Do not use these people, complete scam. $100 service fee, $100 install fee, and failure to mention $100 deliver fee, but were very quick to mention to there was also $100 deliver fee when asked for them to not install it and then say they couldnt deliver the washer, that was already there due to them not installing it. Once my mother in law told just the $100 service fee would be paid because she no longer wanted the washer from them they forced to pay with threats to call the police. Absolute terrible business practices.Response from owner is a joke, they were NOT aware of all the fees. Nothing about charity, no issue with paying you guys for the service fee and the appliance, issue started with delivery fee that was not mentioned.
These guys are the best. After 3 days of searching for a freezer , with no avail, I decided to take my broke freezer to town, just a long shot, I figured, but I really needed a freezer. Anyway , after reading many positive reviews I decided to see if RD Appliance could help. I was delightfully surprised when this father and son team had my freezer fixed in less time than it takes to order a Happy Meal and I was own my home with my good as new freezer. I just want to thank you guys so much. I know now why your reviews are so positive.
My wife had these people repair our washer. We have a stacked washer and dryer. When I returned home from work 4 days later I smelled the dryer in the hot water room . Upon inspection I found that when they had moved the washer and dryer out to work on it that they had pulled the dryer vent loose and it was dumping all the heat and lint into the hot water room. I put this back together and taped it with metal duct tape and upon more inspection I found the inside the laundry room they had crushed the end of the vent pipe where it joins together when they put Id back together and it was also dumping heat and lint in the laundry room. I am a professional automotive mechanic and know about doing a job properly and with pride. All these people cared about was getting the money the easiest way they could. We will never use this company again and do not recommend anyone else use them either unless you want to go behind them and fix all they things that they should of put back together themselves
I have used many appliance repair services through the years with mixed results. I would give this 10 stars if I could. Owner and son did the work and were very fair in their price. On time and even though it ended up being a lot more trouble than I had told them they didnt try and add price. Did a great job my over the range vent is working great. Highly recommend them!
I am looking for a fridge in a certain price range. Using Facebook chat I inquired about inventory in that price range. The person was so helpful! They did not have in store what I was looking for at that price, but she lead me to another lady that was needing to sell her fridge (that was purchased from them). She helped me with the size, color, and type of fridge. When I am in need of any appliance, I will be contacting them first! Thank you!
I bought a washer and dryer 18 months ago from R D. They came with a 1 year warranty. They have worked great The washer developed a leak in the pump hose. They had the part at a better price then the on line price and because they were relocating their business, He drove to the old location to get the part for me. Great company with great service.

Went in to see about a oven rack, the guy was extremely rude. Showed us a bunch of baked on food and rusty oven racks.. Said 40 dollars non refundable if it doesnt work. We have already checked new prices prior to checking here. We said no thanks we know where we can get one cheaper online just wouldnt have it for a week. We went on down the road, where I have done business before. Got one clean and not rusted 15 dollars no tax plus if it dont work we can exchange. Works great.
