Went in to return Amazon things staff was kind to direct me twice. Frustrated to learn I had to go to UPS only to be told it was Whole Foods drop off.Was overall impressed with Whole Foods clean store, colorful displays. Would go back to shop.

The customer service was an incredible experience. Everyone that I have come into contact with at this location has been helpful. I had a few difficult questions, but Brandon from the seafood department was very helpful in answering many questions that I had. I am very thankful for all the help.

After Leaving Chicago to Florida, I was super concern about food supply but then I found out its HERE too. I was so so happy when I realized that Whole Foods is in Fort Myers. Hope we can get in more products as the Chicago stores though. :)

The place is always clean and well stocked depending on what time you go into the hot buffet bar and the salad bar will depend on how well thats taken care of typically I have no problems here and its a decent place to get things on the run.I dont shop here I just come in to get a few snacks and lunch once in awhile Im not out of my mind.

Best store to buy fresh food

The staff is always super friendly, extremely helpful, very courteous and polite. If I could give it a 10, I would. Besides the store is always well organized. Every thing is always fresh. My favourite store back home. Theyre well trained and the people chosen to work for wholefoods, seems theyre selected from a needle in a haystack. Much props to their trainers and to the trainees for taking good pointers as to how being number one in customer service

Store was clean and well stocked. When I got to self checkout needed assistance. Woman was just too busy to help. Finally I left my order there. What should I have done. Was tired and I will not go back.

Always enjoy going to Whole Foods. Love all the organic vegetables and fruits available there. Employees are masked per CDC guidelines and all customers were masked. The store was immaculate. We ordered our Thanksgiving organic turkey from Whole Foods and it was delicious. It made a delicious turkey soup after the holiday.

I just lost track of time in Whole Foods Market. They have great options no matter what youre looking for.Literally, isles and isles of different brands and choices. Im thrilled about the healthy and vegan options. Although their Norman Love Collection takes the cake. Their desserts are absolutely mouth watering, not to mention they offer coffee! I will definently be back. Im so glad we finally have a Whole Foods Market it Fort Myers!

Great human service awesome foods must go often

Went for an Amazon return. They have a new separate desk just for Amazon. Its next to the cafe counter in the front west corner of the store. Easy in, easy out.

This is a beautiful, new, clean, well-stocked store with friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. Just very impressive. It just has so much to offer and has a large cafe section where you can savor your purchases -- there are lots of tables and surprisingly comfortable seating. They have a couple of microwaves and a toaster available to heat your meal. They use recycled plastic cutlery. There are a couple of sofas at the far end nearer to the clean rest rooms and water fountains. There are many specialty and novelty items available in the store -- fresh juice dispensers, french-style macaroons, etc. Theres a lovely selection of cheeses; every cheese we tasted was delicious -- there was one with rosemary and lavender that was SO good! The meat case was jaw dropping. This is the biggest hot food bar weve seen outside of NYC and we has some very tasty hot food. The most notable part of the store is the Norman Love chocolate counter. The coconut chocolate was delicious and we were glad to see the pairing of Norman Loves chocolate expertise with the quality of Whole Foods ingredients.

I always want to like this store and I always struggle. Way more attention to detail at the two Publix near us. Tons of carts in the lot all over. Employees arent friendly. Slow at checkout. Wish it was a better review. 3 stars is generous.

Parked around the corner from the front entrance and it was a heck of a walk for someone with a cane. Inside everyone was very friendly and helpful I returned an item it was quick no one was in line there was only one register open but there is self checkout. Hope this helps someone

Great addition to Fort Myers. Great food and great hot food area. I’ve been buying these types of food from warehouse stores and box stores and noticed the prices here a little more expensive. You need to know your comparison shopping. But some products you can’t get anywhere else, so that’s a plus. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the stores was well stocked and clean.

Delightful space -- light, airy, well-designed, with commodious restrooms and a very pleasant sitting area that permits a rest after shopping. Variety of products is amazing! Food bar is well stocked and has items to satisfy any taste. Employees are a bit in-your-face, and the noise and commotion on the first day was a detraction from the overall experience. However, the benefits of the offerings would bring me back.***Update April 29, 2021The store has added 6 Self Checkout registers - nice! They also added two more handicap access tables against the wall near outlets. The online order business is booming! Pickup inside or at one of two designated spots. What a wonderful full service!

As usual Whole Foods Market doesnt disappoint. We found everything that we were looking for. The aisles were wider than any other Whole Foods that we visited. It was clean, well stocked, organized, and had amazing self serve hot food.Whole Foods, Fort Myers certainly rocks!

This place is amazing! It has a variety of options to choose from. I love if your an Amazon Prime Member there are additional savings to be had. You can grab lunch there before you start your shopping. How convenient! Place your order online and there are storage lockers that will hold your food. Talk about ahead of the game with customer service. You must wear a mask. If you dont have one you are greeted at the door with one.

