Their advisor Cameron worked with the extended warranty and the parts team to secure a new GM Transmission and the technician had my parents vehicle ready to go in 3 days! The folks at Harry Robinson GMC are awesome. Lizette Torres called me soon after my first visit to the website. I had been in search of a 2021 GMC 2500. I was sad to hear that the vehicle I was looking for had been sold. Lizette then proceeded to send me a list of 2022 models that were in transit. I settled on a red GMC Sierra 2500. Lizette was instrumental in the search process. She forwarded me to Johnny Durham. Johnny was there informing me of where my vehicle was in on the assembly line and providing estimated delivery updates throughout the nearly 2 month long wait. Once my vehicle arrived, Johnny worked diligently to make everything happen. Johnny is the man!!! Adriana Burton illustrated all the cool features of my new 2500 and helped me setup OnStar. Buying the car was an easy process. Getting an appointment for car service was less than satisfactory. We were told there would be a brake service and an oil change. Upon arrival we were informed that no brake appointment had been made and no parts for that appointment had been ordered. We had talked several times to the staff who assured us the brakes would be fixed on the same day as our oil change and even received a text stating that our parts were there. We drove two hours and were told we would have to make another appointment for the brakes on another day.

This dealership was so great to work with. We spent months looking for the vehicle we wanted. We are from out of town and they were so accommodating. Most dealerships I spoke with were adding up to 10k to the sticker price because of availability. They never even mentioned that. I just felt like I was dealing with genuinely honest people through the whole process. When we left I said it may be worth the 5 hour drive next time we need a new car. Very polite, very clean waiting area and bathrooms. Had my 2yr old with me, loved the separate kids room. She could play without bothering other waiting customers. Was there about 40 minutes, but felt like 5. Definitely doing all my maintenance there for now on.

I’ve never wrote a bad review in my life, but after my experience I feel like I just need to share. Went in on Saturday evening to buy a car for my younger sister. Not sure if it was because we were looking at used cars, or if I just looked too young to take serious but I was genuinely shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect my husband and I were treated with. We were looking at a 2013/2014 Chevy Cruse for 12k with I believe 90/100k miles and the gentleman we were dealing with literally laughed at us when we asked if that was his lowest offer. Laughed at us again when we pointed out some of the cars issues and stated “you get what you get because you’re getting a cheap car.” Ok! No problem! We immediately left, went right down the road to Orr Chevrolet and it was a night and day difference in the level of customer service! Thanks to Corey at Orr Chevrolet we were able to get my sister a 2017 Hyundai Sonata for 16k with 38k miles that same night! If the gentleman at Harry Robinson would of taken us serious he would of realized money, down payment and a bomb credit score was zero issue! Genuinely feel bad that Harry Robinson has someone who treats their customers like that representing them. I also wonder how much potential business they have unknowingly lost because if it. So the story begins, myself coming back to fort smith after another razorback win. (Woo Pig!) It felt as if the engine itself fell to the ground. My first thought was I had just bought this Encore a few years back. It cant be time to close the curtains already! Immediately I eyeball the dash. Praying with my soul im still under warranty, and that I make it home safe. Since it is a sunday, GMC is closed.First thing Monday morning I take it to the service center. If you have ever had a vehicle serviced here you know you need an appointment. So I schedule one for the next day. The information im relayed is that not only do I have issues with the transmission, but my warranty is also expired. So I did what anyone would have done in such situation. I called for Alexis.She came all the way down those long stairs to where we were and laid out all prices and options. While I waited for the completion of the diagnostics. John offered to show me a few cars.Of course I chose the slick silver drop top Mustang ecoboost and all. After running the numbers and calling my mother, we found the fit not it. Instead of sending me back on the road in what was left of the encore I drove the mustang around for a few hours.Upon my return, I brought Mother Bear and I backed up to left her work her magic. John got Chris and backed up to even the matchup. MB was against the mustang. They then sent us in a new Camry. A few hours later to please her favor we returned. Personally it was not for me. For the price I required more. More room, more zoom just more. John saved the day by recommending a truck that had just came in. Low miles (9k), garage kept and it was silver. Overall the experience was worth it because I got what I needed. These amazing individuals made sure of that. Of course to avoid mother bear. Thank you all and see you in a few years. Chow.

Derek and Alexis were amazing to work with! I mostly communicated through text messages due to my work schedule and they handled everything for me. I was able to walk in, sign paperwork, and drive away in my new car. The customer service these two provided me was top notch and I highly recommend asking for them when buying a new car.

