My front end was damaged by a careless individual driving a car rental. My new Subaru pearl white Legacy was 3 days old when this happened! I was upset about the whole situation! The experience at Galloway was most helpful and a pleasant experience! My car was repaired in a timely manner and the replacement paint was spot on, and the new front bumper looks great! The staff there were very friendly and helpful! They worked with the at fault drivers insurance company to make sure things were handled promptly, and payment was received!Kathleen was very helpful and always returned my phone calls promptly! She went above and beyond with her knowledge and recommendation of using a professional to seek depreciation because of the accident! I wouldnt of even known to pursue that avenue if it wasnt for her! That took the sting out of getting hit by a careless driver in my 3 day old new car!I would recommend Galloway strongly to anyone dealing with a body repair and paint work!The work was very good, but it was the service on the front end and the recommendation that made a bad situation good again. Five stars to Kathleen and the front office!!

I was told by other places that my car would cost an absurd amount of money to repair. They did it here flawlessly for less than half the price. The two front office ladies, Diana and Tracy, were so lively and kind, instantly showing me to Kathleen. Kathleen was the one who helped me, and she was so kind and helpful in showing me exactly what needed to be done. The mechanic Humphrey went out of his way to show me what was wrong. It is a very comfortable atmosphere, and if you have any car issues I would strongly recommend you come here first. They don’t mess around :).

We are beyond pleased with our experience at Galloway Collision. Picked up my spouses vehicle and was worried he would find something, but he didnt. He couldnt stop talking about how it looks better than it did before the accident. Kat was so nice to us, answered all of our questions and really just went out of her way to make this a good experience for us. Even wrote us a thank you letter when we picked up. Five stars just isnt enough.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE STEER CLEAR.It took 2 months for my husbands and I truck to get fixed. (A week max they told us)LOLThey kept making up excuses and buying UNNECESSARY parts that were not even needed for the repair, so the insurance company would not pay for the parts because they were not needed! They are scammers! They steal money and scam insurance companiesThey told us they would not give us our car back because insurance didn’t pay them. Even though we paid our part, we paid our deductible to them.So unprofessional, I’m not the first one with this, just have a look at some other reviewsShop around for a private collision center

I went to the collision center after finding multiple chips and paint drips on my brand new car. A man came out and looked at the car and said it’s not covered. Then proceed to talk on the phone with someone completely ignoring my presence. He took pictures of my car and then handed me a card and mouthed that he would call me no later than Wednesday (still being on the phone). After 4 weeks of not hearing from him I called back. I didn’t even have to tell him who I was, he said I remember and chips are not covered. I proceeded to tell him that I do not believe it was chips but a paint defect. He then told me it’s not covered (very rudely) and hung up on me. I called a different ford and they told me to contact the Ford Corporation and see if he placed the request for Ford to view it and decide whether it is covered or not. Come to find out that he did not go through the proper process of warranties and he didn’t even place the request for my application. He decided that he had more authority over the Ford corporation and told me that it wasn’t covered. He was very rude and I plan on reporting him. I have never had such rude service. If you go here and they tell you you are not covered under warranty be sure to see if they even actually submitted the request to see if it’s covered in the first place.

Short version: I took my car in to be repaired, and the estimate was for 10 days. After the ten days went by I did not hear anything, ended up taking 30 days, they did not finish all repairs, they broke something on the interior of my vehicle. They were courteous sometimes, but only when I could get ahold of them.Long version: The original estimate of ten days for repairs must have been a joke because it took them a month to repair my car. They didn’t even call me until my car was finally ready. I had to call them once a week because otherwise they would not let me know what was happening. After I picked up my car, I noticed that they did not fix the damages to my trunk and they broke off part of the door well of the rear passenger door and simply through it on my backseat and left it there. I am going to have to take my car somewhere else to get there shoddy work checked. I can’t believe these people were a recommended shop. Take your car to Mikes Auto Body trust me you’ll be happy you did and I wish I had.

Appraiser notes show that the vehicle was first completed on 3/20, but repairs were not done properly. They tried to fix the issues and deliver to the customer again on 3/22, but customer still had issues. At this point any further rental time will have to be handled by the shop. They have had plenty of time to complete the repairs, but we unable to do them correctly.Please do not take your vehicle to this place!They are taking advantage of the insurance companies and the consumer!

These people have patience beyond all expectations. I had to get involved because my parents brought their car in. Between my parents lack of understanding and difficulty hearing they began to get really angry. Galloway acted completely within guidelines and handled my parents with kindness and grace.

Best customer service Ive ever had at a body shop I have a got to have it green mustang and they have repainted the front and rear bumper in the last month took no longer then 2 days you cant even tell it was a restray and the rear had damage that they fixed as well I will only take my cars here awesome collision center!!!
