I had to bring my car in to get the breaks done, they were FAST, Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.Not to mention extremely fair priced!!! All the guys there talked to me like I was a person, and had my car done in like an hour. A++ in my book. The next day I was driving my car and the brakes started smoking a little bit . I called them and they had me bring it in immediately. When I got there they Immediately put it on the Lift and Diagnosed the problem; Which was actually my back brakes. They only worked on my front brakes because thats what I asked them to do. But when they brought it back they realigned my back brakes for me for No cost. Because I essentially had no back brakes on my car. I for one will be coming back Many times. This is Probably one of the best Mechanic shops in the area. Theyre very nice, great customer service, and fair-priced!

Great customer service . Thought I had a slow leak on my truck tire from a nail or screw. Turns out that was not the case. But, after taking tire off and not finding leak. They proceeded and took tire off rim and found small hairline crack on rim. They sent me to Chips rim repair shop. They put my spare tire on and load rim in tire in my truck. Couldnt believe when i asked how much do i owe you... Owner no charge. Dont hear that much anymore. I would refer them and go back for service whenever i need work done. Thanks again guys. A+++ rating.

Great Place. Got tires first. Then when my front drive and passenger ball joints went out they easily replaced them with new lower control arms. Car was finished and aligned in less than 3 hours. Honest Pricing!

Worst place as a a tire shop I came in with my own tire n got charged 35$! I can’t get a used tire and change for that price at leals! Guy was more worried bout his 4000$ machine n Charged me for balance !? Do not recommend if your bringing ur own tire place is ridiculous

A year or so back, A-Expert put a new tire on my rim 30 minutes after they were closed. I was just down the street when my tire went flat and had no spare. Someone driving by gave me a lift to their shop and the guy staying after hours put a new tire on the rim in a few minutes and wouldnt take a tip. Thanks for the kindness. This is a shop Id recommend for anyone. My mother is there today and our fleet trucks stop by periodically.

I am the owner of a gas installation company, and my employees had a tire blow out on the highway.. I called and within 30 minutes they got on site, changed the tire, and had my guys on their way so we could continue helping our customers prepare for the hurricane coming. Fast service! I didn’t have much time to be about wasting, but these guys made it easy for me to come in when I had the time and get me out as fast as possible. Very friendly and nice place to get good work done. Much prefer a hands on real place like this than some BS big corporate autoshop who will run up my check on a 2 hour diagnostic when I know exactly what the problem is. All in all, Scott and team were a good fit for me and I will definitely be coming here in the future.

I would have rated them 6 stars or more if possible!I arrived 3 minutes early per my appointment. I friendly guy was waiting to direct me over the lift. By the time I got into the office/waiting room the crew was already pulling off the lugs.I think Kevin is the owner there. In my humble opinion his greatest danger for his shop is a racing team out of Daytona that needs a pit crew hears about his crew and will hire them away.Folks, other stores I shopped mentioned it may take up to 90 minutes to change out 4 tires. I pulled back into my garage 34 minutes after pulling into their shop.Classy crew. Upon leaving, one of the crew said thanks for your business young man. Im 67 and I thanked him back!!

Dropped off truck for repair. They told me it was ready. Picked it up and broke down again about a mile from the place, same issue. Dropped it off again Wednesday, the guy in the office told me they are off Thanksgiving but were there Friday. Called Friday and was told theyd check it out Monday. I told the guy that I was told Friday. His reply well I wasnt here. No apologies or anything. Luckily I made it to the local ford shop

Very highly recommend these guys, Ive been taking vehicles here for tires for the last twenty years. They always have the best price with installation included in the price of the tire. They always get me in and out, I had two front tires done today on two different vehicles in less than an hour.

Had them mount tires. They forgot to put my center caps back on. Went back to get them and the reason they didn’t put them on is because they broke them. Said they won’t replace the caps very unprofessional.

To be honest, I totally forgot to check the reviews before contacting A Expert & Service - there were so many other places I called, emailed, and checked reviews on (regarding getting a set of tires) that this one fell by the wayside. But their call-back was prompt, and they were able to get me the actual tires I wanted (on short notice) and with an even more than agreeable out-the-door price, to boot! When I finally did get a chance to read the reviews, I was pleased with what I found, and the choice I made. My appointment was for 7:30, and at 7:30 my truck was on the lift. While I waited... a gentleman came in to make an appointment in person and had nothing but good things to say about the mechanic, even congratulating the owner for employing the guy! I was in and out in 33 minutes - no joke. Since buying my used pickup in January, I have been looking for somewhere, where good customer service goes hand-in-hand with the work that they do - and I believe that A Expert & Service is such a place!

The place is dirty with spiders and webs but the staff is great and helpful. They come across very genuine and honest. I will definitely go back here when I need to. They didnt try to convince me or the people that came I after me of any services beyond what we came in like most do. They even stated most try to rip you off and get you to sign up for services you dont need. I love that this isnt a corporate company.

