Super friendly staff. I went in not knowing anything and a bit timid no lie. I explained up front I didn’t know how the Vinyl wrapping even worked. The owner Matthew made sure I understood how wrapping works and the basics of it. He also made sure to even show me the progress and how things were coming along HIGHLY Impressed. I have regrets and the price was shocking very ReasonableThey do it all and the results speak for themselves

I bought some wheels from a guy offline in an emergency situation and needed tires mounted on them in a hurry as I had one wheel damaged and my car was immobile. Found this shop, got a ride there with the wheels and they took me in at 7pm after most shops were closed, got tires mounted and I was out the door in no time even though you could tell tbey were busy. They barely charged me what Im sure another shop would, let alone anything extra for after hours service. I just moved to the area and would have never expected that. Not sure what all they do there but there were some seriously cool cars getting worked on in their shop. They certainly earned my business. A+++++

They did a great job putting rims and tires on. Workers know what they are doing and are quick. Unfortunately owner matt will try to squeeze you for every little bit and isnt the best at customer service.Also purchased used* subs. Went out within a week or two and I was expected a trade off or a fix. Found out the problem was a simple fix, yet he wanted to charge me the expenses for selling disfunctional subs. Just be aware of buying anything used and make sure you respond right away when/if u find a problem.

Grate customer service, they work as a team in the shop. All the guys i talked too had good advise. They did grate work and had a vast selection of products to choose for my ride.

Out of all the used car dealers and mechanic shops Ive had to deal with Ive never been as disrespected and lied to straight to my face like Matt did. I had a Honda Civic sit at their shop for over 3 months and it took 2 months for them to finally schedule me officially and it was my fault for not going to Matt first and not whoever wrote down my needs on a scrap of paper to later throw away. When I came to pick it up I was approved for 1,600 on snap and conveniently the labor more than made up and reached the full limit I was approved okay and my monthly payment was supposed to be 70$ okay thats more than doable however he then lied to me because I had to come back later because the mechanic who worked on my vehicle was on lunch and I had errands to run so I came back later and then apparently the mechanic who had to go over my stuff changed completely and instead of being able to use the Snap financing Matt Lied to me saying snap wouldnt cover the labor so I had to pay 800 dollars to get my car back, I come back and again the price raised up to 2,000. I will never come back here unless I want pricey labor and long wait times, the disrespect is free at least! Come here if you want an amazing ride at an experience cost with excessive wait times definitely come here

This place is beyond unprofessional. Ive been going to them since 2017 and have brought them 5 different cars to have work done. Each visit no matter how small has taken over 5 hours. Theyve lost my center caps, tire pressure sensors and oem suspension. The employees are rude and has even tried to fight me. I will not recommend these people and I will not be returning.

I was told I have my tires an rims on Friday by wensday well that didnt happen Im having company so I really wanted the new tires anyway called they cant tell me tracking when they will be in getting a runaround Im so not happy ,if they dont have by this wensday which will be 2 weeks i might cancel order.very disappointed.

WOW. Its the place to fix up your truck. Selection was good but I didnt see much for cars. No one approached me to see what I wanted while I looked through catalogs. Otherwise I would recommend especially for trucks

This people are a joke 2 months waiting for a lift kit that matt never order then they tell me to take it in for the lift usually lift kit instalation take 8 hours most this clowns had my car parked for 3 days with out touching it then I go for my jeepnand he tells me oh we had order the wrong part ima give u your money back wat kind of business is that then he takes 2 days to give my deposit back through cashapp . Never going back to them clowns customer service is garbage.

I had my cars windows tinted Unique Auto Spa, this is where that company is now. Tinting came with a warranty for as long as I own the car. The rear tint is now bubbling and they wont honor warranty.

Very friendly service. I needed my lowering springs installed on my Honda crz and I called a plethora of places and they all wanted $350+ to install them for me. badass rides installed them for $250. I brought custom rims for my car and the provider shipped the wrong rims. Matt and his team had someone drive all the way to Ft. Lauderdale to get the right ones and he kept his shop open 3 hours past closing just to get the rims on becuase he knew I wanted them. I have been to this shop numerous times with several of my vehicles. I was recently there to have my air-conditioning looked at in my 2007 Chevy Tahoe. These mechanics know what they’re talking about and the customer service is second to none.I have used several other shops in the Fort Myers area to have been given the runaround, poor customer service and the problem not being fully fixed.The lobby is clean, inviting and relaxing and the prices cannot be beat, along with the fact that they get you in and out quickly. Place lacks customer service urgency. Walked in at 2pm to speak with Matt after speaking with him on the phone prior , the front desk said he was busy with another customer. Two people walked in after me looking for him and were sent to the back to see him and one phone call that was sent back to him. I asked to speak with him again around 2:20 and was told he is still busy with a customer. At 2:40 I told the front desk Im going somewhere else and to have a good day, and there was no attempt to stop me from leaving.

I sent my friend to Matt to get wheels and tires for his BMW 7 series after previous experience at his shop. Other than being a bit unorganized with scheduling and extended waits for work to be done, I did not have any issues personally. The wheels were ordered before Thanksgiving. After the wheels did not arrive in the time frame Matt expected, my friend contacted Matt with no response. He gave it a couple days and attempted to contact Matt again, to which Matt said they were delivered to the wrong shop. A couple days later my friend contacts again to be told that one of Matts guys would be driving to Miami as the wheels were delivered over there. My friend was told to come in the next day to have the wheels installed. He scheduled the entire day off work as Matt would not schedule an appointment, but rather said Just come on in. He contacted Matt in the morning to a delayed response to find out the wheels arent there. Matt suggested my friend just order the wheels online and Matt would install them for free and refund his $2,000 deposit. 9 days later, the money still has not been refunded to my friends card. As you can tell, my friend was receiving the run around. During this time I had personally messaged Matt for updates where he said he would call my friend the next day, which he did not. This is a terrible way to do business and ruins a reputation where continual business referrals could be had. 1 month after initially ordering the wheels/providing a deposit, my friend now has to dispute the charge with his credit card company to get his $2,000 back. Unique is unorganized and does not consistently have the follow- thru that you would expect from this place. I highly recommend Matt gets a bit more organized with his business and focuses on customer satisfaction.

Called asking about hid headlights and was told about led headlights that plug in directly to the factory socket. I didnt believe it at first until I drove to their shop. I was fu#king amazed that this bulbs are as easy to install and work amazing! They dont have all the BS wires and ballasts you need on the cheap kits you find on the Internet that last 6 months, if your lucky. They are extremely helpful! I will be going back for led turn signals that dont need resistors! Wish I wouldve done better research before I purchased all the junk kits! Thanks guys and gals! Customer for all my cars from now on! Unique Auto Spa is the best in Southwest Florida.
