When my family & I walked in, the employees were gathered in a circle talking. They all turned around & watched us walk in, did not greet us, & went right back to their conversation. We walked up to the register to check out & had to ask them if we could che k out, because nobody would stop talking to walk to the register. We were so disappointed in the service we received.

As expected, good clothes, fair prices. BUT: they do not accept the coupon from the outlet-center. The coupon ist only valid for items not on promo or sale. This is an Outlet Store! On my question, which item I could buy with the coupon, the cashier smiled and said: nothing - everything is on sale...

My husband and I were excited to see an UA outlet open near our marina....except they DONT carry any of their fishing apparel! What? This is one of the biggest fishing areas in Florida if not the US and just 2 miles from Sanibel Island and they dont carry anthing to do with watersports! I hope theyll learn from their mistake. We would love to send our customers somewhere close to get their gear since we own a charter business! The staff was pleasant and also was confused on why there wasnt fishing apparel considering our location to the Tarpon Capital of the World right here in SW Florida!

Ive never found anything Ive ever been interested in here. Selection is abysmal. They always have like 10,000 undergarments for women, but when you look at the mens section, nothing. No boxers or anything really???
