This GameStop has a great manager that runs it and good people that know their gaming if they dont know they will let you know instead of playing guessing games dancing in circles.

This is one of the worst GameStop store around. they would rather stand around and talk than help anyone.

Friendly staff and SUPER helpful for someone like me, who is not up to speed on gaming! Always courteous, professional, and amazing. And they always seem to have what my kids are needing.

Last year on Black Friday we were sixth in line to get the door price a destiny to a free destiny 2 statue valued at $100 for waiting in line. When we got to the register they said they were out, even though we were the sixth person in line. They said they never got them in. But promise that they would fix us later. we called every week for three months. And never received the statue. On the third month. Oh, they started saying that they didnt know what we were talking about. This year for Black Friday we waited in line for a game that we were told they had. Once we were ready to pay they could not find the box. they had the disk with our other games at the register. And they said they would go looking for the box. Please wait to decide is what they said while we find your box. We waited to the side, only to be told later that they would not sell us the game because anothercustomer further down in line had that box. At that time they took the discs away from us and would not let us purchase it.

Ive been to dozens of GameStop locations and this one is by far my favorite. I love the staff and they genuinely are interested in seeing that you have a good experience in the store and with your purchases. I live near a different location, but Ill always go out of my way to shop here. Shout-out to Mike and Brittany, who are always great.

Only 1 employee in the store. Wouldve been impossible for employee to give quality help if store was busy at lunch. Decent selection of games but Ive seen better variety at stores like game exchange or any mom and pop shop.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff here. Unfortunately, like a lot of retail stores that use apps, some product accuracy is an issue. Also, due to the way some items are grouped together for sku purposes, finding a specific item may be hard. One example includes accidentally listing a game for the wrong console causing it to show up within the app as available at this store. Gamestop also appears to be moving more toward collectibles, so sometimes finding a used game that youre looking for is difficult.

I love coming to this store, the employees are very informed and willing to help with any questions or concerns! Always answer kindly and make sure the store is well kept, even on big release nights they manage to keep things orderly and moving.

I gave this place a number for in ratings however I do like the place I visit very often my granddaughter probably owns a portion of the store as much as we shop there I just think theyre lacking on a few little things that they could think its fixed and thats customer service and appreciation to their they always want you to take a receipt and do a survey I dont mind doing the survey but Im going to be honest and theres some things I need to fix up here and when I do fix it I may go back and rewrite them and give them a five until then they get a 4 with me

On cyber monday i took my little brother here to pick up the new 2K18 game that was on sale online. when we get there they tell us its no longer on sale that those online sales can stop anytime they want(from store manager). come to find out that the associate that was helping us was about to get off and was more worried about leaving then trying to help us customers.We proceeded to head over to the Gamestop off Rogers Ave where we were able to purchase the game at the sale price and was helped with excellent customer service!

I guess the one slimmer employee picks and chooses who he is and isnt rude to. Mixed reviews on customer service. I can see why. One is rude and the other wasnt. Read where rogers ave one was better. In my case, thats true. They were more about customer service. This location was blah! I can see where they loose business at this location. Im sure this would make the owner happy-NOT

I jokingly asked if the VR goggles are any different than an old viewmaster and the chubby employee with the beard got a pretty overtly condescending attitude with me. Then when I asked how much a used PS4 costs he didnt even respond like I wasnt even there. Enjoy your paychecks before you experience the same fate as Blockbuster. My money stayed in my pocket since doing their jobs is too hard/complicated.
