Just Wow!!! Called and made an appointment. Got me in a few days later. Did a complete diagnostic on the car and sent over a complete report for EVERYTHING - not just what was wrong but what was working as well. Few minutes later sent over very reasonable estimate. Approved estimate and car was done same day within hours. I get every repair isn’t the same and some jobs may take longer, but, even if it wasn’t major, it required parts and they got to it. They were very professional (nice) and very informative. Would 100% recommend. Car is running great too. Thanks Gents!

Edison Auto did a phenomenal job with my vehicle! They immediately found that the inside of my tire was worn so bad that it could have popped any moment! Without hesitating, Mark the owner, went himself to go pick up two new tires for my car. Dan, who sits at the front desk, really helped me understand what was going on with my vehicle, as well as being very thorough with the report that they sent. This isn’t just some simple report, might I add. They sent me a link to a multi page report with photos of my vehicle and even levels of urgency for certain matters. It really was very professionally done and I sincerely appreciated the breakdown and the transparency with everything about my vehicle. I trust Dan and his team. They took great care of my northern SUV and now take care of my car and my husbands older SUV.

Could not be more satisfied with the service here. They always get me in with short notice and give me a ride to my office (not far). Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I have used Mark with Edison Auto service going on 4 years now. He has always done an amazing job on both my car and my husbands, as well as my dads entire familys vehicles. I tend to wait until the last minute for oil changes and he always fits me in right away when I need it done, and is happy to educate me and answer my questions about the repairs instead of just giving me a price to fix it. Quotes are realistic, his final bill is always either at the quoted price or he has already called me to tell me there are changes. I highly recommend them!

New to the area and happy I found these guys. Edison came recommended by another local shop who, to their credit, admitted my repairs were beyond their expertise. Dan, Edison’s front man, wasn’t at all intimidated by my rusted old Subaru, and after the parts arrived had her fixed by morning’s end. Mark, the owner himself, drove me home to wait, and picked me up when finished. While under the hood on the original repair, they noticed a pair of worn serpentine belts and replaced them without charge. Struggling to think of anything more I could have asked of Edison, other than a magic repair wand to keep in the glove box.

What an excellent experience from start to finish we purchased a new company Used vehicle and they did a complete inspection of the vehicle and also shows pictures of any areas that were not in the correct condition I would send friends and family to Edison auto!

Unfortunately my vehicle doesn’t run like it just had a brand new engine installed. I’m troubled by its performance. Insisting that it runs correctly is not the same as it actually running correctly. I may not know how to fix a vehicle or even determine what’s wrong. But I CAN tell when it’s not running right. I use them to manage my fleet of trucks. Have many older trucks in the fleet and they always help me with what repairs are necessary and which trucks are no longer worth the hassle. I trust them fully with all repairs.

A/C was draining in side the cab of my wifes car. My own lack of matanice and know how! That wasnt going to stand in my wifes view.Ive walked inside Edison Autos doors before. I called, explained I need help was told to stop by. Their lot (as always) was full. Mark meet us out side . We told him wed come back another day he insisted to leave it and it be done.After his normal open for business hours my phone rang and told to come pick it up all ready to go.Its been this kind of service from my dead battery...Rushed it and done...from a head light out..Sat in his waiting room while bulb delivered...Done. They fixed a problem and did a oil change in a half hour. Toyota told me another problem would cost 500$, but said they could fix it for half that!

I recently took my vehicle to Mark at Edison Auto for an issue related to my A/C fans. Mark and his staff are friendly and professional and I trusted Marks recommendation for addressing the issue.

Last year I was in a pinch and the start bolt broke off on my 1995 GMC 2500 Suburban, My friend who was driving the truck at the time took it across the street to someone else and they were unable to get the job done.
