Price not bad, but need more Clearly mark on US size. Also all pants leg shorten which cost of money but most of I liked color of clothes

Its hard to find anything; sizes are all over the place, which is why customer service should be better but its not. Worst customer service in town lol. Disbelief at the ignorance.

My wife bought a jacket today, came home and tried it on, and found a coin in the jacket pocket. Without even checking the clothes someone was wearing, they sold them as they were. She went to the store to return the goods, but the female manager didnt say a word of apology, and she never apologized for her fault, and she was rather angry. This attitude toward customers is really horrible. Its a place I dont want to go again.

When I went to return the clothes I bought a week ago, the employee complained about it. They dont even allow me to try it on with a corona, and when I bring it home and try it on, I dont like it, so they return it as if theyre very considerate.Service is bad.

I like everything about the store. Their color collection makes you happy just being surrounded by them. And the style of the clothes are pretty up to par as well. EXCEPT the manager of the store, Michelle K. She is very RUDE and very very ARROGANT. Her unnecessary comments makes the shopper to raise a brow. Since their opening in May 2017, Ive frequented the store on at least 5 occasions, with each purchase more than $350.00. All five times, I left the store feeling extremely irritated with the service by the Manager. However, I only have praise for therest of the employees who were very accommodating.

All staffs are very kind and professional. Product quality is excellent and the price is even better.

No wonder store looks no business whatsoever and i know why because store policy screwed up the customers. They use old age people take advantage for one time exchange only rule.What kind of store has those policies?? Then you really can’t buy anything from this store and can’t change your mind even you don’t like to wear it. Not only unhappy with terrible service but also silly store policy makes no business, now i know. Good luck!

Today I went in to buy 2 items for my mom and dad and perhaps a shirt for myself. I had an issue figuring out the sizes. Not once was I acknowledged and decided to leave. The customer service is terrible and due to this I would rather shop elsewhere.

Its the first time Ive seen such an unkind and unfriendly restaurant.Its really unpleasant to be the same Korean.Looking at the reviews below, the reviews are completely lousy, but seeing that they are still doing business unkindly, they dont seem to care at all,As if they posted a review that they defended,I need to warn you that if you contact the Korean head office and give these people any more items, the brand image will fall to the ground and be destroyed.It seems to be spreading a fraudulent act of setting the price of the tag attached to the store and the price of the receipt differently.A few days ago, I bought this and that for about $400, and when I came home, I found that the price of the receipt didnt match, so I went back and complained.They say that the staff put the wrong text, and they do not say that they are sorry for making a mistake, but they respond by saying that they do not come if they are dissatisfied. They have the worst attitude ,,,Does it make sense to put the wrong text on the store? Not even one or two??You have to be very careful when checking the receipt.
