After giving Stratix another chance - my only suggestion to you is to avoid this company like the plague. Also, do not ever purchase any printers from Ricoh as they will not stand behind their products. After having this printer for less than 1 year, a Stratix employee told us we needed a new drum unit and they wanted to overcharge us for it. We purchased a certified Ricoh drum unit from a much better reputable company for much less, however, when the unit arrived, it was slightly off in the design, just enough to break the machine. Whenever we ordered toner or any maintenance part for this printer , it would be slightly off, which is another reason not to buy Ricoh printers. The other company stepped up to the plate and tried to help us , but the printer was beyond their scope. I called Stratix and not only did they not help us, they charged us for a service call. I then called Ricoh who said that they would replace the unit under warranty, but they never did. Now after months of waiting for a replacement, they will not replace the printer. DO NOT USE STRATIX OR RICOH!!!!
