I wouldnt normally give a bad review but this is only based on my one experience at this location, and it was some time ago. I went in for a deal they were running and things didnt add up, I asked the sales person some questions to clarify and I could see he was getting frustrated, he just wanted me to sign and clearly didnt have the answers to my questions. When I asked why things werent as advertised he had the nerve to say, come on, thats how we get you in here, you know how that works. So bait and switch in full effect I guess, no thanks, I went and bought somewhere else. I guess I have to admire his honesty, about their dishonesty. I didnt even write a review when it happened but now they are asking me what my experience was at that time, so here it is. I was given a 25.00 gift card for coming in, I guess to make me feel better, but I just found it in my desk drawer and went to activate it and it says there is a zero balance, I guess it expired since it wasnt activated right away. Maybe that sales person isnt even there anymore, but based on that experience I will not be returning when Im ready for another car. We needed to buy two cars at the time and we bought them somewhere else.

Only issue I had was I requested a loaner as I had a work meeting I had to attend but there were no rentals available and I had to reschedule my meeting. Everything goes well at the negotiating but beware when the send you into financing. They will distract you in general conversation in hope to divert you from all the extra charges they add and Im ashamed I fell fro this. I ended up with nearly 4 grand in extended warranty fees that I did not agree to. I also got hit with a gap insurance policy for another grand and found out my insurance company already covers this! Ended up getting completely screwed. My trade was $5500 and I gave them another $3200 in cash yet Im still financing about 4 grand over the asking price of this vehicle

After numerous attempts to receive the second key fob for are Nissan Rogue, I still have not received nothing but lip service. When I purchased the vehicle I was never told there wasn’t a second key available and I’ve gone through a stream of lies, so you know how the story goes! I’ve paid more than fair market value yet service Is not going to work out either.

WORST PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE!!!!!!THEY SCAM THE ELDERLY😡My mother and father in law went to Sutherland Nissan to look for a new vehicle. The sales person was very pushy and a liar. Told my mother in law she couldn’t afford what she wanted and showed her something she didn’t want. They told her they would give her $9k for her trade with a brand new transmission, and settled on a price. When push came to shove they had her crying in the dealership, and didn’t care because they were ripping her off and they knew it. They raised the price $1,500 of the sticker so stealing her trade for less money. I can prove it with the sales contract.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!Now I’m contacting the sheriffs department and the state of Florida for abuse against the elderly.

There were way too many people in there. The waiting room was full and packed liked sardines. The service was ok however they couldve done the complimentary services they offered.
