NEVER call this company. “Technician” quoted a price of $275 to replace a lock which my son didn’t have the key to get into. “Technician” claimed that’s the only way to get the door opened. When my son said it was too much, the technician then proceeded to “pick my lock” without needing to change or damage existing hardware. He proceeds to charge my son $275 ANYWAY plus a bogus additional $100 appointment fee. When I called this scam company, every time I called to inquire about the service call someone hung up on me. They must have called ID, realize it was me and decided to hang up rather than discuss the service call. DO NO USE this company find a reputable locksmith

When you find yourself locked out of your home, the best solution will be calling a locksmith, just like I did. They came to my aid in time and used their tools and equipment to unlock my door. I noticed that they did cause any damage to the door or any other thing.

Best 1999 Locksmith’s team is very effective and hard-working. I hired them to install an automatic lock system on the main door of my residence. I must say, the locks are of very reliable quality. They also handed me a set of spare keys and asked me to call them again if issue arises, if I faced any issue. I appreciate their services.

The guy who arrived at my place was great!! We needed to replace 2 old locks, and he performed the task very quickly. He even shared some valuable tips on how to keep the locks maintained. I am highly impressed with the amount of professionalism he showed. Highly recommended!!

Locksmith was scheduled to arrive between 9-10am. Showed up around noon. Half did the job, took an old locking mechanism off the door and replaced with a new one. However, the old system left a hole in the door and he claimed he needed to order a part to fix the hole and advised me to “put a sticker to cover it” in the meantime. He charged me the full $190 (after telling me it was $180 initially) for the “work” and left. Long story short, never heard from him again. He won’t return calls or texts, I have called the companies main number and they “got in touch with him” and told me I could expect a call from him “within 30minutes”. Surprise suprise, never happened. I am currently on hold AGAIN with the main number and have been for 10 minutes. The original work was done 2 weeks ago. Who leaves a business with a hole in their door for 2 weeks?! So NOT secure.

I am with my sister, whos posted an earlier review. I called the company on Friday (9/30/19) and was given a quote of $150 for the job (not $353.00 - including $30 charge for CC use). Over the phone the tech said that he wont need to replace the cylinder to give us a working key but I guess, for business, its better to replace whats working and charge more. Once everything is done we were given ONE key. Really? For $300+ theres no duplicate... Anyways, I would never-ever recommend this firm or their techs to anyone. Best 99 Locksmith or whatever you call the company, check your mail box for a message from BBB/FTC.

Prompt and very courteous! He had re-keyed my main door a few months ago so I called him back when I needed to modify it again. He did not charge me because he said that the last month that was not his preeminent work! I really appreciate his truthfulness.

I called this company to fix a sticking cylinder found on my door’s deadbolt. On Saturday I was quoted a service fee of $60. Sunday I received a call from the locksmith, before he even arrived, that his fee is $120 and the company has his fee listed wrong. Then he said that the deadbolt is a special high security lock and the work would cost $250 just to look at it. When I originally called on Saturday, i provided the company with the brand and type so that they were aware of the lock they were going to be dealing with. Additionally, there are only 4 screws holding it in place. Not complex. Because it’s a rental, I needed to make sure it was fixed promptly. Next the technician called to say he’s running my credit card but gave no indication of the work he completed. When I pushed back, he said that the cost would be his fee of $120 plus the $250 for looking at this so called “special” lock, so in the end, $370 for 15 mins of work. I called the company several times throughout this ordeal to complain. The fee was lowered to $299. This is a quint essential bait and switch tactic. I will never use this group again and will be posting the same message to the BBB. I can’t in good conscious, recommend anyone use them. Also not sure what their real name is and even more troubling, everyone I spoke to said they were a manager. The last person I spoke to said the company’s name was “24/7 Locksmith”, when they are clearly listed here as Best 99.... for the record, let the buyer beware!!!

I called locksmith to get back a broken down key in the ignition switch of my old dads vehicle. He showed up punctually and was very expert and responsive. He took a look at the difficulty and recommended installing an innovative ignition switch cylinder relatively that spending the time and cash retrieving the out of order key. He could see that earlier attempts by somebody else had broken the cylinder. I followed his recommendations and purchased a innovative one and even though he was very active that day, he came back a next time and installed the latest cylinder.

On an educational trip I had my keys stolen at a railway station. Called locksmith expert and he was very frank and straightforward. It was an afterhours emergency, he showed up earlier than the cops did and was finished so fast.

I called locksmith this morning to change the locks at our new office. He was in within hours and promptly did the whole thing. He talked us out of replacing a lock and customized an existing key pad lock that I thought required to be replaced. I will definitely hire him if needed!!

Made every effort to get my truck unlock and it wasn’t working. Eventually on a hunch he utilized some other tools and it popped open. He was very knowledgeable, responsive and skilled. I’ll definitely recommend to friends.

Beware! They give one quote over the phone, in the end when the job is done they charge 3 times more. On top of that they don’t warn that it should be cash, otherwise they charge you an extra for using a credit card. They don’t accept checks either. The customer service is absolutely terrible. After putting you on hold for an hour, they say they would call you back. Only they don’t. They also say the company isn’t responsible for the technicians they send! I would never recommend this “company” to anyone!

I required my locks changed when a roommate shifted out and they came by to give me an approximate and then came back to accomplish the work. They stayed within my financial plan and didnt attempt to influence me to something I couldnt pay for. Would hire them again.

Their locksmith expert arrived within 20 minutes as promised and they opened my lock devoid of any hassle the locksmith used two pins to unlock my lock I was very intimidated and I will ensure to recommend them to my coworker!!

Deserves zero stars. A band of thieves who will give you a low price over the phone and then charge you several times that once the job is complete. Called to complain about that and was hung up on. Went to the listed address to speak with a manager and guess what? The company doesnt have a physical location, just a call center where they send people to scam you. Youve been warned

I am extremely impressed with their service: not just was he fast to answer the call at 8:00 PM on a Monday night, but he also got to our location within 10 minutes and was capable to unlock our door in less than 10 minutes!

The man who came to open the car was extremely rude to start off with . Very rude . While I’m the phone trying to direct him to my complex he kept hushing me and had a very irritating tone in his voice . Just overall rude . Second they gave me one price and then when they got here completely changed the price adding on a whole $25 additional dollars and couldn’t tell me what for . DONT EVER USE THIS PLACE .

Terrible. They sold my phone number to scammers and I got so many scam calls in the middle of the night. They are NOT secure.
