale for that display. So, you get up to the counter to find out thats some of your items arent on sale or you go ahead and pay for everything then to realize you were charged full price. You never mix sale merchandise and regular price merchandise together. Ive worked years in sales/ customer service. This will upset your customers quicker than you can imagine. Its also a pain to have to go back in the store and stand in line again to return items that you thought was on sale. Lately, there hasnt been enough cashiers at the store I frequent most. Lots of people just not checking.

My daughter & I visited this Hobby Lobby & we were only going to look...HA!!! Right, that didnt pan out because there were such good sales i just cldnt pass em up!!Spent way more than i intended to, but we had a great time!The employees i had interacted with were phenomenal!! I really love this store, but I am not sure what is happening? The prices went up alot, plus it has gotten so hard to even find prices? The biggest thing was, WHERE DID THE ONLINE COUPON GO?? That made my heart so sad... Now, sadly, I will have to go to Michaels, who still offer coupons.

Cant say I am to surprised at tut he service. I still have not gotten a call back on items that were on rain check. Cant find anyone there that will help you. We just gave up and left

I could spend an entire day and a fortune in this cool store! They just have so much! Prices are higher than i was comfortable with on most things but if you can afford to splurge its the place to go! I will say the staff was a little snooty but maybe they were just busy that day? Overall Id say ill be back.

I love hobby lobby. I got there at the end of the day so it was a quick trip. Idk if it was cuz I got a lot of stuff that was on clearance or not but there guy at the register seemed to have to enter all my items in manually, which took a little longer than usual.

WOW!! They are doing a wonderful job cleaning due to Covid!!I think the clearance isle is very small, other stores have way bigger clearance isles, and a bigger selection of clearance items.The employees was very helpful, nice, and friendly.

Doest seem fit for serious artist supply needs. I was let down by the stained glass supplies. Good for surface dabblers, maybe? They didnt even have temperature controlled solder gun... which i wanted..and is what stained glassers need. ...Its my fault. I supposed they were an artist supply super store, and i should not have. They just sell stuff to people who dont really know what they need, and with outrageous prices.

The issue with the store is a company wide issue and not a single store problem. Theyre religious based and it brings all sorts of unnecessary consequences for employees and customers. Besides the bigotry of religion their prices are ridiculous.