Whole foods is the best place to get organic food and healthy treats .if youre ever in the mood for dairy free frozen yogurt or no sugar added options that are all kosher and gluten free no artificial preservatives added all natural flaunting 25 to 30 calories go to menchies in cape coral and enjoy a delightfully refreshing treat . Better then ice cream any day and your body will thank you for it

An item was marked 50 cents lower than it scanned. I politely pointed this out and then a manager was called. After way too long the manager arrives. Then the manager goes to double check the price... after five minutes she returns irritated and performs override without ever speaking to us. Absolutely ridiculous for 50 cents! Lesson.. Just let whole foods keep the money, its not worth it.. Bezos needs every penny!

I always had great experience at Whole Foods, I now live in Fort Myers and the Cheese area is nothing like others I have been too. There seem to be no help in that area. several times I have been there this season no employees to be found. Please correct the culture in that department, PS, I love the Meat and seafood guys maybe cheese needs to learn something from them.

I highly recommend them over Ada’s organic market. My favorite thing to get from there is their Spinach Walnut Bleu’s specialty order pizza. It is probably one of the best and healthiest pizzas I’ve ever had. I order it with Feta cheese too so that the Bleu cheese sourness is mellowed down a bit. Everything about this pizza and this store is amazing. They have fantastic customer service. One time they accidentally burned something we ordered and remade it with no charge. Employees are always super friendly and maintain checkout lines quick.

So happy to be in the area & have time to go in & shop! Assaulted as soon as I stepped in by gorgeous displays of different fruits! Oh my goodness- peaches, nectarines, really neat looking plums, etc. The price of organic raspberries- so reasonable. Picked up some really unusual cherry tomatoes to try. Staff is wonderful. Just love this place!

This was the first time, and last time, that I will go to this location. I went here for an Amazon return {period} I brought it in the original box, and after finding customer service someone approached me and told me to take the item out of the box. I had already slipped the box under the protective barrier, so I reached under and opened the box for her. She opened a plastic bag and told me to put the item into the bag. No niceness in her voice whatsoever. So, I put the item in the bag. And she said thats it.Based on the way I was treated, and after finding out that they no longer allow shoppers to use reusable bags, I left and took my business to sprouts.

Dessert selection great. Chocolate cream pie excellent. Pastries too.

Many different selections of fresh food. The store is always clean and well maintained.

I wanted to buy a prepared turkey dinner. They had the mashed potatoes, stuffing, and gravy but no turkey. Odd. So, I got some slices of turkey from their deli and used that. It was good, but I would have rather had their prepared slices of turkey.

Great shopping plaza, and plenty of places to eat. Doctors offices included as well. The Whole Foods Market is great also. Everyone follows CDC Guidelines in each store.

The store was clean and well-stocked. Unfortunately the employees were helpful but they did not know where everything was. This could have been due to new holiday help that was recently hired.

Love this store. Always so clean. And they enforce the mask policy for their staff and customers so I feel safe. Yeah. The staff are very helpful and always courteous. I have used their delivery too and the produce the person shopper picks is always very fresh.

It is with sad feelings that I write this bad review of Whole Foods. I have been a 25+ year loyal customer of Whole Foods - beginning in Madison, Wisconsin in 1994; then in Portland Maine; then Miami Beach; then Coral Gables and now, most recently, Fort Myers. I used to look forward to visiting you every weekend. I got to know the staff (especially your cheesemonger) :-) But a recent visit to your store has turned me off. Walking into the store I was accosted by the mask police. She demanded I put a mask on before entering. And her tone was condescending. Our Governor opened up the state over 7 weeks ago. Your decision to alienate your loyal customers by creating a mask police force has gone too far. Mask wearing should be voluntary, perhaps, recommended or encouraged but not militantly enforced. Ive always said I vote with my wallet. I figure I spend at least $100/week at your store or $5,000 per year. Well, not anymore. Ill take my $5,000 and spend it at one of your competitors who ask kindly for people to wear masks but dont enforce the policy with police-like tactics. ¡Adios!

Decent little whole foods. Not quite as stocked as many, but not terrible. Super friendly staff. Pretty normal prices for the area. I would recomend, if youre a Whole foods guy anyway.

Great store with amazing customer service. I work at uhmazebowls right across the street and we go through a ton of bananas. So pretty much everyday we walk over to Whole Foods and purchase 4 cases of bananas and all the workers are so willing to help and happy to do it. I love their plants as well!

Love the hot bar there great healthy options. The Indian food is my favorite. The take and bake pot pies are also a big hit with the kids!

This place is beautiful. One of the most elegant grocery stores Ive seen in a while. The food prices are very high but worth is. They sell very good beauty products. They also have a norman love and a buffet.

I ordered the tenderloin for Christmas dinner. Before completing the order I specifically asked if there were reheating instructions included. Was told yes. Today I went to pick up the food and was handed a pre printed double sided page with reheating instructions. Unfortunately, nothing for the tenderloin. When I called the store to ask for the instructions, they told me that the meat was intended to be serve cold. WHAT??? I am very upset. This food was meant for 2 families and nobody expects cold meat. It can be reheated but runs the risk of becoming overcooked. A very nice woman gave me a suggestion of what I could try to salvage this but I am beyond angry at not being told when I asked originally. I hope it works. This is not anywhere near the kind of service I expect from Whole Foods.
