I purchased a case (12 tubes) of Johns-Manville Go Board Sealant at Daltile. I paid $158 with a credit card, and asked the lady that waited on me to email me the receipt. She said she would, and I left with the merchandise. Well, she never did email me the receipt and when I got to the job and tried to use the product, every damn one of the tubes was hard. Totally useless! This put me a day behind schedule as I had to locate the product elsewhere. Not too many suppliers carry this product. I will never purchase anything from Daltile again!

Most unprofessional store you can imagine. On their website they tell they are open till 4:30 but they close before 4:00.So I had to go there 2 times. Then after choosing some tiles the salesrep, Michelle, did not manage to give my Tileshop/Contractor a price within 2 weeks and several calls. If you want waste time, a perfect place. If you want to buy tiles, go somewhere else.

Located my 6 yr dicontinued tile and brought it in for me a home improvement contractor.

Spent 15 minutes walking around an empty showroom and eventually just left. Never saw an employee. Second time stopping by because hours on google say open till 4:30, hours on door show 4.

Place is to high priced, but not if youre a pro.
