We have been planning our outdoor kitchen and bar for our lanai in our new home and stopped in to Paradise Grills. We are so glad we did! We met with John who is very knowledgeable and spent an extraordinary amount of time with us to make sure our questions were answered thoroughly to our satisfaction. John was exceptionally nice and he and Ryan helped us design our project to its full potential. The price and quality of the materials are of great value. Due to the timing, we even got a Super Bowl Special valued at close to a Thousand dollars of freebies! I would highly recommend Paradise Grills Fort Meyers location and ask for John! My next review will include pictures of our finished project.Update! Our Paradise Grill outdoor kitchen/bar have been completely installed. I had a really great experience here. I felt like the guy who helped my genuinely wanted to know what I was looking to accomplish and how I would use the grill. He helped me decide that what I thought I needed wasnt necessary and it was much more simple than anticipated. Paradise Grills Outdoor Kitchen grills and furniture are absolutely premium. I looked around and found that I am really getting the best quality of service and product right here. I was shocked to find out its manufactured right in Orlando and not overseas. The show room was quite nice and kept very clean. Its organized and easy to see a lot of options. Save yourself some time and just come shop at Paradise Grills. This a copy of review for their Cape Coral location, essentially for the company overall, not a certain location. Salespeople would sure do their job and everything would sound perfect at the time of sales. Item was ordered in Cape Coral, but was picked up here in Fort Myers despite delivery crew telling managers in Fort Myers item item is wrong....This company is a scam. Think twice before doing any business with them. If you decide to do, do not sign any paperwork until the item delivered to you is in perfect condition, has no missing parts (sink, accessories whatever) or has damaged tile. do not trust sales person on the phone promising to fix it in few days, not gonna happen. you will end up spending hours emailing and calling them, waiting for promised confirmed service on the weekends. Even if they know they do not have an item they sold you, even after delivery crew notices it is a wrong item manager will insist to still sending it - Paradise business practice.Original ReviewAt the time of sale Roger was awesome, explained everything very well, and was very responsive. No issues there.So I paid for the 10ft kitchen, after some wait I received one with broken tiles and lacking the sink. Was promised to get it all sorted out in few days so I sign the delivery, I declined at first but they tricked me into it by saying the person to fix it wouldnt have the paperwork. I should not have done that. Delivery crew told me they knew it lacks the sink but when escalated they were told to pick up whatever is in the store (from Fort Myers location) and deliver - sorry, we only do what we are told to do. So they perfectly knew they are not sending me correct unit yet they decided to proceed.After that they went dark, promised communication didnt happen. Now when I call them they again say noone is available this week, will call you later (something that didnt happen last time). They also say sales are final and non-returnable despite wrong and damaged item being delivered, also lacking a bunch of accessories. Thats the way to run business.UPD. After trying to get something scheduled for a week, spoke to customer care few times. Was promised by Alexis that I will receive communication by EOB Friday about the date. Anticipating thats not happening, gave them another call at 3pm. Spoke to the same person who insisted Ill get a message or a call by 5pm. sure thing that didnt happen.Next week will start writing BBB and another consumer protection agencies.UPD. Another person replied to an email stating how the value my business and that I have pending service for Wed, Sep 16. It is Sep 16, it did not happen. No communication whatsoever.UPD2. Got new timeframe - Sunday 5.30pm-9.30pm someone sure hates me in their sales department. this is unbelievable...Update 3, Sep 20.So I have received two more text messages and and email from the support, giving delivery/service windows on Saturday, then again on Sunday. Savannah send and email on Friday suggesting to push it further if the weekend doesnt work. I replied no more delays please. she agreed.It didnt happen on Saturday. It didnt happen on Sunday. Two more wasted days waiting for this sh... company to respect own commitments. Accessories didnt arrive either.Time for BBB. Im sick and tired of talking to them and counting missed service days.

Paradise Grills was great to work with! Tim Lee was our sales associate and he was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy whatsoever. The outdoor kitchen we bought is very good quality. The grill itself works wonderfully and we love how consistent the heat is throughout the grill surface. We havent noticed any major hotspots like you get with other grills. They delivered the kitchen exactly when they said they would and installation was seamless. We had looked at other places for an outdoor kitchen but they either wanted too much $$$ or they had kitchens that did not fit our space but were trying to push a custom made one. Paradise Grills worked with us to find the right one which fit our budget and make it beautiful. This is what happened to my grill in less than a year. I have called several times and no one has called me back. The tile was called on when it was first put on patio. Now look at photos. Too much money for this to happen. Had pressure cleaner here today cant get it off pavers.

Excellent service and beautiful grill. Our salesman John was patient and most importantly helpful. The manager was also very helpful and genuinely wanted us to leave happy. We did. We purchased a grill island combo. The delivery was quick, and the delivery team actually arrived early! I was a little indecisive on placement and they were nice enough to move the island around my deck a few times until it was in the right place. They tested everything and cleaned up before they left. I would definitely recommend.
