Ordered a replacement awning and ended up with a nightmare!Craftsmanship is a lost art at Tucker Duck, their way of fixing something is “bigger hammer, more screws and silicone’!Before you use them contact me and come see their beautiful work first hand!Absolutely feeling violated!

I told their rep that I wanted the awning to match the other one on the building. They emailed me after having the awning fo a month and said “the work order shows a straight valance “ did I want that, or did I want it to be scalloped. I emailed and said that it didn’t really matter to me but the original one was scalloped. They later emailed me again and said that they had looked up the “work order” and it didn’t call for a valance. When I got to work today they were installing the awning with no valance. I told them that it was wrong and they said that they would have the office call me. When they did, they told that they would take it back down and back to the warehouse and install the valance but it would cost hundreds more! I told her “no thanks”!
