I as a consumer should never be told that I have to carry a 300 dollar plus extended warranty. Floor model or not. Shame on this store. Found a better set for 400 dollars cheaper at lows with free delivery to brush. Lost business forever as well as ensuring people I know understanding this poor business practice.

I bought a wash machine for my daughter at this store online on June 19, 2021. I received and email saying there was a problem with my order. So I called the store right after they opened and they told me they didnt have the wash machine I ordered even though the website said they did. Was told in an email that I would receive a credit in 7-10 business days. Called in after 10 days and asked where my credit was and they said I would have to wait another 7-10 days. Called in on July 11, 2021 and they said I would need to wait another 8 days. Called in today and they said that they just need a couple of more days to get my credit back. I dont know why anyone would do business with Sears if they cant seem to give a credit back for something that I didnt get. Seems like stealing to me they have my money and I have a charge on my card.

Over the years, my wife and I have purchased several appliances and other items at this store and have always been satisfied. However, that all changed today. We went in to purchase a new freezer and was told in no uncertain terms that unless we wore masks, we needed to leave. Now, I understand that there are differing opinions (and science) on the usefulness of masks. I do not choose to wear one. The gentlemen that I was in discussion with was very rude to both me and my wife. They lost out on the sale of a freezer today and any and all appliance and other purchases in the future (of which I was planning to make several large purchases). I will never do any business with the Sears Hometown Store in Fort Morgan, Colorado and would certainly discourage anyone else who may be considering it. Perhaps a huge loss of business from the community would help them to understand how to treat customers.

I wouldn’t even give this store 1Star. The new owners are terrible. They are very combative and will argue and tell you you are wrong when you can prove them wrong. They all need classes in customer service. No Communication at all as to when my mattress would be here. They said a week when I bought it. 8 weeks later I still have no mattress. I tried to cancel my order I was told someone would call me back and never did. Long story short stay local but go some where else. Anywhere else.

Had to purchased a dishwasher, and had it installed by recommendation of Amber that turned out great. Used the washer for a while then started having problems with it not being able to turn it on and Amber was able to walk me over the phone and it corrected the matter without calling in sevice person. Great way to do service for a perplexing problem. I like having a Sears in our community to service our needs. The duo team are super to have and have been very good in servicing our needs.

This place is awesome the service is fantastic. I own a freezer and now an Air conditioner that I’ve bought through them and was treated fantastic both times. These people really care about what you’re looking for and Fort Morgan Shoppers don’t worry about them they will be around for a long time. If you’re asking why I say this please visit and find out for yourself they are not going anywhere contrary to what some may have thought I was excited to hear from the owner we will have a Sears Hometown Store for many years woohoo. Thank you so much Sears and thank you for the lease it program as I am able to own items I thought I would have had to pay double for. You guys are AAAAA++++++ in my book keep rockin and thanks again.

Poor after sale customer service. Warranty on alliances are terrible and Kenmore refrigerator is still not working after 4 service calls and more still needed. Same problems each time. They seem more interested in selling extended warranty. I was told if I want to exchange for a new one it would be ok only if I purchase the extended warranty which I dont need. This offer came from Sears District Manager Stewart after getting nowhere with owners of store and factory warranty service people. Keep in mind this refrigerator is not even 3 months old and nothing bit problems with the ice maker....unbelievableWe will never spend our money in this place again. I understand why Sears filed for bankruptcy protection after the service you receive after the saleI have since hired a lawyer to help with this situation.Stephen Matson

Show up to the store 20 minutes before closing and its closed. Called and left a vm never got a call back. The next I call by now the friend helping is no longer available. The owners response to my struggle is to not wait 20 minutes before closing to show up. Well I work and go to school. Never seen such poor customer service in Fort Morgan. So I ask to cancel my order says he will not I can call tomorrow and speak to his wife.