I have always been under the impression that every time you get new tires that an alignment is needed. I called yesterday to have them order the tires I needed. When I brought the car in today the gentleman looked at the tires ask if there was any pulling. I said no there is not. He said there is no abnormal ware and that there is no need for an alignment. The guys had the old tires off new ones on and balanced and back on the car in less than 30 mins.That’s honesty and service that was well worth the 30 min drive to get there. 😁

Had only heard good reviews about this place until I took my car for an oil change. I had called and made the earliest appointment for a synthetic oil change... When my car is ready they only charged me $34 which led me to ask what type of oil had been used. Of course it was the wrong one and the man who was working responds Well if you needed synthetic you should have told them. This is very upsetting because I have never put anything but synthetic oil in my car and I also didnt know I had to do his job and let the mechanics know myself... when I had already stated what I needed when I made the appointment. It is their job to ask as well and the shop did nothing after knowing I wasnt happy with their job.

I have been taking my vehicles there for years. The management is knowledgeable and extremely polite! The employees are knowledgeable, professional and absolutely right on time! There is no way I will take my vehicles any place else because I know Ill get ripped off. Not here. These folks will go out of their way and bend over backwards to help you before they help themselves !!!

My sister and I were tasked with getting the tire repaired today. It had a nail in the tread. It looked as if we were going to have to pay 30 bucks to get the tread fixed, but due to the greatness of A Expert Auto Repair, they found that the nail didnt puncture the tire. Instead of taking advantage of us ignorant children, they told us we were just dandy to drive. No cost and took only 5 minutes. Would recommend taking any car here instead of Honda or any other dealership to get repairs done.

Service here is always extremely fast and at a great price. These guys dont try to screw you over like other mechanics around here will. Today I called in at 4:15 and asked if I would be able to get an oil change on 2 cars and they said to come on in even though they closed at 5! I arrived at 4:30 and the cars were done by 4:45!!!

I have been bringing my car here for almost five years and they have helped me with oil changes and tires to mechanical work. My car broke down on Hwy 41 on a Saturday evening and I had it towed here. I had no idea what was wrong with it. Monday, I called and spoke with them, and was told the mechanic would look at it. Early that same afternoon, I received a phone call telling me that my car was ready. When I asked what was wrong with it, he told me it was loose battery cables and there would be no charge! It was so nice to know that he was honest and that this was not just another business trying to rip people off! I will definitely be back and recommend them to my friends.

A Expert Tire made the whole tire buying experience easy. Scott got back to me very quick with quotes on a few different sets of tires for my 2015 Kia Optima SXL. He replied to several of my emails with answers to my questions. He made me aware of an upcoming $50 rebate with BF Goodrich as well. I set up an 8am appointment, the tires were in and I was out in less than an hour. I dont think thats ever happened for me before. Ill be using them for all of our cars! The tires are a great selection! Recommended by Scott.

I came in on Friday with what I hoped was a basic repair so I could limp home. Turned out it was a more involved problem, but the mechanic and the manager were super nice. I was there all day and they offered me water and options and I really appreciate their kindness and willingness to keep working the problem.

Went in to check tire prices and availability. Left 20 minutes later with new tires at half the price I expected to pay! Great service!

Took a set of NEW tires here that I had as spares and had them mount and balance them. Charged me a pretty penny to do so, upwards of $80. When I left I got about 2 miles down the road when my car started shaking. I called them and told them what was going on and he said Your tires are cupped really bad and nothing we can do about it, they were tires you brought us. When I got back to my shop I got looking and the weights were ALL missing, none on the wheels. So I called him back and told him that the weights came off and they told me there was no way. So I took it back and sure enough the weights came off in the first two miles and they tried passing it off as My bad tires. Drove great the second time with no noise or vibration.

My car broke down in Gulf Coast Town Center and two people pulled over to help and suggested A Expert Tire down the road on Alico. The owner was very nice and helpful and got me back on the road quickly. The price for everything was very fair and I did not feel ripped off like I have at other tire stores. I took my sons first car (old car that I had for 12 years) after another local mechanic place totally raped me for this and that, that I didnt even go in for, and we drove the car out in worse condition with broken struts...that werent broken when i drove it in there! I researched and found that A Expert had good online reviews so I took my sons 2002 gold Hyundai Elantra in. I had it a day or two later and its terrific. Then my husband took his car in to be looked at, to diagnose an issue and give us a price point. They kept it overnight...the issue acted up once with them and then never again...they couldnt diagnosis it due to that and since they couldnt find out what had been wrong, despite looking his car over and testing it numerous times...they didnt charge him. I have found my neighborhood mechanic!

While traveling to visit our son at FGCU we found a nail in our tire. We stop by this shop to see if the could help. They were so kind and were able to pull the nail out with no repairs (nail did not puncture tire, it went through the side of the tread). Thank you!!

I am the the owner and would like to explain our one bad review.A women brought a tire on a rim into our shop and asked us to replace it. Her car was on the side of the road. We replaced the tire and 10 minutes later she came back with the car and the tire was rubbing on the fender and was ruined.After inspecting the vehicle we discovered the first tire was destroyed because it was the wrong size for the car. we offered to sell her the correct size tire at cost to help her out. The lady was not satisfied and we then offered to pay for half of a new tire. This wasnt to her satisfaction either, she then called the local paper who then called us. The paper after reviewing all the facts told the lady we were being more than fair.
