Great experience, Joshua in the fort Myers location was amazing. Gave me a great deal on a laundry set. I have been looking for a month already and couldn’t find a nice set in stock. I just happened to stop in while in the plaza and Joshua was able to answer all my questions and then some. Was gonna take some information to think on it and make a decision but I was offered a deal I couldn’t refuse. They offered free delivery in TWO DAYS!!!! Some places are backed up a month and don’t even have full set in stock either the washer or dryer not both. They also offer free take away of old appliances, free installation, free one year warranty ( can upgrade warranty to 5 years for a decent price), new free attachments and vent for washer and dryer as well as t hose for steam to dryer if available. Couldn’t ask for a nicer set or a better deal. So much free stuff EVERY other place I looked charged for AT LEAST 2 or more of the items and service I received for free. Go ASAP and check Joshua out on the corner of 41 and gladiolus behind auto store it will be worth the trip!!!!

I knew for a while my washer was on its way out and it finally quit. I hadn’t needed an appliance for some time and wasn’t looking forward to shopping for a new washer. I know several people who have gone to Good Deals and they were happy with their experience, so I tried it. I was extremely pleased from the time I stepped through the door to the delivery. My salesman, Jason Toprani, was wonderful to work with. He asked what I wanted, showed me the various models that meant my needs, didn’t try to lead me to more expensive models or give me high pressure pitches, thoroughly explained the workings of the model I chose, answered my questions in plain language, was totally professional and courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. He set up the delivery and explained how I would be contacted to give me a delivery window. It went like clock work and I had my new washer set up and working as promised. I am very pleased with the whole process and the people.

Should have gone to Good Deals the first time but tried to save a little extra by using the big box company. Appliance was delivered damaged the first time, 2nd time they said they “couldn’t get it up my stairs”. Headed to Good Deals because of past experience - met Josh Drummey who didn’t make me feel bad about going somewhere else first and walked me through all my options with getting a large appliance in a difficult time and difficult location! He went the extra mile and honestly it was worth the extra money I didn’t actually pay because I did get a Good Deal! Lesson learned - just go to Good Deals.

Called after being let down by another big box company and Michael was courteous, professional and very thorough in answering my questions and confirmation what I thought I wanted was, in fact, what I wanted.