I purchased a vehicle from them on June 1st. We went in out of pure curiosity since car dealerships were supposedly offering much higher trade in values than before. I went in with one goal: to lower my monthly car payment and not be out any expenses. I told our sales person that up front. I found a vehicle I liked and they started working on a deal. I told our sales person that In order to make the deal sales tax would either need to be paid or financed and the car payment would need to be lower than my current. I was under the impression that both were accomplished since I was very clear the deal would not be made, if not. It was very late in the day so we had to come back the next day to finish paper work. Throughout that entire time I was still never even told what the payment would be. It wasn’t even until we got to sign the final paper work. (After moving over all personal items and everything) that we actually seen what the payment would be. We agreed that payment amount was lower and it would be fine. I was told to expect a call that next week to come pick up my paper work so I could go tag my vehicle. 4 weeks later- literally 3 days before I need to tag my vehicle, I got the call to pick up my paper work. When I went in to pick up my paper work, I noticed the check for the sales tax was not included. I was at that time told that sales tax was not part of our deal. That was never once clarified to me. Because had it been, we wouldn’t have gotten a new vehicle as I had just purchased a new vehicle not even a year prior. I was told “never in my career have I been called a liar” and shamed for voicing my concerns. I was told there is nothing they can do about it and pretty much that what I said was a lie and that I WAS in fact told sales tax wouldn’t be included. I won’t recommend Harry Robinson to anyone nor will they ever get my business again. In fact I will make it a point to tell people not to go there. Especially if that is how they are going to conduct business. Seems to me that communication and clarification is not there strong suit and that is not good business for a car dealership.

My salesman was like a programmed bot. I purposely don’t allow myself to be led around, or fall into the typical sale scenario. Had to work with the sales manager who was very pleasant. Love my truck however I went there with pre approved financing through a bank they didn’t send my app to - I assume to charge more interest. I am refinancing with my original lender. I think it will cause them to lose the commission on the financing part but that’s on them. Also did not like that I had to physically pick up my paperwork instead of it being mailed to me as every car deal in my life has done. It wasn’t even an option. Also, when I went to pick up the paperwork there were 3 salesmen hanging around the entrance door. Instead of opening the door for me with a greeting, they all just took a step back. I don’t think I looked like a homeless person and I did get out of my new truck right in front of them. It just struck me wrong - like my deal was done so need to show basic manners. Buying a vehicle always sucks. It is what it is.

The waiting area, was spotless, various snacks are provided, and fresh coffee or soda was readily available. I am still waiting on a call back from the service manager(one week tomorrow) to understand why they would not fix an issue that I was complaining about. I looked up to see if anyone else was having issues and found a GM service bulletin 18-NA-183 stating how to fix my issue! Maybe this comes out of their pocket but I am not pleased with this especially since finding the bulletin.

Parts service was very helpful with helping me get a key code for my car so I can go to a local locksmith to make new keys.

So I edited this review. Harry Robinson I had gone in for a gmc terrain. I ended up with a Chevy equinox which I absolutely enjoy. The people that helped me out the only one can remember the name of was Seth cause I talked to him the longest. There were four others along with Seth that helped me. My overall experience was way better than last time. They did everything they could and everyone was really nice about it. I would give them more stars if I could but they only allow five sadly. If youre in need of a new or used car I would definitely say the people at Harry Robinson do their best to get you in the best vehicle thats best for you.

They were very fair trading in our vehicle for a new one. The engine in our 4 year old GMC 1500 Sierra seized up for the se I do time since the purchase. And it was purchased brand new, but was 12,000 miles out of warranty.

I had a problem when I had a flat tire and the jack collapsed which had a recall causing damage to my trim under the car when the jack kicked out. I have still not heard any resolution to solve problem after 5 wks.

Not happy they have lied about rotating my tires each time I have had my truck serviced there..But dang sure charged for it!!!Not only that I did not give permission for them to go into my glove box for an imaginary key that one of the guys said I kept it there! Never did I receive a key to unlock the tires when I bought it! Jacked up part I was waiting. So maybe they should have got permission to go into my glove box! Bad business!

Service department is rude and slow. Warranty work takes days to even begin despite having an appointment. I had to call multiple times because they would not reach out to me with status updates even after being told they would contact me. I ended up taking my vehicle to Blue Ribbon in Sallisaw and the same work that was going to take days at Harry Robison was completed in half a day. I would definitely NOT recommend Harry Robison Service Department!!
