I contracted with White Aluminum and Windows to build a new pool cage to Florida code. We found out during Hurricane Irma, insurance doesnt cover our old screen. It would have to be built to code. They sent a team out for demolition. They were very professional. The only thing I would fail them on is cleaning up the jobsite. He left it for the homeowner. Said he would bring his blower the next day. No blower was brought. I have 3 small pets who could ingest or hurt themselves. The Installation was fascinating to watch. He explained that it was like a puzzle. Theres only one way they go in, the right way. This team was very polite and very professional. Again I would rate them a 4 for the same reason. They did some clean up, but after cutting pieces with the table saw, they dumped the little cuttings on the grass. Those little pieces are sharp and I had to hand pick up all debris left behind. White Aluminum is priced very fairly for the work. Overall Impression: I have hired them again for another job!

They installed a panoramic window on our existing lanai. We absolutely love it. Not only did they do a beautiful job, but they also went out of their way and persisted in getting the permit (which apparently is not the easiest to do). All their efforts were much appreciated.

I use White Aluminum one and a half years ago. I needed my roof of my Lanai fix and to stop it from leaking, the job that they did was terrible I paid $1,800 for them to stop the leak and repair the damages that was caused by hurricane irma. One of the workers by the name of David was very lazy. Lets this be a warning. Do not trust them to do the job. I can only imagine what would happen if I called them to do the other half of the Lanai. White Aluminum sucks big time.

We had a custom made louvered pergola installed on our back patio. The finished product was amazing and made our previously unusable space an extension of the house!

I had my storage room expanded, front porch screened in, and lattice installed on the carport. The installers, Ceasar and Jorge did excellent work, were very courteous, and took care of my every concern with a smile! I highly recommend!

Read on though.......Update.....I got a quote in late October last year and went to place order today.....and the price has more than doubled. Now I get that Covid shortages etc have caused prices to rise but to double is just crazy. Avoid this lot.

We had a porch replaced because of damage. They tore the old one down and rebuilt a new one. It has leaked since day one. They have come out several times to “fix it” but it isn’t any better. We keep calling and they just keep making promises to come out and make it right but never do. It has been 10 months and I still can’t put stuff back out in my porch because it leaks all over. It was a $12000 job you think they could do it right or at least make it right. I would have chosen another company if I knew they did bad work and then never even took the time to repair their mistakes.

Called to get a quote for all new windows for lanai at my daughters house and a quote for new doors for my lanai. Salesperson came out. That was 2 months ago. Have not heard from him since. Second time this has happened to me. Last time I called no one showed up. Went to showroom and it was like pulling teeth to get help. The perception is that our job wasnt big enough.

The work is beautiful! The installers, Junior & Mario, were excellent - very conscientious and gave us exactly what we wanted. We knew going in there was a backlog but they delivered and the results were worth waiting for. We highly recommend them.

They are super quick and efficient. Their employee Tom Burford really seems to be the real deal when needing it.build and finished as soon as possible!

RUN!! This has to be the most screwed up company around. Between myself and another relative we spent in excess of $30,000 on two projects. Customer service after the sale, NON-EXISTENT. The Fort Myers office doesnt return calls, staff turnover is high. Even calling the corporate office still nothing happened. We tried for one year to get service on one project alone. They are not reliable and I question their competence. RUN!!!!!

Always have what I want

No one willing to help in showroom. Have to ask for a salesperson and it takes 5 minutes to get one. We were in the store three times before we could order windows because of no salesperson in the store. Finaly talk to salesman and order windows with our measurements. Told salesman that the windows we wanted were the on the display floor. The windows we got are nothing at all close to what is on the display .the windows we got are very cheaply made, very flimsy and about only 25 percent of what is on display. Salesmen do not call back. Black weather stripping in a place that is not needed and looks like garbage. The windows do not slide at all like the display windows, they tilt as you slide them.

I was looking to buy shutters. A man came to my home and was VERY rude. As a consumer, I ask questions. I asked him to explain the difference between 2 types of shutters, he said, it did not matter! I said, it did to me! He told me he was going to his car to write out estimates, he left without doing this! I have never been treated so rudely!

We used white aluminum 3 years ago. We built a very large screen enclosure the size of a small ranch style home that is attached to our home for our cats, yes our cats! We could not be happier, believe me either could they. The enclosure stood up to IRMA. Many of our neighbors lost not only their screen enclosures but part of their homes as well. I am so glad we chose white aluminum over all the others that gave us a quote that was pretty much right on. No surprises!

They never did the job right from the beginning. Put support post in front of windows and door. They had to move them but then didnt patch our concrete where the first posts were installed. Cut pan too short and the post were too short as well; So they had to reorder. We had 9 leaks the first rain. They patched it. Then we had 3 leaks. They patched it again. Now 2 more leaks patch again a couple of weeks later. Probably have patched it 5 or 6 times so far and we still have leaks. Now they wont call me back. Overall just a sloppy, botched up job. Just gobs of caulking on top of caulking. Couldnt be more disappointed with a job. Have sent two email in this website with no response. Dont like to give negative reviews but with no resolution and no response I feel I have no choice. May 2016...New update more leaks now saying we have to pay for labor and materials to fix the job.

Call office on March 14 for someone to come out and give me an estimate - was told Neil would call. No call so called back on March 21st. was told would give me a call back in two days. Called again on March 28th wanted me to give measurements. Requested they come out and see what I wanted done - told will call in two days and they check their schedule. If getting and estimate is this hard - how long does it take to get job completed? Time to find a company that is customer driven

Salesman did a good job promising to do 2 lanai enclosures the way we wanted them done. After that it was all down hill. First try at installation failed because everything was the wrong size. Second time around installer put things upside down, had to remove and redo, what a mess. Then, didnt finish off as written in contract, had to press them to return and complete the job correctly. Upgraded entry door was damaged and touched up but no response from White on replacing it. Good product, poor installation.

Where should i start they took way to long to put up cage they put up old cages on what was suppose to be new & taught i wouldnt notice and cover stuff with chaulk the gentlemen i had were kind & did amazing work but you could tell they had issues with company supplies constantly had to be brought out & werent correct i over heard them say the company constantly has issues with payroll & they were stress they were constantly being shorted i believe it affected there work id steer clear of this place it seems they can never return calls either im just going To look else where to fix there errors & report to the business bureau

Called on Monday to have work done. The office put me in touch with Neil - the rep that was to do the work. After we spoke once, and I sent him a picture of the work to be done, I never heard from him again - despite calling and leaving a message over the next three days.

Horrible company. They took our deposit money and never completed the work within the 6 month contract agreement. Tried to worked out issues with managers and it was worse. They have no respect for customers and showed no integrity. DO NOT CONTRACT THEM

They installed new windows and screens on my lani took 3 months to get it done and now I am having trouble with the doors and I have a window leaking I have called several times and every time they say youre on a list it has been a month now and no repair or a call back I will never recommend this company to anyone and if I could take this one star away I would

Poor management installers used a lot of Silicon fudge the job took a lot time to install I question the installer bad experience office dose not call you for updates they sent me a employees with a pending criminal record I found them in a collier county contracts finest ??????
