Something I was research shopping for became an issue about my childs age and told me she couldnt sell me a unit.I didnt ask anything other than a price, nor would I be buying one for just any small child. I just needed to know a price for a specific unit.If I wanted to put circus bears on it and charge admission, I could. Not only that, who are you to try and tell me what I may purchase? In the age of online orders, sales members such as yourself are the reason that retail shopping is dying. Good luck and good day.Giving this 2 stars as she did give me the price afterwards though. I have had a great experience with Wheeler Power Sports. Since I live 30 miles away they looked at pictures of my bike to estimate trade-in value. The salesperson, Lindsay, made the transaction simple. When there was a problem with the bike as delivered, they ordered parts and fixed it in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my purchase. It is a 2012 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 LT.

I wanted a Polaris Ranger 150, blue and white, (youth model) for my granddaughters birthday. Called every dealer within 200 miles and none had any in stock nor did they want to order one for me, until I got to Wheeler Powersports. My salesperson, Lindsay, offered to order one because they had none in stock. Lyndsay was friendly, efficient and is an excellent communicator. She kept me apprised of the order progress and called me to let me know the side-by-side had arrived earlier than anticipate. We drove to Fort Smith to pick it up and it was clean, assembled and ready and waiting for my granddaughter. Lindsay gave her a quick tour on how to operate it, let her practice on their little dirt track and then helped load it onto our trailer. Couldnt be more pleased with the dealership and our salesperson.

The price was so bad, the employee apologized. Almost 200 bucks to have two dirt bike tires put on. They werent even on the bike. Ill go somewhere else for half price. Lost my future business. Also the 89 dollars for .07 hours of labor is a joke. Smdh

My family and I visited Wheeler Powersports on June 18th to look around and see what all they had to offer. Everyone was so kind and patient. Woody was our salesman and he was extremely easy to work with. He helped us figure out the best way about going forward with seeing if we could get approved for one of their side by sides. When we were approved he came to us to let us know then led us outside to look for the perfect one. He was upfront and honest about good or bad buys and wanted us to be happy with what we chose. After choosing the one we wanted we asked if my fiance could run home to get our trailer so we could haul our new side by side home while I filled out the paperwork. Knowing it was a 45 min trip 1 way to our house they agreed happily and didnt rush us or get irritated for having to wait for us. He even stayed 30 to 40 minutes after the store closed just to make sure we were able to go home with it! While I waited the employees treated each other like family. It was overall a wonderful experience from start to finish! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun ride

We spent 20 minutes looking at the Polaris Slingshot with the intention of getting one. Not one sales person came out to help us. Two other couples showed up and the sales men were on them. We drove almost 2 hour . Do not recommend

The staff is very friendly, and overall always smiling. I will say though Ive never had a direct face to face negotiations with the owner, he comes off somewhat a penny prude sometimes. Not willing to wiggle too much on prices. Always able to get the parts I need in, if they dont have them in. With that said the premium comes in having their techs put it in. I was quoted $85 to have a headlight adjusted... not installed, just ensure that it was centered and shining in the correct location. A little steep. However oil changes and tires are always quick to have done. Had an issue once having an alternator installed. (My bike died mid drive as if it were running out of power. The shop manager told me that that wasnt the problem and that it was the battery, he checked it. 2 days later same issue, someone else ran the test and found the alt was bad...) usually good selection of bikes and seem willing to make an effort to get you want your looking for.It is the only suzuki place in town, so I know Ill be back. Really Id give it 3-1/2 out of 5

I a very happy customer an would recommend them , come to find out we had a defective engine an he got it replaced, ty Rob.If I could rate no stars I would . We bought our side by side in January it was put in the shop in CPL months back ,well I was expecting a week or so ,no I was told they would get to it when they could because it was dirt bike season!!! Excuse me if Im a paying customer an my side by side needs fixed its my season ,nope it set there 2 months an I still made my payments now here we are not even 2 months later an back in the same situation. Lets see what they say when I call tmro
